Blurb: Snow is a Shapeshifter with a tortured past, hidden behind a wall of smiles and laughs. That past has given him advantages, though. He can shift quicker than anyone can on the planet, and his instincts are second to none. He also has quite the knack for getting information, so when there’s an increase in violence on shifters he’s the ideal person to get to the bottom of things. A ray of sunlight is added to his darkening days when he meets Bernie.

Bernie is completely in the dark about who Snow is, but what he does know is that he’s attracted to the guy in more ways than just physical. Who couldn’t love a guy who has a permanent smile on his face?

But will Bernie understand when Snow is forced to reveal all? And even if he does, will he hang around long enough for Snow to make his feelings known?

Review: This was an amazing story. Each book in the Wolves Of Shade County Series focuses on a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, we recommend reading the series in sequential order. It keeps me from getting a bit lost in the stories and gives me an insight in to their world. A world that captured my attention from the start and kept it all the way to the end. I love the way each character just mixes with the others. How fast they are to defend what is theirs and what they believe.

Snow had been turned in to a wolf over fifty years ago and he had gone through some troublesome times. Once he had been held and tortured by a sadist. He knew what it meant to be hurt over and over. He still has the nightmares from it. However he hides his pain with smiles. They always say those who smile and act happy all the time are those that are in the most pain. He is a bit of a dare-devil also. Balancing on the rails on his balcony is when Bernie first noticed him. The second was when Snow save Bernie from two men in an alley behind a club.

Bernie had at first thought Snow was as nuts as all gets out when he saw him on the balcony rails. However he gets a closer look at Snow after he saves him from a beating. Now all he wants is to get to know Snow a bit better. Even the news of what Snow is doesn’t change his mind. He is falling in love with a wolf that has the whitest hair he had ever seen. The dangers out there has him fearing for Snow’s safety. He has fallen in love with a mysterious man who can change in to a wolf.
I have found another series that I find fascinating. I cannot wait to get my hands on the next book in this series. It gives you everything one could want in a book. It gave me sexy men, wolf shifters, excitement, danger, adventure and quirky friends. I found myself falling in love with the men in this book and the way they just seem to connect. The words just flew off the pages of this book and into my heart. It caught my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it till the last word. I would recommend reading this book and all of the others in this series.
