He hopes to snag a date but is constantly distracted by the irritating sand wolf, Crave More, who taunts him about his name. Flash runs off, only to find Crave More struggling in a riptide some time later. He rushes to the rescue and is coaxed by the cheeky sand wolf into giving a little resuscitation. When a misunderstanding erupts, Flash is left wandering about until the next time he stumbles across Crave More rolling about in the sand with a gull shifter. Review: In this story Flash is a lonely seal-shifter who has recently lost his mate. He is no longer interested in flings and one-nighters; he craves a mate, a solid relationship that will make him happy. Unfortunately, in the small town he’s moved most people seem to be already paired. What’s worse the is always the presence of Crave More that haunts his mind. After exchanging snarky comments and taunting one another, Flash finds Crave nearly drowning near the seashore, but what really surprises him, is the fact that Crave indicates he is attracted to Flash and would want something more…

Well the idea behind this short was definitely enticing but the execution was a bit lacking. The dialogues between the two men were often quite juvenile and the misunderstanding that occurred would come better if the characters were in their teens. Furthermore, it didn’t make sense for me that a dog would drown… Odd since dogs are excellent swimmers.

Anyway, a nice story, enticing idea, but it didn’t hold my interest much. If you are a fan of shifters, though I’d suggest you give it a try.
