Review: Bowie is surprised to get a video and a picture of the two people who walked away from him when he confessed his needs to them, now years older he decides to go after what he wants and he chases down Channing. Channing works in catering and does sub demonstrations, having Bowie show back up in his life is daunting especially when he once derided Bowie for his Dom needs, now confronted by the powerful Dom Channing is shaking apart with nerves and need. Bowie is determined to claim his runaway mates and the first step is getting Channing under his firm hand.
This is a great shifter BDSM story where the Dom chases his sub down. When Bowie first admitted to Channing and Emma what he wanted both Channing and Emma left him. Although young Bowie knew that they were meant to be a triad but Channing couldn’t face what that meant and Emma left, now Channing embraces being a sub but being confronted by Bowie has him on edge. Bowie has to seduce Channing and show him he can give Channing what he needs but Channing isn’t sure even as he gives in to Bowie.
Both Channing and Bowie are cougar shifters and the characteristics of the big cats shine through in their human form so they are very touchy-feely. Bowie was young when he confessed his Dom needs to both Channing and Emma but Channing ran scared because it wasn’t until later that he accepted his own sub needs, Emma left deciding that she couldn’t make it work with just Bowie and that she wasn’t into kink but I think that might be a story for a later date.
There’s lots of want and need and some playful large cats, but the underlying want from both Bowie and Channing can’t be missed. Bowie is hurt, he was rejected because of his needs and he discovers Channing has now embraced the lifestyle, Channing wants Bowie but is scared. We see everything as Bowie brings his mate and sub under his hand and proves that it can work between them. This is a wonderful story where the wants and needs of the cats leaks through to the human side and where two people who love each other finally make it work.
I recommend this to those who love cat shifters, runaway subs, a Dom who wants his mate, some excellent spanking and a great ending.
