Blurb: The road is long and there are mountains in their way, but love ultimately brings this unlikely pair together.

Two Ted Jacksons, one from the East Coast, the other from the West, both on business trips to Denver, where fate and a certain schmaltzy love song bring them together — on a fifteen-story balcony, no less — and just as quickly and sadly tear them apart. Months later, they find themselves united again in San Francisco, on the first Ted’s home turf — and on a rooftop parking lot this time. The road is long and there are mountains in their way, but love does indeed lift them up and ultimately brings them together, where they belong.

Review: Well, this was a nice surprise. Hot, sexy, and somewhat funny this short story made for quite the enjoyable read.

Two Teds meet on a business trip and the instant lust between them is not to be brushed off. Nope, they rather jump at each other and damn if I didn’t like the seduction part more than I thought. We got our selves the exhibition scene too, the two men being utterly erotic, delicious, and charming and… sigh. Yeah, it was hot.

I loved it, the follow-up was even better – yet another out there in plain sight scene – and even hotter. The characters had this special kind of sensuality about them and their charm simply drags you in the story, making you gulp it all down in one go.

I somehow missed the part where they fell in love. I mean there was no declaration of sort, but this was one of those reads where actions speak louder than words and damn if they didn’t fell in love with me almost missing the whole ordeal. And right there where I was thinking that this was one joyous and sexy ride it got emotional too.

So there you have it, a short, sexy, hot and very enjoyable read to pick up your interest, see this author’s writing skills – which by the way are quite good – and perk up your mood. Recommended.
