Review: This is the first book that I have read that involved mermen and I was not really sure what to expect. However once again M.A. Church as given a book that is not only unique, but absolutely fascinating. I loved the world she created and the characters. At first I must admit I wasn’t really sure, but once I started reading, let’s just say I finished it in one sitting.

Fifteen years ago Kannon had been enjoying the ocean with his father. That is until he came across something he wasn’t sure even existed. After one bite, his fear came on strong. He never wanted to be near the ocean again. That is until his best friend wanted him in his wedding.

Nisha had been guarding his territory when he came across his mate. He had acted too fast, bit the man and scared him away. Now fifteen years has passed and his sister was getting married. She was marrying his mate’s best friend. Now he has a has to fix what he broke.

This had caught my attention from the start and kept it all the way to the end. I am still not sure if I am a fan of mermen stories but this one rocked it.

I enjoyed it and can’t wait to see what this author has coming out next.
