Blurb: For K-9 Officer Shane Walker, transferring from the Tulsa police department to the elite L.A.P.D. was a dream come true. He nearly forgets he’s in Hollywood until he responds to a 911 call that brings him to the home of actor Tyler Donovan.

It appears that Tyler has it all – a career that’s on fire and a loving, long-term relationship with his partner, Alex. But then Shane uncovers the truth that Tyler had been trying to hide, and the illusion comes crashing down.

Can Shane help Tyler break free of a life he’s convinced he deserves before it’s too late, and in the process help them both find love?

Review: Shane has recently moved to LA to work in the LAPD K9 Unit with his partner Casey when he gets a call to respond to a disturbance where he meets Tyler who he has an instant attraction to.  Tyler is in a situation that he thinks he deserves until Shane convinces him that his life could be on the line.

This is a sweet romance that has some danger thrown in. Shane and Tyler become friends before they become lovers and it is fantastic that they take it slow with their relationship.  Not rushing it as Tyler makes sure that his instincts are right about Shane, this is a truly romantic loving story. We see both of these men cope with the other’s jobs; Shane dealing with Tyler being a movie star and Tyler dealing with Shane being a police officer. It was also great that this story was from Shane’s perspective and the detail that was written about police practices and procedures was great, it gave us good insight into Shane.

Now these two men don’t have sex they make love and I loved how they both supported each other through everything that is thrown at them. The storyline is solid, the plot great and the characters feel realistic and make a great couple.

I will recommend this to those of you who enjoy… loving men, police storylines, excitement, danger, romance and two beautiful men who make one beautiful couple.
