Review: This is the first book of Jenny’s that I have read and I was impressed with parts of it. However overall, the story lacked something to pull the whole story together. It was most difficult to get into completely, or follow what is happening. It has a lot of mystical aspect put into it that was hard to figure out.

I think it will make a good story but to do so it would have to be redone with some stuff added in that will give you an idea of who is who and what they are doing. It went from one person going on a hunt, then the next it goes to the other guy. However it was missing the connection that makes it easier to see that.

Tucker has waited some time to find his mate, but he knew he needed to look. So he goes in search and finds the man made for him. Malcolm however finds a wolf, gets bitten and ends up in a strange place that involves an owl. That owl sure does get some bad reactions out of the residents. There is some hot sex between them, but overall this book needs some serious redoing.

When I choose it to read, I had taken one look at the blurb and thought it sounded good. It comes off fast paced, like the writer was rushed. It goes from Tucker going to search for his mate, to Malcolm getting bitten and then farther on. It was not my idea of a story that I would want to read again. I was quite disappointed in it.

When I first started reading, it sounded reasonably good but then it lost my attention to fast. I will wait for book two to see if they do get better. Otherwise I am not sure if this series is for me.
