Blurb: Petro Markova, youngest of the Markova Hellhounds, had spent years ensuring the estate was safe for everyone, from firewalls to actual security systems. Unfortunately, keeping his own heart and soul secure was something he wasn’t able to do. When the source of his heartbreak returns, Petro knows he can’t live in fear at the compound and he sure as hell can’t trust his mate.

Malfinn Lundberg seems to always greet Petro with his fist and has turned into a man who not only his brothers can’t recognize, but the angels who have known him for centuries. He has to be going feral, right? No one can come up with any other explanation for his erratic behavior, though the reason for his fixation with the youngest Markova sets the entire estate in an uproar.

But figuring out how to cure Mal is only half the battle. Who would blame Petro for being unable to get past his fear and go anywhere near Mal again… Let alone forgive him.

Review: Each book in Hounds of Hell collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. There is nothing better than a good paranormal romance with two gorgeous men involved. I love the way Flynn can put together a book that not only fascinates you but also draws you in. I had a blast reading this and look forward to reading more by Flynn.

There is something about the way that Flynn tells a story that will not only draw you in and keep your attention the whole time, but it will more than likely have you laughing your ass off. The characters are beautifully written with big hearts, however if you cross them, they have no problem putting you down. They will protect their mates with their entire lives. I had a blast reading this story. The only real problem I have is that it is not long enough. I want a book that will keep my attention for hours on end. This story is perfect for when you are trying to take a break.

When someone has been hurt whether physical, mental or emotional it is hard to learn how to forgive. Petro is around two hundred years old, but he had known who his mate is at the age of twenty. He had never known a hound could mate another hound. That was the first time Mal had hit him. It had happened a few times over the years and he was scared to death of his mate. So when Mal showed up at the compound, his first instinct was to run. Which got him punched in the face. He knew something was wrong but didn’t know what it was.

Mal’s family figured that he was going feral, which meant the only way to save him was for him to take his mate. The thing was when they mated, his focus cleared up long enough to let Petro know what was wrong. He also let them know that it could happen to others. He had a lot of mistakes and wrongs to fix. He had to show his mate that he did indeed love him. It would take time but mates were important to each other. He also knew to protect the one he loved with all he had in him.

I absolutely love this book almost as much as I have loved the other’s in this series. I can’t wait to read the next story. When Flynn puts out a book, I am usually there to eat them up. They do have a bit of a serious tone to them but there is a lot of humor in them that I love. It caught my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end. It also gave me everything I could want in a book.

I would definitely recommend reading this book. Trust me it will keep you laughing, crying, loving, and having fun.
