Review:  Brendon Marcus is the shy, reserved and naïve science geek. He’s a genius, but he’s not very wise when it comes to love, or attraction. Josh Horton is the new assistant football coach, Tall, dark, handsome and much more comfortable in his own skin. Josh is openly gay, and it’s not the Brendon isn’t, he just doesn’t know how to be open about anything. Josh wastes no time asking Brendon out to dinner, and even less time kissing him.

This unlikely pair dives headfirst into a relationship that proves to be more challenging than either of them could have expected. Josh loves spending time with Brendon. He lights up the room when he’s in it, and the way he takes everything so literally makes Josh’s attraction to him even stronger. When Josh takes Brendon to meet his parents and they shower his young boyfriend with all the affection and praise Josh longs for, will it be the end of their budding romance just as it’s started?

I absolutely loved Brendon Marcus! He’s not very wise in the ways of the world and he takes everything so literally. The only thing that can pull him out of his on chaotic mind is Josh’s touch, his kiss. Josh is very patient with him, teaching him how to love and loving him in return, unconditionally. They learn to be stronger together and apart by standing up for themselves, and each other. Their attraction is basic and beautifully written.

Fast paced read with an engaging storyline and realistic characters. If you like a HEA love story with some pretty steamy guy/guy action worked into the mix seamlessly, then this is a must read! I would expect nothing less from Andrew Grey. This one will stay queued on my kindle so I can visit these characters again and again…….
