Review: There are not many books out there that involve the same couple that can keep my attention for very long. Maybe it is the assassin part, or the danger and excitement, or even the sexy men involved but this is one of my favorite mystery series. There is just something about how this author not only gives you a world that is captivating but characters that are close to the heart. Although I do wish I could find one of my own.
Marc is a sexy assassin who at one time had his lover in his own crosshairs, now he would do everything in his power to keep his man safe. There is so many out there that wants to end his life that they are always running for safety it would seem. A romantic trip to Italy was supposed to bring them together but they are in danger once more.
These two take miscommunication to a whole new level. Marc is not very sociable whereas Dillon is very friendly and loving. Dillon has problems with the inability to figure out the man he loves.
I absolutely have a blast reading their stories which for me is saying something. I do not much care for books that continually have a cliff hanger at the end not the fact that the same romantic couple is involved.
However with the way this book just comes across, I could read about these guys all day and every day.
This is one of those series that I would definitely read more than once. I had so much fun reading this and would recommend reading it. It is so action packed and fast paced that you wouldn’t be bored at all.
