Review: Each book in the Shifters and Lovers collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. However they can be read as a standalone.

There is nothing better than a good paranormal romance with two gorgeous men involved. I especially loved the fact that they were lions in this one. They are probably one of my favorite types of shifters.

Logan had a rough life and was now on the straight and narrow. However he is letting his past stand in the way of his future. When an op comes in to take care of, he meets Noah. He is attracted right off the bat, but still holds back. Let’s face it he is a complete ass to Noah. Noah however wants Logan and is willing to take a chance. Now if they could just get the bad guys all might be well.

Now this story starts off great, but it was missing a lot of stuff. I mean, yeah, Logan realizes when he thinks Noah is in danger. He might just be the man for him. They go from one extreme to the next step too fast. It came off like the author was tired of the book and just threw the ending in. It was a disappointment. Because up to the instant change it was going perfectly.

I did enjoy reading it though and would recommend it.

Review: Each book in the Shifters and Lovers collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

I have not really read any books by this author but the first to this series. I was fascinated with the way the men just flow together. There were only a few problems I had with the story, but they are not major for me not to like the book.

The first one was the actual ending. It seems like it just drops off which didn’t hit me right. I felt that it could have continued to make it more enjoyable. Also the fact that they don’t have mates drives me nuts. Shifters should have mates to me.

Jordan left his pack after he was being forced to marry a woman. The man was as gay as could be, so no women for him. So now he protects others, but he had not expected to actually fall for the one he is assigned to now. However he felt it better to protect Rick from a stalker than get into bed with the man. Yeah, like that is going to last long.

Rick is an amazing actor, but now he has a stalker out for him. For an actor he is down to earth, but he takes one look at his bodyguard and damn did he want him. Too bad the man was fighting the attraction between them both. Looks like it was going to take a bit of work to get his man. That is if the stalker doesn’t get him first.

I had fun reading this and look forward to the next book. I would definitely recommend reading this book. Trust me it will keep you laughing, crying, loving and having fun.

Review: This is the first book in this amazing series and I would suggest you start with it. Although it doesn’t really give you an inclination on what they are going to be like. I have always been drawn to the paranormal world and when you add in a romance with sexy men then I am pretty easy. There are parts of it that are quite unique and I was pleasantly surprised by that. Although to be truthful it does feel like it was told with a fast pace. It doesn’t talk about mates which is quite different from others. However when they hook up it comes off not the way it should. It does not take away from the story itself though.

Zac left home, joined the marines and became a sniper. After the service, he was approached and basically became an assassin. He killed those who could not be touched by the law and needed to be executed. When his twin had her daughter, he came home to an unexpected surprise. He had been a football star in high school and was not what one would could call gay. He had always had a crush on his chemistry partner and helper. Brody however did not know that part of it. Now coming home, Brody has approached him for help. Help to find a missing student and patient.

Brody has quite a secret that he has known but not shared. He is a cougar shape shifter and has many different types of gifts that come with it. When he had been in school, his main goal was to go into pre-med, but he switched it. Now part-time he worked for the FBI as a profiler and needed help in finding his patient. He had heard that Zac was a FBI agent and wondered if he would help.

He had always hidden the fact that he was gay. But man, Zac comes home and he is totally out of the closet. Sparks fly every time these two get together and a killer has Brody in his sights.
I had an absolute blast reading this and look forward to reading the next book. I loved it and would gladly recommend reading it. It gave me almost everything I could want in it. It had my attention from the moment I started reading it and kept it all the way to the end.

I only wish that the next story is longer, because this was just a teaser for me.
