Review: In this story Flash is a lonely seal-shifter who has recently lost his mate. He is no longer interested in flings and one-nighters; he craves a mate, a solid relationship that will make him happy. Unfortunately, in the small town he’s moved most people seem to be already paired. What’s worse the is always the presence of Crave More that haunts his mind. After exchanging snarky comments and taunting one another, Flash finds Crave nearly drowning near the seashore, but what really surprises him, is the fact that Crave indicates he is attracted to Flash and would want something more…

Well the idea behind this short was definitely enticing but the execution was a bit lacking. The dialogues between the two men were often quite juvenile and the misunderstanding that occurred would come better if the characters were in their teens. Furthermore, it didn’t make sense for me that a dog would drown… Odd since dogs are excellent swimmers.

Anyway, a nice story, enticing idea, but it didn’t hold my interest much. If you are a fan of shifters, though I’d suggest you give it a try.

Ash is shy and insecure around men and there’s only one place where he can unleash the beast inside him–the online world of Dragon Games. It’s here that his virtual character enables him to express traits he’s normally hesitant to share. Jayden has only recently started exploring the wonders of online intimacy. He is constantly pulled further into a fantasy world where his virtual heart and virginity are soon claimed by an intriguing dragon rebel who enchants him. If only he could convince his cyber-lover to meet him in the real world…

Review: Ash has had his confidence bashed by his ex-boyfriend. Now he can only really let himself go when he is playing games in the online world. When he connects online with another character, he wishes he could get to know him more. And then there is also the sexy baker across the road that caught his eye, but Ash just can’t see the baker ever being serious about him. Jayden has started anew in a new town, his past experience with an ex-boyfriend also haunts him and although he has had some hook-ups he is drawn to the sexy guy in the antiques store across the road who won’t give him the time of day, so he relies on his online friendship with a dragon who intrigues him.

This is a great story about two men who have both had their confidence bashed by their ex-boyfriends. They both have their own ways of dealing with it, but they are both vulnerable to how others see and treat them. Ash has crawled into his shell and rarely leaves it. His view of himself is skewed and he has no social skills to speak of. Jayden was stripped bare by his ex, and although he still tries to be confident, the slightest knock sends him running for something sweet and chocolaty to eat.

I enjoyed this story as we see Jayden and Ash meeting in cyber space unaware of who their new friend is and then out in the real world as both characters lust after the other, but mistake each other’s actions. Both men have similar interests and they have instant lust between them, they have brief flashes of connection before their insecurities get the better of them. And then just as they both open up to each other, a terrible accident makes them grab happiness while they can. This is a well written story that has some really hot cyber action which carries over beautifully into the real world. It has two great characters who are both insecure and perfect for each other and make a really hot couple.

I will recommend this to those who love characters that fumble with life, some hot action with a Chocolate Mousse Mountain, opening your heart and a very happy ending.

Review: Matt is shocked to come home early from work one day to find his boyfriend leaving him and is mortified that Jason does it in front of his hot next door neighbor, Chase. Even though Matt is still reeling from the break-up, he fantasizes about Chase and when Chase invites him to dinner, he wonders if there could be more to it than a friendly bite to eat.

This is a very cute shifter story that will warm your heart. Matt is a great character, who even while his boyfriend is leaving him is still so generous and kind.  it made my lip quiver in sympathy as he put on a brave face. Chase is a solid presence who seems to tease Matt with his pure hotness and who is willing to wait for Matt to be ready for a new relationship. Both characters are really good together and the kisses are sweet, but passionate.

I would love to delve more into this shifter world where mates are chosen by the shifter and not fate and where there is no mate bond tying them together. where there are different shifters from dogs to horses to seals and bulls. The characters in this short story are well-developed and we see a brief shot of what they could be like together. I have to hope that there will be more from this couple in the future because they are just so cute together.

I will recommend this to those who love shifters, hot men, mending a bruised heart, being naked on the beach at night and the beginning of a sweet relationship.
