Review: This was a cute little story, but I wished it were longer. Although it did give you the point that you needed. Bigotry is all around us not just as humans but as were’s.

Brock was a were-cougar and at one time had been in love with Clay who was a more feline even in his human side. He was considered a freak of nature as you would call it. What Brock had not known was the reason Clay and his family had left the pride.

His parent’s anniversary was coming up and he had wanted to get them something special for it. He had decided to replicate his mother’s china pattern dishes that had been lost in a tornado. What he had not expected was Jean-Claude the man who owned the china shop was in fact Clay. Clay had changed everything including his eyes to escape his past. He had not even shifted in over fifteen years. Now because Brock was back, he wanted to let his cat out. He wanted to eat meat, run in his cat form, and be with the man he had always loved. He however was terrified that to do so would cause him to lose everything again. Brock just had to get him to trust in their love, to trust that he would never let him down again.

I really wished that this story was longer but even in its short form, it was amazing. I would recommend reading this story especially if you love the paranormal worlds, shapes-shifting cats, two hot and sexy men and a heartbreaking story. A heartbreaking story that is over come with love. I can’t wait to check out the rest of BA Tortuga’s stories
