Review: I was a little confused by the continued “they” reference throughout this book in regards to Reth. Who exactly was “they”? Reth is a succubus that finally meets his quota. He is rewarded with a body, that of Jude’s abusive boyfriend Tyler. What I did not get was why Reth was put into his body? Tyler was abusive so why should Jude trust whatever Reth says?
Aside from those things it was a great short story. I loved how when Reth was in trouble it was Jude that helped. I appreciated the lengths Reth went to in order to prove he was not Tyler. The paranormal element was an added bonus.
