Review: I had a blast reading this story and I sure hope this is not the only one. I want to hear about all of the guys in this book. The characters were perfect and I absolutely fell in love with them. The way they not only cared about each other but how they cared for Mickey and his adopted grandmother. The way Vinnie is so protective of him made my whole week.
Micky had been a prostitute, that is until his ex hit him, then he decided to retire. He didn’t mind leaving the people behind, except for a little old woman who lived in the building. Ms. Dixie was a feisty old woman with a heart of gold. She loved Micky and knew all about his life. She knew he did what he did to survive. However, it would seem he waited one day too late. An earthquake hit and Ms. Dixie needed his help. Finding some big bikers, he offered what he had for their help.
Vinnie and his friends knew that it was time to get the hell out of dodge after the earthquake. It was a strong one and he knew what people would do afterwards. However, he was propositioned by a very sexy little man who wanted help to get his grandmother out. He just wasn’t so sure about what to do but once he helped, he knew he was going to have a hard time keeping his hands to himself. Now all he had to do is to get over Micky’s past and show him what kind of future they could have.
I loved this book and I can’t wait to read more of Stormy’s books. This particular story just has you in tears. It had so much love put into it, that it made it even more special. I felt like I was right there with them through it all. It caught my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end.
I would recommend reading this if you love sexy men, best friends, quirky grandmothers, danger and a happily ever after.
