Review: Stryker is an assassin hired by the Prince Regent to kill his father the King. In order to pay the Prince sells Rhys to Stryker. Rhys is twenty years old and has been servicing the Prince for twelve years total. The last four of which have been sexually, but only using his hands and mouth. So he is still a virgin, which Stryker likes, a lot.

Seriously, there should have been a warning on this book about at least dubious consent. Rhys is called a servant, but if you can be bought, sold, or traded, it seems more like a slave to me. But that is my opinion. Stryker pretty much tied Rhys up and forced their first time on him, even if Rhys did enjoy it in the end. That was the beginning of the end for me. I didn’t like Stryker from the start, and I felt bad for Rhys. It didn’t really get better for me.

The writing style itself was good which is the reason it has the heart rating it does. But the start is about what I would call very dubious consent at the least. Then Stryker spent most of the time trying to get Rhys to admit how much he liked it and wanted it. I found Stryker completely arrogant and too cock sure of himself. He never really gave Rhys the time to acclimate to the change in circumstances.

It went from one sexual scene with a little talk to the next sexual scene. There was no explanation or descriptions of the world the author has created. It’s Sci-Fi and the MCs talk about planets and The Republic but never really in great detail.

I feel like there could have been so much more here and it would have been a fantastic story. But as it was, I was just left unsatisfied.

Review: Adventurous action packed story along with dangerous situations as Rykna enters a three-part race to save his sister. Sexy Ever becomes his pilot as well as his lover as they race to the finish line while trying to avoid Ever’s dangerous ex, also in the race. They end up at King Melvin’s once all is over.

Amazing scenery of racing through dangerous obstacles they have to get through and a rescue mission for Rykna’s sister. Loved the whole story. Hot and intense sex between Ever and Rykna add spice to complete this story. Great read.

Review: Nick is a very bright young man living with daily abuse at the hands of his father until one day he kills him protecting his sister. His life turns for the better when Gilly adopts him and his sister. Nick is then accepted into the school of his choice and begins his training.

Jason is what is considered a brainiac who is bullied and beaten up at school. He begins to hear voices and goes to get tested for PSI. While waiting for the results, his father informs him he’s sending him to military school to toughen him up. Jason is upset and leaves only to be kidnapped after this begins the introduction of Cai who can’t remember anything before waking up in pain and not knowing who he is.

While the story was good, it bothered me that the Guild was able to take teenagers under the age of 18 without their parents knowledge or consent and do surgery on them, changing them. That was highly disturbing to me. Some of the terms used I didn’t understand.
The two young men meet when the cadets are taken to learn about the astrogators.

All in all, it was a good read.

Review: Amazing story of Bray and Kamden crash landing, after being attacked, on a terra forming planet and how they manage to survive. Beautiful scenery as well as terrifying ordeals. With plenty of sex to set the pages on fire.

I really enjoyed reading this book. Great read and wonderful addition to the Handsome Heroes series. I can’t wait to see what else the author may have in store for the future.
