Blurb: When Micah Harrison bought Delany House, he didn’t suspect that it was haunted – or that the lonely ghost of Richard Delany would be the most appealing man he’d met in a long time. As Micah learns more about Richard, he realizes he’s in danger of falling in love, but he gives in to temptation anyway when Richard offers him the gift of an erotic Halloween encounter.

However, Richard’s real gift is not only a night of sensual pleasure, but also a chance for Micah to find the love he’d been looking for and never found.

Review: Micah a thirty-six year old Silicon Valley retiree fell in love with the Delany House when the realtor showed it to him. He is spending a large amount of time and money to fix it up. The locals tease him about buying the “haunted” house but he doesn’t believe them at first. Until he starts seeing and hearing things, he can’t explain. Finally, Micah decides to talk to the ghost and learn who he is.

This a cute little story. Micah and Richard are so sweet together. Even as a short, this story gave me a warm happy feeling at the end.
