Review: This was an amazing story. Each book in the A Vampire’s Kiss Series focuses on a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, we recommend reading the series in sequential order. It keeps me from getting a bit lost in the stories and gives me an insight in to their world.
Aaron is a police detective sent to find out who was dealing drugs out of a vampire club. He was to go in and get the owner to agree to help him find the answers he seeks. What he had not expected was for the owner to be so sexy and getting mated. He goes in to ask and comes out after a hot night of sex, mated. I guess I would be surprised also.
Orion knew the minute Aaron walked into his club that he was going to be his and keep him on his toes. His mate was a feisty one, now he wasn’t too sure, whether he liked the idea that he could be hurt on the job, but he sure was going to stick around to protect him. When these two get together, the place goes up in flames.
I was amazed with this story and I cannot wait to get my hands on the next one. It has the perfect mixture of lust, love, passion, angst, danger, and anger. I would recommend reading this especially if you love sexy men, vampires, men with badges, excitement, adventure, dangerous situation, crazy vampire friends and a perfect story all in one. It has that and so much more. It gave me everything that I could have asked for in a story.
I love the way it had a hint of humor in it. I love paranormals especially romance but if you add in humor, I am usually reading it. I must have a story that will draw me in and have me laughing at certain parts, crying at others and this story gave me that.
