Review: This is the first book of the new Series Invitation only. It picks up with Zack opening a live BDSM club in Texas with Phoenix as his manager. It is a series on its own and works fine. This book catches us up well on the other characters, who they are and their roles in this book. I will say I haven’t read many of the other books and I did fine with this one. I will say I really think I need to read silver ties and meet some of these other hot, sexy guys though.
Though this is supposed to be Red’s story, I felt he didn’t get enough time. I would have really liked the story to have focused more on Red, though I see the need to introduce us to the others as well. I would have liked to know more of his past and I really thought he is an arrogant Ass. I am sure we haven’t seen the last of him though. All books need a troublemaker and I will say he has me hooked.
There are some very hot and sexy sex scenes both in and out of the club. There is even a kink scene of pony fetish.
For such a short book, this was very engaging. There was just so much going on I wish it had been split into perhaps one of just invitation only opening then more Red. That’s just my two cents. It was a very good story and I am eager to meet the rest of these sexy men and more Invitation only!
