Blurb: Thief Eric Devon wishes one thing: for people to leave him bloody well alone. And maybe for more whiskey. Until a mysterious stranger offers him a job so dangerous that no one has ever attempted it and survived to tell the tale: recover a priceless object from the Turtle Merchants’ impregnable palace. Intrigued by the man and the challenge, Eric accepts—but the stranger is none other than the legendary airship captain known as the Tea Demon, terror of the Sea of Clouds. Eric must come up with the best plan in history if he wants to complete his job… and survive it too.

Review: Eric has retired from thieving as it has got boring and unadventurous for him; it isn’t until a stranger approaches with an intriguing job offer that sparks his interest and excitement that he begins to reconsider. Captain Jonathon Tea has lost a precious, priceless family heirloom and needs the help of a skilled thief to retrieve it, luckily for him he gets the best and more than he bargained for.

A great story with a good plot, great characters and a strong story-line. Eric is amazed at his reaction to Jonathon Tea; he doesn’t think has ever felt so possessive over someone before. The attraction is apparent between the two characters quite quickly and gets quite steamy. This has a few funny moments in it, like when Eric realizes who Jonathan is or when he realizes what the priceless heirloom is, I giggled like mad reading that bit.

I think with this one it has a lot to offer as you have adventure, excitement, hot steamy sex, explosions, a bar fight, air ships, a giant floating turtle and the promise of something more for Eric and Jonathon, so I reckon you give this one a go, it just might surprise you.

Blurb: Raden’s heard all the tales about the vampire known as the Regent. As infamous for his power as for his irresistible good looks, the Regent doesn’t care about Vampire Law—he makes his own law. No one dares defy him. He does what he wants, when he wants, and what he wants now is Raden. Captured and dragged to the older vampire’s underground lair, Raden is about to discover the truth behind the tales… and what the tales don’t tell.

Review: Raden’s been taken captive by the guards of the Regent.  As he’s forced to walk underground for hours he imagines what will happen to him when he reaches the Regent’s lair… nothing could prepare him for what he discovers.

This is a hot erotic short that gets you hot under the collar. There really isn’t that much that I can tell you without giving the entire story away, so all I will say is that Raden has a submissive’s want that he has never had fulfilled until one night with a human and another vampire. That night comes back to haunt him and now he fears eternal death or eternal servitude await him.

I enjoyed this story as it gives you a bit of suspense in the build-up to the arrival at the Regent’s lair and a good idea as to why Raden is dreading the end of the journey. The Regent has surrounded himself with secrets and lies but longs for that one person who matches his intensity. I felt that even though this is a short story it has a lot of potential if the author ever decided to make it into a novella or novel. Now yes it’s a short and yes you don’t really get to know the characters but the sex scenes more than make up for it and so does the suspense and build-up.

Now who to recommend this to… hmmm… well there is some BDSM and some fantastically hot erotic sex with vampires and some angst, so really what are you waiting for?

Blurb: Lucas is sure he’s made a mistake—it has to be painfully obvious he’s never been to an underground gay club before. He doesn’t do things like this—he’s too shy, too reserved. He certainly doesn’t expect to be felt up by a total stranger as soon as he walks in the door. But just as he’s talking himself into leaving, the hottest guy in the place with the most beautiful green eyes he’s ever seen pulls him onto the dance floor. Green Eyes insists on “no names, no strings…” and just this once, Lucas is inclined to agree.

Second edition

First edition published by Torquere Press in 2010 under the same title.

Review: Lucas hits an underground gay club for the first time and feels completely out of his depth.  He catches the eye of an attractive green-eyed guy and he experiences a night to remember.

Shy Lucas hooks up with ‘Green Eyes’ and acts out of character for the first time and loves every minute of it. This is a hot and sexy short that will get you hot under the collar and leave you panting for more. I loved it and thought the twist at the end was brilliant.

I recommend this to anyone who would love a short quick fix of hot sex and a surprise at the end.

Blurb: Until now, Drew and Garrett have been playing at dominance, but things have to change. Drew is already losing himself to the implacable will of his new Master and they have yet to make anything official. That’s what this weekend is supposed to be about – Garrett making Drew his – unless the memories from Garrett’s past are too strong to let him meet Drew’s ultimatum of the real thing or nothing at all.

Review: Erm… well… can’t add anything ‘cause the blurb says it all but what I can say is this… wow, a real hot little number that starts off as it means to end with a hot display of dominance at the beach and it doesn’t let up.

You can feel Drew’s insecurity and doubt about Garret being his master and you can also sense when he accepts Garret’s full dominance.   You feel his discomfort at the exhibitionism that Garrett forced on him.  Unfortunately, as this is from Danny’s POV, you don’t get a feel for Garrett at all.   So you can’t work out his reasoning for what he is doing.

The sex is hot and sensual; the D/s is well done and not over the top.  The characters seem well suited.  Mind you, there isn’t much of a storyline other than Garrett accepting Drew as his sub and Drew accepting Garrett as his Master but it’s well written.

So I’d recommend this to those who love D/s, hot sex and a HEA for a sub and his Master.
