Review: I really loved Alec and Christian. They are so much in love that it makes me dream good thoughts. Alec worries that he isn’t enough to hold Christian and Christian helps him to understand that he will always love him no matter what. This story is a wonderful sequel to Switch Him Up. I would love to hear more about them and their life together. Great story line and great men make a wonderful read.
I like this story because it is so tender and sweet. It starts with Christian preparing a meal to celebrate the anniversary of when they got back together, after a misunderstanding that led them to a six-month breakup. Christian worries about Alec’s reaction to the meal, where as Alec’s worries about Christian. Christian struggled with his jealous tendencies and Alec worries that Christian will continue to overreact. They loved each other so much that they are willing to work through everything. Communication was their friend they just had to remember that.
Another problem is Alec’s wanted Christian’s domination. Unfortunately, the silent agreement between them had always been that Alec would top. He had wanted to feel control, now he wanted Christian’s to control him sometimes in the bedroom.
Add in a new stressor that has Alec feeling angry. He has to remind himself that he is very much in love with Christian, and that Christian is very much in love with him. To really appreciate this you should read the first book of this sequel. I love that both men are strong in one way, but in another, they are vulnerable in themselves and their love. It shows a side that every man and woman has, you just have to look for it.
I wished that this book was a little longer, but the story line was perfect in its own way.
