Blurb: It’s just another normal day for a not-so-normal fairy.

Allegro Romani is a fairy. Literally. Disowned by his family because of his sexual orientation, he’s left the Fae realm for Earth. He’s done all right for himself, establishing a small store in a paranormal-friendly town. He’s even made a few friends, despite his awkward social skills. But one day a week, everything goes to hell.

Alli is a Fayte, and they don’t tend to fare very well out of the magic-laden air of their homeworld. Once a week, their body rebels, and the result? A day full of the worst luck imaginable. For Alli, that day is always Friday. He’s come to dread them and would, in fact, spend every Friday tucked up in bed with the covers over his head if he could. But he’s found out from past experience that it doesn’t help, so now he just grits his teeth and tries to get through Friday without killing himself. Or someone else.

Then, one particular Friday, his bad luck results in something surprisingly good. He meets a gorgeous bear shifter named Michael. And despite seeing him at his worst, Michael isn’t running in the opposite direction. In fact, he’s chasing Alli down with resolve and determination.

Now Alli just has to find a way to keep his bear shifter, get rid of the trouble plaguing him, and figure out who wants him out of Putman County for good. It’s enough to make any sane fairy run for the hills. Fortunately, Alli has never been accused of being particularly sane. And with his bear at his side, Alli is determined to hang onto his new life. Bad luck or no bad luck

Review: Alli is one nutty fairy who can cause trouble just by stepping across the room.  He is a disaster waiting.  He is also one very cute and sweet young man, who was thrown out of the Fae realm for being gay.  He is doing pretty good in the human world, that is if you don’t count the little bit of trouble he causes, especially on Fridays when his power is at full speed.  However he is also very lonely and misses his family.

Mike is a bear shifter who just wants to live in the woods where he can let Bruce loose.  Yeah he named his bear.  What is funny about him is he sucks at hunting and fishing.  He is also very quirky and so is his entire family.  He saves one sexy fairy from certain death, and finds himself pretty attracted to the man.  However this town is crazy and he ends up being a baby sitter while the man healed.  Then danger shows up and you guessed it one very pissed off bear.  You have to wait and see what happens next.

Now this is the second book by this author that I have read and let’s just say I am becoming a fan.  I also did love a good paranormal romance, but when you add danger and funny situations well I am hooked.  I don’t much care for sappy romances, but a book with a lot of humor in it is going to be read more than once.

I was glad to see that this book was going to be a series, because I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book.  This one rocked and I had so much fun with it.  That was when I wasn’t laughing my ass off at some of the situations are guys got into.  You guys have got to read this book, I recommend it.
