Luke requests songs for the late show with Roscoe. Songs that mean something to him and the people around him. Lately he has been requesting songs for the boy he watches from afar. The gorgeous dark haired blue eyed captain of the football team, Cameron.
One night, and the last request, and all of Luke’s secrets spill. It seems though, that he isn’t the only one with secrets.

Review: High School can be one of the toughest times in teen’s life. It’s during this time that they become the person that they will be for the rest of their lives. Meet Luke Holston, the nerdy guy from Math class. Every Friday night, he requests songs for Cameron Anders, the star quarterback and captain of his high school’s team. Luke has always watched his secret crush from far and only communicated with him through the poetic art of music.
Yes, it is a simple and short love story, but unbelievably sweet and lovely at the same time. Every page is page turner that will keep you on the edge of your seat and leave you wanting more. Love Is in the Title is the first novel that RJ Scott wrote for the world of Young Adult and clearly not her last since there are two more books that make up this series.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves jock/nerd love stories or just want to read a happy-go-lucky work of art. Trust me, you won’t regret it!
