Reviewer: Shorty

Review: This is a continuation of the last book. The Archangels travel all over the world looking clues as to the whereabouts of the Holy Grail. What they discover is horrifying. The person who has it is corrupting it piece by piece to unleash chaos on the world.

Some of the scenes in the book I felt were unnecessary as this book is long and drawn out as it is. The book also ends in a cliffhanger that I felt was unnecessary, as the conclusion should have been told in this one.

The traveling back in time was interesting. As well as the place where the Holy Grail was originally and the fact that a vampire was guarding it as his people imprisoned him in the cave as punishment for not turning a magical person into a vampire. The fire that burned a great deal of Africa was terrible. The kidnapping and sacrificing of Jihu’s, a shaman in North Korea, son was horrifying.

It did mention at the end that an angel was helping Haamah, one of the four succubus sisters, with her evil plans but didn’t say who it was. Some hot sex added spice to an adventurous read.
