Review: Each book in the Brac Pack Next Gen collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. In fact I would recommend reading the very first series that leads you to this one. Brac Pack is branched off into several other series that will lead you to this one. These are the stories of the children from the originals. You are in for a bit of fun.

I came across Lynn Hagen when she wrote her very first book for the Brac Pack series and never looked back. You will meet a group of alpha’s that want the love of their mates. They live many centuries and their mates make their lives better and a bit interesting. Most of the time they have their serious tones but there is quite a bit of humor mixed in with them that make them even more fascinating for me. Each story will have danger, excitement, adventure, and a touch of kink to them that will keep your attention the whole time, like it does for me.

Minzhe is Christian’s oldest son and has two other fathers. After the attack, Minzhe managed to catch one of them to interrogate, but finds out that not everything is as it seems. The man was as innocent and clueless as one could be. He also just so happens to be Minzhe’s mate. Then he finds out that his little mate’s life has been horrible. He has been abused by his uncle. Minzhe is going to make sure his mate heals and never sees harm again. That is as soon as he kicks some serious ass.

Simon has been abused by his uncle for so long, but only assumes it is because he is gay. Turns out there are some major secrets being held. All he wants his to live happily with his cat, but it doesn’t appear to be what is to happen. Even though the sexy man wants answers, he is attracted to Minzhe. Won’t he be in for a big shock; the man is a vampire and his mate.

I love how Lynn doesn’t let the guys become too much alpha for their mates, making their heart bleed when they are hurt and for kicking their own asses when they hurt their mates. I have always enjoyed reading one of Lynn Hagen’s stories and I can see that it will not change in the future. I also loved how these men will go to the extremes to get the ones the love back.

Review: Each book in the Brac Pack Next Gen series features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This series is in fact a branch off of multiple series so I would start with Brac Pack first. The connected series include Brac Pack, Brac Village, Christian’s Coven, Zeus’s Pack, Demon Warriors and Shadow Tribe.

Paden is a fairy and his mate is a vampire. Fairy law makes it impossible to mate someone who is not fairy. He tries to run from it but when he gets his sexy little ass in trouble it is his mate that saves him. But damn does he give a good effort in staying away.

Michaya is one of the twin’s son, and has the gift of being able to get his sexy mate pregnant, which was a bonus. He is also Christian’s nephew as well so he has the back up when things go wrong, and things do in fact go wrong. So hot damn, we get to see the old guys showing up, not that they will ever look old.

Paden has become a favorite character after reading about this. I loved the whole pregnancy also. He doesn’t let anything get to him, and that includes his mate. He is as feisty as they come and is a spit fire mate.

I enjoyed reading this story and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book. I had so much fun in fact that I would definitely not only recommend it, but I will read it again.

Way to go Lynn Hagen for giving me an awesome read.

I actually came across Lynn Hagen when her first book, in the Brac Pack series came out. I was intrigued by not only the characters, but the world she wrote about. They are full of humor  and for me, that is a major plus in a good romance. The Alphas are very protective of their mates. And their mates give them hell at every turn.

Each story has excitement, a bit of adventure and danger added in to make them juiceier. So when this story came out I hopped to it and grabbed it. I love how it seems that everyone in the family gets a mate, including the humans. Oscar has always been one of my favorites.

When he was five years old, Oscar’s legs were badly damaged in a house fire. He had lost his parents to it, and went to live with his uncle. His uncle mated a bear shifter, and he was raised among the paranormal ever since. He had decided to move with all the others to the crazy town of Dalton Falls.

Now Oscar is adorable but he is also a menace when it comes to cars. Breaking down just happens to find himself a mate. A very stubborn mate who loves to fight with the fey in the house.

Hale is a deputy in town and a wolf shifter. He has found his mate and by gods, he will bite anyone that comes close to his little man. His problem is though trying to get his brother cleaned and protect his little mate from the dangers in the world.

Like I said, Oscar is one of my favorites. He doesn’t let anything get to him, and that includes his mate. He is as feisty as they come and is a spit fire mate.

I enjoyed reading this story and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book. I had so much fun in fact that I would definitely not only recommend it, but I will read it again.

Review: Each book in the Brac Pack Next Gen collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. There is nothing better than a good paranormal romance with two gorgeous men involved. This is also branched off from her previous series. These are the children of the original men so if you want the full effect start off with Brac Pack, Brac Village, Zeus’s Pack, Christian’s Coven, and so on.

I love the way Lynn Hagen can put together a book that not only fascinates you but draws you in. I had a blast reading this and look forward to reading more by Lynn. My attention was caught with the first sentence and I just couldn’t put the book down. This is one of those types that even after you have read the whole book you just want to go back and read it again.

Dennis is this little swan shifter who has a big goofy attitude. The last time he visited Brac Village, he came home missing a night. He only knows that the damn tiger is his mate. He just doesn’t know if he should trust him or not.

Ryker is a tiger shifter with a grudge. He has a past that he has not let anyone know about, one that could get everyone killed. He must protect his mate at all cost, but boy was the man making it hard.

Now normally I am all for Lynn’s stories, but this series doesn’t have the same lift as the other ones have. It comes off a bit rushed and the characters are just not catchy enough. They don’t seem to mix very well. There is a bit of a difficult time, then a fight, hookup and love. They just seem to be missing something major in them.

I hate to say it but this series is turning into a bust with me. Which is strange because normally there is something about the way that Lynn tells a story that will not only draw you in and keep your attention the whole time, but it will more than likely have you laughing your ass off at parts of it. This story didn’t do that for me like it should have.

The characters are beautifully written with big hearts, however if you cross them, they have no problem putting you down. They will protect their mates with their entire lives. Which is a major thing for me. I did enjoy reading it and look forward to seeing what the next story will be like.

This series is branched off from the original stories written by Lynn. To get a really great read I would start with Brac Pack and then read the branch offs from that series. They include Brac Village, Zeus’s Pack, and Christian’s Cove and so on. This series is the children from the original men you read before. You will see the fathers in this series at certain points and I have to admit that usually it is Maverick. Hot damn that man is fine.

Omar and Kahl have known from the time they were children that they were mates. He had known from a young age about paranormals and mates. His uncle, the man who raised him was mated to a shifter. Whereas Kahl is half dragon shifter and half cheetah shifter. They wanted each other more than anything but Kahl knows a secret. He can get his mate pregnant and Omar had not wanted children. Then the witch from the past comes after them all.

Kahl is the beta to their pack but damn he acts more like an alpha if anything. He also has this strong need to protect his mate.

I love this story and can’t wait to read the next book. I also love how alpha males are so tender with their mates.

I had fun with his and would definitely recommend it.

This particular book is about Maverick’s grandson Xavier. He doesn’t want to live in his grandfather’s shadow anymore so he has decided to go live with Matthew and his friends. He had not expected to find himself a mate though. One who just happens to be all Alpha male and a wolf. What is an elf to do?

He has some issues and is afraid of what his grandfather would say if he found out that he bottomed for his mate. He has some surprises in store for himself that is for sure.

Eric finds he is mated to a gorgeous bad boy and is about to find out that elf’s are not exactly right in the head. His mate has some issues with sex but he will be glad to show him how fun it will be. Now all he has to do is to keep his mate safe and find out who wants him dead.

You will see the fathers in the serious at some point, or at least that is what I have seen in these two stories so far.

Several years ago when Rez was a teenager he had been abducted by a demon who changed Rez from who he was to who he is now. At twenty-four it was time to get on with his life, but his fathers were not so easy to get them to agree. Ceri was one scary vampire but his father had reason to be scared. He has decided to move in with Matthew and the others. What he finds is his gorgeous mate. A mate that is going to be shocked as hell.

Avery had been abducted and dangled from a rope off of a freaking bridge. He was no longer going to be afraid. Yeah right, at the first signs of something different he will faint. He wanted a mate that was peaceful, docile, chivalrous and easy to get along with. What he got was one scary ass vampire who looked like he would eat him. Avery was a beautiful cat shifter who is as sweet as can be. Boy is he in for more shocks.

The demon from the past is determined to tear Rez apart, but he is going to see that his mate dies. It is up to the family to save Avery. When Jaden shows up to take Avery’s soul, there is hell to pay. No one is going to get Avery or their child.

What makes this story even better is the fact that Rez is a part of Christian’s linage so he can get his mate pregnant. There is nothing better than a man who can have a baby. Cracks me up every time.

I can’t wait to read the next story.

There is a lot of action, danger, suspense and a bit of kink in this book. I love how it has that serious tone to it but there is so much humor in it that your attention is captivated throughout it all. I think my favorite is the fact that Taylor shifts into this cute little bunny.
Taylor is a very cute little bunny shifter whose ass is about to get fried. He was supposed to do one thing and ended up getting mixed up with a drug bust. To save his cute little ass he was going to turn states evidence. He was brought to Dalton Falls. A town that is known to have the paranormal.

He had not expected to find his mate or the trouble he is in. His mate has some problems of his own.

Nevada was tired of about everything. His boyfriend turned out to be nothing more than a whore so he has decided to join his family in Dalton Falls. He has made the decision not to trust anyone nor fall for any cute little ass he sees.

Too bad that went out the window when he finds out that Taylor is his mate. Then the secrets just got in the way, can Nevada give up his hatred for lying to except his mate or not. Not to mention keeping his mate from getting killed at the same time. Things were about to change.

It was the perfect story for me and I loved it. I can’t wait to read the next story. When Lynn puts out a book I am usually there to eat them up. Trust me it will keep you laughing, crying, loving and having fun.
