Review: Each book in the Primal Heat collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. There is nothing better than a good paranormal romance with two gorgeous men involved. I love the way Lynn Hagen can put together a book that not only fascinates you but draws you in. I had a blast reading this and look forward to reading more by Lynn.
What affects me is Karidon’s nightmares that he has. When he had been captured and nearly killed it had reminded him of his past. He thinks that he is so damaged that there was no way he could be with Oliver. However he did want him bad. He was to the point of being suicidal it seems. Then Salvador kidnaps Ollie and wants the omega Karidon had gotten to safety. Now he had to make difficult choices.
Ollie is in love with Karidon but thinks that he will never want him the same way he does. When Salvador kidnaps him, he is not scared of rescue because he knows Karidon will come get him. He is scared that Karidon will leave once more. However there is so much more to the story of Karidon that Ollie had not known.
True Coop had asked Ollie for help, but no one had known what the hell was truly going on in Karidon. Karidon knows he needs help, and not for Ollie but for himself, he finds it. Now all he has to do is to make Ollie see that they do indeed have a future.
I love the way all the feelings they felt was involved in this story. It was the perfect story for me and I loved it. I can’t wait to read the next story. What makes it even better is that the mates can get pregnant. There is nothing better than a male having to go through labor to me. When Lynn puts out a book I am usually there to eat them up. Trust me it will keep you laughing, crying, loving and having fun.
