Blurb:  Billy Lawson is jealous. Every day he watches his boss, Cole, and his boss’s lover, Jonah, prove again and again how deeply in love they are. Billy’s never had a real relationship, and he didn’t believe true love existed until Cole proved otherwise. Now, he longs for what Cole and Jonah have.

When he meets Levi, a scared, wounded shifter who needs his help, he ignores the chemistry that flares between them, thinking he’d be taking advantage of Levi at a vulnerable time in his life. Before Levi can convince Billy they were made for each other, his past catches up to him, and both men must fight for a chance at love.

Review: Billy is forced to go on a vacation by his boss, a wolf shifter. Billy’s been content to just have random sex, but now watching Cole and Jonah, he wants more.

Levi is a scared young boy, lost and alone on the streets, and on the run. Though looks can be deceiving; he is also a mountain lion.

I think the story is pretty good, though I didn’t initially realize this is a second book in a series, and was lost for a chapter or so. Eventually the backstory was filled in, sometimes in big chunks almost like dropping back and reading another book. I also find it a bit hard to believe how the shifters all live together: like Jonah being a horse, and his lover being a wolf, then bring in poor, sad, young Levi as a mountain lion to work and live on the. But, this is fiction after all, and when you set that aside and don’t overthink these things, the story is sweet and loving. I am always a sucker for hard-fought true love, so I like that the seemingly meeker Levi is more dominant in private with the more controlled Billy. I will be getting the first, and look forward to the third!

I recommend this to anyone liking unusual shifters like horses and mountain lions, or werewolves, mystery, and hot mansex.

Review: Eli’s Christmas plans are thrown into chaos when he discovers his boyfriend has been cheating on him. While the rest of his family has plans, Eli’s mother insists that Eli escapes to her friend’s mountain cabin. Arriving at the cabin, Eli is unprepared and is saved by mountain man, Mac, who delivers the wood and food he so desperately needs. Now, Eli hopes that Mac can deliver some much-needed Christmas cheer.

This is a sweet story that starts with a bruised heart and ends with a heart full of hope. Eli isn’t exactly heartbroken when he discovers his boyfriend has cheated on him, but it is bruised. His mom encourages him to take a mountain break and time away just might be what he needs. Mac comes to Eli’s rescue when he discovers no wood or food in the cabin, and Eli beings to fantasize about the rugged mountain man. Both men act on their attraction, but will Eli be able to give up the city for the mountains?

This story is from Eli’s POV and he seems to be a very nice character who enjoys the simple things like quite nights. We don’t get to know Mac all that well, but from Eli’s eyes he seems like a sweet thoughtful man. Eli is instantly enthralled by Mac’s voice and the more he learns the more he likes. As I said, we don’t really know what goes on in Mac’s head and even by his actions we can’t quite tell if he really wants Eli…at first. But, by the time they have the romantic dance it is quite clear that he is sweet on Eli and even though it does happen fast when they get together it doesn’t seem fast and at first they both seem to hold back as though unsure of the others reaction.

I have to recommend this to those who love mountain men and city boys, hunky men coming to the rescue, new beginnings, hot sex and the start of a sweet relationship.

Review: Cole is a half-breed werewolf and a cowboy who owns a horse farm. When horse shifter Jonah approaches him for a job he declines, his wolf instincts driving him hard. Jonah is desperate to get away from his brother, Nathan, who thinks shifting, is a sin and Jonah being gay pushes him over the edge. Cole and Jonah have to find the strength to fight Nathan in the human world.

This is a very good shifter story, showing us how these people deal with their shifter instincts and their love, while fighting a bigot who is against shifting and gays. Cole struggles with his wolf instincts and urges, fighting for dominance over the wolf. But, when Jonah comes into his life, it’s a fight he seems to be barely winning. Jonah is a young man who has been treated badly by his brother and stepfather. When Cole rescues him, he doesn’t know how to be strong enough to fight his brother, but, with Cole’s help he finds a reserve of hidden strength he didn’t know he had.

I loved these characters of Jonah and Cole; both of them have their own troubles; Jonah, his family, and Cole, his wolf instincts. Cole’s situation is an intriguing one, as a half-breed he isn’t expected to shift, but, his wolf instincts are strong and it is tearing him apart, as his wolf and human side struggle for dominance. Jonah is in another unique situation, his family are horse shifters but they are so religious that they think shifting is a sin, add in the fact that Jonah is gay and you have a brother who would commit murder to cleanse him. The way the shifters and humans seem to grudgingly live side by side is interesting, the shifters aren’t hunted down but they aren’t fully accepted either… some people accept them, others ignore them and some sneer and snarl at them… it spookily reminded me of how gays are treated.

The relationship between Cole and Jonah is not an easy one at first, as Cole and Jonah have to fight their animal instincts of predator and prey, the urges to chase and flee. Jonah has an easier time of his control as he accepted him stallion many years before, but Cole has never truly accepted his wolf because of his inability to shift. Their sex life is passionate and intense with a few ups and downs as Cole fights his instincts to bite and tear (it’s very hot, very hot). There are also times when they conflict because of their protective natures, each trying to protect the other and do the right thing.

I will recommend this to those who love shifters, hot sex, conflict, danger, two men who are struggling to be themselves, a wonderful love and a happy ending.

Review: Blake has the hots for the sexy astronomy professor who has just moved in next door. Unfortunately, whenever he is face to face with him his brain stops working. Blake’s niece wraps him around her finger and Blake ends up inviting Greg over for dinner, where the two men hit it off.  But, Blake has been hurt in the past and he feels that Greg is blowing hot and cold.

This is quite a good novella that has a slight touch of submissiveness from Blake and a touch of domination from Greg. Blake likes his life ordered, everything slots into place nicely and although he has had to accommodate for time with his niece everything must be perfect. When he meets Greg, he has fantasies about him, but he can’t quite make the step to ask him out. But, with the encouragement of his niece and his sister he does get his man. Greg seems to be quite a guy.  He’s hot, wears kilts (swoon) and is a slightly absentminded professor.  He seems to be interested in Blake, but Blake seems to be completely oblivious to it.

I quite enjoyed this story as Blake has some insecurities and suddenly gets to experience something he has always yearned for.  But, then it terrifies him to have such a strong reaction to it. Greg’s behavior also plays on his insecurities, although Greg doesn’t mean anything by it. Blake’s reaction is angsty. The sex between them is extremely hot and Greg also manages to use sex to help Blake through his anxiety.

I thought Blake and Greg had the potential to work through their problems on their own, but Blake’s sister and niece decided to help out… although it disturbed me that a nine-year old girl was getting that active in her uncles’ love life and encouraging him to date Greg. I have never met a nine-year old that hasn’t blushed and giggled or pretended to throw up at even the thought of a kiss between adults.

I will recommend this to those who love very slight domination and submission, hot sex, a bit of angst and a great ending.

Review: Seth loves being a cop and really can’t see the point of anything else taking up his time until he meets bear shifter Brandon.  Brandon has his eye on Seth and won’t give up until the man is in his bed.

Brandon is flirty, out-going and determined.  Seth is gruff, grouchy and a work-a-holic, but when these two men get together they seem to balance each other out. Seth ends up at Brandon’s club when he is called there about a crime.  A crime that Brandon realizes is about a young shifter he helped escape. Brandon takes drastic action when he realizes the young man could be in danger and Seth is really, really not happy about that.

I liked these two men and it wasn’t easy going for them, what with Brandon hiding stuff from Seth and Seth determined to carry out his job. The sex between them was incredible hot and I loved Brandon’s kind heart and even though he acts very flirty inside he is more of a homebody. Seth is rubbish at relationships, but for Brandon he is willing to give it his best shot.

I recommend this to those who love shifters, really hot sex, danger and a happy ever after.

Blurb: Luke Jackson has been hot for his boss since the day he started work. When he’s offered the chance to win a promotion, he has no idea what his boss expects in return until he finds himself on his knees in his boss’s office. For Luke, his promotion doesn’t just come with better pay but also the fulfillment of all his submissive desires.

Review: A hot sexy short that will raise your blood pressure. Can’t tell you much about this one as it’s too short but Luke definitely gets just what he wants and it is definitely going to make you hot under the collar as he fulfils a fantasy that I think many of us have had.

An incredibly hot story for the amount of pages, some D/s nothing too heavy though and I have got to say an incredibly horny making book, no love or romance or even a HEA just pure want, need and sex.

This is for those of us..er..I mean you that want a quick sex fix that will have you hot and horny in just a few minutes.
