Blurb: Jamie’s life is one big financial mess, and it really isn’t his fault. However, the last thing he expected to find in the library was a Good Samaritan. He might have been suspicious of Guy’s motives at first, but it soon becomes apparent that his savior is a good man who has been lucky in life and is looking to pay it forward. Guy being gay is not a problem. Jamie’s not interested… or so he thinks.

Guy is happy to help Jamie, and the two men get along fine. But when Jamie’s curiosity leads him from one thing to another, Guy finds himself looking at the young man with new eyes. What started out as a hand up is now something completely different….

Review: Jamie is in a bind. His parents spent the rest of his college fund on their divorce, he lost one of his jobs and the rent is due. He meets Guy at a library and they strike up a conversation where Jamie lets him know his woes. Seeing as someone helped him when he was younger he decides to pay it forward.

I liked that Guy was not a creepy guy with an ulterior motive. He seemed genuinely nice and caring. Though I was taken aback by his letting Jamie move in with him despite not knowing him. The age difference was not a problem for me in the least. These two guys seemed to mesh well together.

I also liked they had no sexual interest in one another at first as is the case with so many stories now a days. They got to know one another then slowly progressed to a relationship.

Good read.
