Review: Blake is a sexy Rodeo Champion that is disabled. Will is a hot country singer. They meet via a dating site. Their romance starts out slow and sweet, but Once they meet, the passion is hot and explosive.

All is progressing nicely, until They find out that they’ve been caught by the paparazzi. There are a few tense moments before Will comes out and announces he’s gay and with Blake.

It’s a very touching story to see how they deal with the emotions of two different careers and Blake’s disability. I really enjoyed this story. I highly recommend this book to readers who love broken men, hot cowboys and a smexy HEA.

Review: I found this shifter book to be very hot. Hot enough to singe my fingertips. I loved how he wrote this book. Grio and Phoenix are amazing couple and know how to stick through things no matter what. Grio is rather stubborn but that is what makes him a good character. Both of them come across as surprisingly real for a short story. But Sean Michael shows off his strong suit when it comes to this shifter story.

The way it is written, the story comes across so amazing. So addicting to read. I simply loved it. Loved how it flowed, loved how hot the sex was and loved how no matter what there was heart to the story. And that is what does it for me. Some heart and a good strong storyline.
I would highly recommend this story for anyone that loves to read shifters and a hot couple.

Blurb: Can a person’s life change in just one day? How about seven? This is the story of seven pivotal days in Evan Donaldson’s life. Evan was a teenage street hustler when Father Valentin talked him into coming to Saint Bartholomew’s Academy. In that one day, Evan’s entire life changed. That’s the day he met his roommate, Clay Mueller, and the day Evan began to live. But Evan’s life would change again and again, from abuse to first love, to separation and heartbreak, and eventually to starting his own family. Through it all, whenever a door closed for Evan, a window opened, and the window was Clay. From the first day of finding faith and connecting with Clay through their relationship’s twists and turns, this is a glimpse into seven decisive days and the critical, amazing way a single moment can change destiny.

Review: Evan Donaldson is a teenage, homeless boy who lost both his parents in a car accident and then ran away from the foster parents he was placed with. He learned how hard life could be that very first night on the street, and now he does whatever he has to do to survive. When he first meets Father Valentin on the street, he assumes the priest wants to be his next customer. But Father Valentin wants so much more for Even. The chance to give the young man the life he deserves. Evan is wary at first, but he puts his faith in the older, gentle man and it changes his life irrevocably.

For a teenage boy who has lost everything including his hope and dignity, Father Val, the school and the friends he meets that very first day turn his life around. Especially Clay Mueller. Evan is smitten with Clay from the start, but he never acts on it. Not only has Father Val explained the rules of the school, but also Evan is certain that Clay is straight, and doesn’t want to lose his best friend. Years later, the night before they graduate, Evan learns that Clay shares his attraction. But then after graduation the two drift apart, going to separate colleges and leading different lives. But Clay remains the one constant in Evan’s life. Through school, growing up, boyfriends, girlfriends and eventually adopting a little boy who is not much different from Evan all those years ago. Time and distance cannot escape destiny.

This is by far one of my favorite books in the genre. It is also my favorite book by Andrew Grey. I read the print copy several years ago and the story of Evan, Clay and Father Val has always resonated with me. It’s deep and powerful and shows that with determination, anyone can do anything. And that when you love unconditionally and give as much as you can to someone, expecting nothing in return as Father Val did with Evan and all the young men at the school, it can stay with them throughout their lives. Shaping them into decent and loyal human beings with a scale for love that has no limit.

Narrated by Sean Crisden, one of the best storytellers that we have today. I imagine those old radio shows from back in the day and the voice coming through the speaker transporting you into the world he was reading about. That is what Crisden does with this story. I have both read and listened to this book, and neither variance was disappointing. This is a must read if you like coming of age, finding who you are, beating the odds and that sometimes elusive HEA ending. And, who doesn’t love Andrew Grey?!

Blurb: Working undercover was not one of Dee William’s favorite assignments, but when things in his life got too complicated, he decided to accept the offer. Dee was to infiltrate one of LA’s most violent street gangs, and help the authorities build a RICO case against the gang leader. What Dee finds is that the gang is not the real target of the Bureau. They are out to net bigger fish, leaving Dee to broker drug deals worth millions of dollars and placing his life on the line.

Karl Mullens was trapped. His sister, who had died of an overdose, had left him to pick up the debt, and that meant Karl was forced to join a gang he despised, to repay it. With the lives of his family in the balance, Karl endures the violence and pressure from the gang, until a new member joins them, goes through the brutal hazing and begins to show the top dog just how much of an asset he is by bringing big hauls of cash and heroin into their pockets.

What neither Karl nor Dee expected was the risky attraction that formed between them, and soon, both men learn each other secrets and sexual desires. Desires that place them in greater danger.

The only thing left for each man is the hope of getting out alive. But now Dee and Karl know they have an ally in this gang of murderers and thieves. Each other. And there is no doubt the bond they have created together gives them one choice… to kill to protect one other.
And on the mean streets of the worst areas of LA, death means nothing…

But Dee finds, love means…everything.

Review: This was a fantastic book to read.

Dee Williams is undercover in a very violent street gang. There he meets Karl Mullens, a reluctant member of the gang who was coerced into joining to pay off his sister’s debt to them. Both men are attracted to each other but have to be extremely careful not to let it show to any of the gang members or it could mean their deaths. Slowly things start to unravel around them, as things get more and more dangerous with the unstable gang leader, L-Man and the man he works for W-T. There are accusations made against Dee and Karl by L-Man and W-T for a drive by shooting and Dee being a cop. After being kidnapped by W-T and three of his men, Dee is beaten up badly. Eventually, he gets himself free and gets control of the other 4 men. He calls the feds to pick them up.

There was nonstop action, danger, and mystery throughout this wonderfully written book. Some scenes had me holding my breath wondering what was going to happen next. So much happened throughout this story that made it an excellent read when combined all together. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes fast-paced nonstop action.

Blurb: Diego and Finn’s peaceful life in Montana shatters when Diego unwittingly rips a hole in the Veil to the Otherworld—mysterious prophecies, dying fae, hostile government agents, and there’s so much more that could still go wrong.

After defeating an evil wendigo, a man and his pooka lover deserve a little quiet. Unfortunately, Diego and Finn’s hard-won peace is disturbed when Diego, in a jealous rage, unwittingly rips a hole in the impenetrable Veil to the Otherworld.

Separated, stuck on the other side of the Veil where Finn has to face old conflicts and Diego is the only human in a land of fae, the two of them navigate rocky waters between huge egos and ancient feuds. Worse still, some of the fae are dying of a mysterious illness and everyone believes Diego is the key to a cure. Things can’t possibly get any worse, can they? Oh, yes—they can when the US government gets involved.

Review: This story is part of a series and must be read in order. This is the 3rd edition of Diego and I really couldn’t see any changes from the 2nd edition so it isn’t necessary to purchase the newest edition if you have the earlier one.

Diego and Finn have settled into life in Montana after defeating the wendigo in Canada, but their peace is shattered when, after returning from a short trip, Diego flies into a jealous rage and rips a tear in the veil to the Otherworld. Diego and Finn are now in the land of the fae on two separate sides of an old feud, they have to breach the gap between the two sides to reunite and help to discover what illness has befallen the warriors. As they help the fae the worst is still to come when the US government get involved and the fae must work together to rescue their own.

This is a brilliant addition to the Endangered Fae series and I was very impressed with the brilliance of the twisting storyline. Diego loses control while fighting his jealousy and anger when he catches Finn in a compromising position, now he finds himself alone in a strange land with strange fae, and his only wish is that Finn was with him. A good deed backfires on Finn and now he finds himself back in the land of the fae with no clue of what happened to Diego, stuck with the Fomorian Finn will do anything trying to get back to Diego’s side. There is much more that happens with the fae being forced to join up and put the past behind them, they also discover the depraved depths the humans will go to in the name of National security.

I really loved this story because it has such a different storyline to anything I have read before, at first I thought it would just be the normal fantasy story where one human discovers all the fae’s secrets but it expands bringing in more people until the shocking reveal. Finn and Diego really get dragged through it this time and if you thought that the fight with the wendigo (from the first book Finn) was tough on them then I have to tell you the trials they go through in this one makes it look like a walk in the park. Finn is his usual incredible self but he has grave doubts about his being the right person for Diego, it hits his confidence when other fae tell him he isn’t good enough. Diego is the same caring person that we love and know, but he does annoy when he ignores Finn in favor of the other fae at times, yes some of them are ill but seriously you don’t ignore the one you love when they need reassurance.

There is so much that happens that I really don’t want to ruin the story for others, but Finn and Diego’s relationship proves to be stronger than anything that was thrown at it. Jealousy rears its head several times, we meet several new wonderful fae, there’s conflict and danger, there’s horrendous torture, there’s incredible love and endless hope, there’s a daring rescue and a race that stands up for itself against the odds. This story was just incredible; it expands to encompass more people so it widens the range of where the story can go, it’s beautifully written and all the characters are fantastic, Finn and Diego’s relationship is tested and only gets stronger, it is a true privilege to read.

I recommend this to those who love fantasy and contemporary merging, who love problems being fixed and solutions found, who love drama and angst, daring rescues and confronting the world with the truth.

Blurb: Having both recently left Doms who just weren’t right for them, twins Christopher and Robin get together at a coffee house to commiserate. They can’t help but wish out loud for the men they’re looking for. These ideal men are as different as the twins are alike, though, and they lament ever finding two Doms to fit the bill.

When barista Core asks Robin to go to dinner with him after hearing his wish list, Christopher can’t help but be jealous of his twin. That soon changes, however, when Darren approaches his table with a few wishes of his own.
Can Christopher and Robin really both find exactly what they’re looking for on the same night? Or is it too big a coincidence to be real?

Review: This title is part of the Vive La Difference AmberPax Collection. It is not available in paperback.

This story is really cute. I absolutely loved Robin and Christopher. They are gorgeous and surprisingly twins. There are so many things about them that are identical but what they want in their Doms. When one goes through something it would seem that the other goes through the same thing or close. It had been a while since they had seen each other, so they were overjoyed when they got together at the coffee shop.

Christopher and Robin were down in the dumps. The Doms that they had been with were not right for them and they just needed to talk about it together. Christopher was a pushy little bottom who needed strict discipline and a firm hand. He responds really well to punishment and praise. Robin is a sassy pain who needs daily beatings and hourly play times. He loves spankings and is a size queen.

They just never expected anyone to ever want them and figured that to could be down together. What they had not expected was to be over heard. Core owns the coffee shop where Robin and Christopher are having the best conversation. Or so Core thinks, he has wanted the cute man for a long time so when he over hears him. Well, time to hook up. He is going to get Robin.

Now Christopher is feeling lower than ever now that his brother is off and playing. That is till a sexy man just comes up to him and lets him know that he not only heard but he was going to be Christopher’s boy. Darren could not believe that this sexy little man wanted the same thing he wanted. Things are going to heat up.

I have not really been into the hard-core BDSM scene, but Sean always knows how to write the stories that I can fall in love with. Although I would love to read more about these four. Or at least see what their futures like but I love these stories he gives. It has sexy men, twins, spankings, discipline, and sassy subs. I cannot wait to read another book by Sean.

But when Queen Elizabeth asks a favor of Anthony, Sebastian’s world fractures and his heart threatens to break. The Queen wants Anthony to seduce Lady Marie Valois, the beautiful daughter of a French noble, to discover the whereabouts of her father, who is wanted by the King of France.

Sebastian knows Anthony can’t refuse the Queen, especially since he has something of a reputation at court. But the situation is further complicated when Marie meets Sebastian without his disguise—and starts flirting with him. Her brother, Lord Nicholas, arrives at Crofton Hall, not happy that his sister has been linked to a man like Anthony, only to find his own head turned by Lady Crofton and her acerbic wit. Contending with the attentions of both siblings—and a very jealous Anthony—would be bad enough. But then Sebastian’s uncle demands Sebastian and Anthony stage Bronwyn’s death to avoid discovery….

Review: This is the first book of Christie’s that I have read and I can tell you that it will tear you up and make you feel something you have not felt in a long time. There are stories out there that will break your heart when you read it and this was one of them. To feel the pain that each one of these guys felt makes me wonder how anyone can start over. Logan and Christian have known each other since grade school. There was one secret that Logan had never told Christian and that was the fact that he loves him. That he was in love with him. On graduation night, he tells Christian and kisses him. Only Christian reacted almost violently. It had hurt Logan more than anyone would know. Nearly destroyed him to the point of no return.

Christian has always hated what he had done to Logan on the night of graduation. The problem was for over two years he has worked with his band, drank, and was doing some hard-core drugs. To the point that friends were thinking that he was going to overdose one day. There are things that he is hiding from everyone and instead of getting help. He was substituting with drugs and alcohol. It had been four years since he had seen Logan after breaking his heart. Telling Logan that he never wanted to see or hear from him again. A friendship destroyed by the move of a young man in love.

Now Logan was back and was trying desperately not to see Christian. He figured Christian still hated him and really did not want to get into that again. He found out though that Christian’s father had passed away two years ago around the time that Christian had quit college and started using. It broke his heart to find out this. However when they come across each other again it was Christian that makes the first move. A move that will change their lives forever. However, Logan knew that if Christian did not stop using there was nothing he could do but leave once more. Then one night Logan finds out the truth that Christian’s mom had been hiding from all of them. It almost causes Logan to lose Christian forever.

This story shows you what can happen when someone you love is hooked on drugs. That the only one to help them is their selves. They have to admit that they are addicts and seek help. Almost losing his life and Logan would be the one reason Christian seeks help, but in truth, one must do it for themselves. You can’t do something for someone else. It just doesn’t work like that. I would recommend reading this story, but I must warn you that it will make you cry in parts and will tear you up on others. This story will give you sexy men, pain filled days, tender story, and lots of love. It did catch my attention from the start and kept it all the way to the end. I didn’t know what the story would be like till I read it. It comes off more real than a lot of other stories do.

Review: This is a great series for those historical romance lovers out there! Be sure to read all three in order, or the plots won’t make sense. The writing grabs hold of my attention quickly, and my mind begins to wander with the possibilities. Much of the beginning of the book is all about Murdo and David living and working together, getting to really know and enjoy each other in a safe, private environment. I think that really was important to help cement their relationship.

From the beginning of the series, I loved the dominance and heavy-handedness of Murdo. He’s powerful, he’s independently and inheritably wealthy, he’s defiant, he’s nobility, but he has a weak spot, David.

David is the perfect foil for Murdo. He’s highly intelligent, he has submissive tendencies, but book three shows he can equal the playing field just fine. He’s strong enough to stand up to Murdo, he’s strong enough to be what Murdo needs, now if they can just admit to each other what their needs and wants really are. Admitting to love, when their kind of love doesn’t stand a chance in society, seems foolish to David.

But they do, and where there’s a will….Murdo finds a way. I thought the solution the author weaved up was perfect. I knew all along it would involve Chalmers’ daughter, but the oh so clever Joanna Chambers came up with a perfect social explanation that would last Murdo and David’s lifetime, and a happy lifetime together it should be.

The dominant role Murdo has played through the series mellows a bit, and David finally admits to his true desires, his true love and let’s go of others’ expectations. I like how Chalmers, David’s mentor, is actually the person to allow David to let go, to admit to his feelings and have the hope and courage to grab hold of his dreams.

A great trilogy, I look forward to more from this author for sure!

The racehorse shifter, V-Tach, and his jockey, Achilles “Pat” O’Peleon, now face the challenge that has eluded the O’Peleon family for years—the Kentucky Derby. Facing off against some of the best horses in the world, without any magical advantage, will V-Tach have what it takes to win the roses?
As magical horses continue to disappear, forces are moving against Brenden, Pat’s father and Vee’s trainer, and all might be lost should the mage perish. Meanwhile, Pat takes the first steps into the world of magic, but first, he must acknowledge his own nature, a challenge he might find harder even than winning races.

Review: This is book two in this series and they need to be read in order. It will keep you from getting totally lost in the book. It also lets you know who the characters are, what they are about, and an insight into their world. I have always loved paranormal stories but this series just leaves me always asking questions and never seeming to get the answer. It is a good story but not for me. I just can’t get over the fact that not only is V-Tach a racehorse shifter but everything is focused on running races. He loves Pat and seems to be mated to him, but Pat puts the races and all of the other stuff ahead of V-Tach and he seems to let him.

Then there is the fact that magical horses, such as V-Tach are coming up missing. Questions are being asked but there are also people going after Brenden. Forces going against what they are trying to do. These forces are trying to stop V-Tach from racing. Pat also has to focus on the fact that he himself is magical. He is taking baby steps in that world, but he just doesn’t want to believe it at all.
I love the mystical part of this story but to me there needs to be more romance. There should be a focus other than the race. It just doesn’t come off the way I would have expected. A.C. Ellas has a gift of telling a story. Once I start reading a series I will continue to see if it changes my mind.

Review: Whether you are a shifter lover or not, you can’t go wrong with Theo Fenraven’s newest release, Wolf Bound. This author does not follow the guidelines we see in most shifter stories. He tells us a story from the human side of the equation. Instead of a paranormal fantasy where mating rituals are a must and the alpha wolf is the leader and everyone else follows, we connect with the main character, himself, someone who could be one of us in our everyday world. We learn the significance of how these changes have affected him and his life. Changes that lead to having no control over your actions. Even though we will never experience what the character/s go thru, you can still relate to his fears. He is one of us.

The story opens up with Jon, a teacher, want-to-be writer, who has recently moved to the countryside. While exploring one day, he stumbles across a trail or pathway that leads to another cabin. Curiosity gets the best of him so he makes his way to the small island with hopes of introducing himself and possibly meeting his neighbor. Introductions are kept short and sweet and he is politely encouraged to leave. However, with the visit of his best friend, Suzi, he can’t seem to leave well enough alone and he goes back. He just wants to show his friend, no harm in that, is there? How will he handle the situation when his curiosity leads him to the unthinkable? The unfathomable? Completely unprepared for what they find, when they enter the cabin, neither Jon nor Suzi, can make sense of what they see. But, they do see something.

Harrison Kalmes, thanks to a life altering misfortune, lives secluded in a cabin, on a small island, and has cut himself off from outside connections. Living a life of seclusion is certainly messing with his mental stability. He finds himself more and more depressed as his search for answers lead him nowhere. Now, he has a nosey neighbor snooping around, one that is having a hard time keeping his distance. As Jon learns Harrison’s secret, and once the shock factor wears off, he begins to feel alive and for the first time in a very long time, he has a small amount of hope. Thanks to Jon who doesn’t abandon him, they go to Romania in search of answers. Maybe, just maybe, they will find something or someone who can help. What they discover will lead, both Jon and Harrison, on a mission of truth and acceptance. They also discover they enjoy each other’s company, and being attracted to each other will lead to pleasure they both forgot existed.

Theo Fenraven is an incredible author who will take you inside the story, the inner organs of the plot. He is an amazing storyteller and has the ability thru details and descriptions to set the scene and plant you, the reader, there. His MC’s are smart, intelligent people, and once they understand their purpose, they don’t back away. He always includes side characters that are just as strong and vibrant, whether male or female, that add importance and depth to the storyline. If you are looking for an erotic, sex-filled, story, you won’t find that here. Ohh, his characters have sex, they have great sex, but it’s off page. He will lead you to it, but then you will have to take it from there. The scene that he lays out, thru his words and vision, will leave you feeling very fulfilled. He tells us a story that is full of fascination. A story that will have you appreciating his talent with each additional word. If you have never read a story by Theo Fenraven, I strongly encourage you to start. It will be an experience that will enrich your life, not only as a reader, but also as a person.

Review: This story will make you feel things that you normally hide deep down in your soul. It is so tender-hearted and will drag you in from the start. It is the first story of Clancy and Thursday’s that I have read and it makes me want to see what other books they have. The story is so believable and honest that it just makes you smile with the way it is told. It is as if you are in the room with them.

Edwin had been in a relationship for quite a long time, but he had not always been honest or faithful to the man. Then when his husband was killed, he devoted the rest of his life to being true to his husband. A man that he had hurt over and over during the years that they had been together. He had not even looked at another man in over eleven years. It was just him and his cat Francesca. It was the way he wanted it. That is until Francesca disappeared. If he lost his cat, the last thing of his husbands, then he no longer wanted to go along.

Forrest had found Francesca when he had gotten his truck home. She had somehow gotten in where the wheels were. She was dirty, but thanks to the posters, he knew exactly where to call. What he had not expected was her papa. He wanted this sexy professor more than anything in the world. He just did not think that he was worthy of this man. He had lived in a family where the stepfather had done every little thing to destroy him as a child. Also when he met up with his friend-with-benefit’s it also dragged him down further. He didn’t think he was worthy of a sexy little man like the professor. But boy did he want to. He knew he was falling in love with the professor.

The problem came when Edwin thought the whole entire time that Forrest was straight and interested in one of his students. Even after one night of what he thought was just pity sex, he didn’t know that Forrest was gay. That Forrest was into him as he found himself falling for this man. That is until Corey interrupts one of their dates, which Edwin did not know it was and tried to climb Forrest like a tree. He tried his hardest to tear them apart by saying that it was because he had told Forrest he did not want a relationship. Once he had seen Forrest with Edwin, he had to change his tune. However, it was too late. Forrest’s heart was hurt thinking that Edwin didn’t want him the way he thought. It was up to Edwin to make sure Forrest knew that he was what he wanted forever.

I loved this story. It gives you characters that you will fall in love with, cry with, and wish that you were there to help them along the way. It has two sexy men overcoming their past, the pain, and heartache they went through and see them making a future for themselves. I loved how it captured my attention from the start and kept it all the way to the end. I would recommend reading this story. You will fall in love with it.

Blurb: Sequel to The Sarran Plague

Syn Sinclair is one of the women taken from Earth to Sarran to replenish the fem population. While still en route on the Brightstar, Syn meets the Sarran Elder, TeZaron and thinks he looks down on her because of her checkered past. Upon landing, Nafer, TeZaron and TeBron’s offspring, recognizes Syn as his “Mommie,” something the Elders didn’t realize because of the mind blocks they had placed on each other to ensure the success of the mission to Earth.

Syn, a former prostitute and drug addict, left home at sixteen because she was sexually abused by her father and his friends. She made it out of the gutter and into the halls of higher education, getting her Masters in Psychology with a specialization in PTSD. Now she’s afraid her Warrior Pair won’t accept her because of her past. As soon as they bring her to their home, she works to gain their respect.

Supported by her Warrior Pair and their son Nafer, Syn settles into her new household with grace and energy. She is happy, very happy, except for one niggling doubt. Although she knows her Warriors have accepted her, she worries how others will view her new social position on Sarran. In particular, a fem from Syn’s past lets everyone know she’s unfit to BondStir with the High Lords. Madeline Dixon-Howard sees Syn as a blight on the new society.

Additionally, an even deeper evil is hiding in the Sarran government. Someone has sold information to the roach-like Zyptz, someone who planted a bomb and listening devices in the homes. Someone doesn’t want Earth women to mix into the Sarran gene pool. Syn’s insights as a psychologist combined with her new Psy powers just might help her Warriors find out who the traitors are and devise a plan to capture them.

Review: Syn is on a battle star being delivered to the Sarran world where all the Fems (I’m guessing females) and Femspring (I’m guessing female children) have been destroyed by a plague. The people live n triads… two bonded males (Warrior pairs) and a female to have their children. The fem of the triads are worshipped. The planet will die out with all the fems dead so the earth women had been carefully chosen and brought to the planet with all their worldly possessions. Syn and Anya have cats and it turns out cats also are rather worshipped. They have a special way of mind communicating on Sarran and can locate listening devices, bombs etc and kill rodents.
Syn is immediately bonded with two of the council members and elders and their 6-year-old son, which I felt the cats and the boy made the story. They were adorable!

. First of all, this is a sequel and I suggest you read book one The Sarran Plague first. I didn’t. I wish I had. I could follow the book pretty good, there is pretty decent back story dropping and later in the book there is a part where it’s pretty much all explained.

This is a MMF story so there are some girly bits, though it’s not very explicit and the sex is sensuous and tastefully done, in my opinion. I also liked that all the sexual attention wasn’t just on the female, it was well-balanced. My biggest issue was the language. There was a sort of language of the Sarran’s and I had difficulty figuring out what some of the words were. In my opinion, it didn’t really need this, because the world was pretty well done and you had a good feel they were on another planet. I at least wish there had been a dictionary put in the front with the special language words.

If you like a sci-fi story with lots of intriguing characters, cute kids, cats, fabricators (I wish I had one) different worlds, warriors, MMF bonds, and some very sensual sex this is for you.

Review: I found this story to be amazing, intriguing, and pretty hot. But I also found myself wondering what else was going on. But Sean Michael answered all my questions. One of my only problems was the fact the author didn’t take the time to bring me into the story. It seemed more like a random scene popped into the author’s head and he went from there. And as far as I can tell, he did pretty well with it.
Jack’s life is somewhat enriched but I couldn’t help but wonder if the story could have explained how he had a daughter in the first place. If he was straight, married, for a while or what.

But the more I read, the more I found myself getting to know the daughter and her situation. And then Dan stepped into the picture. Dan and Jack are living breathing characters that show their true colors no matter what. They are as real as you and me and they are awesome people. Responsible as well.

And as I read about the characters, I found myself immersed into the story unable to stop until it was done. The plot was resolved, but I found myself wishing the story would have gone longer. I felt somewhat disappointed, but still enjoyed it. I would recommend it to those that want to read a good story about a simple life experience and some fun.
