Review: Each book in The Millionaire’s Grandsons collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

I came across Cara a few months ago and have enjoyed her stories. Although I have to admit that there is something missing in this one. It came off just a bit flat for me,but was still enjoyable. I enjoy the world she created and the characters were a hoot.

Although I do hope that grandpa is not as bad as he comes off. I am hoping that he is going to turn the tables on them and let them know it was just a way to get them to have a life, but I have to say I don’t see it happening.

Devin has told his grandfather that his cousin Quade had been right. That he needed security but the old goat just doesn’t want to listen. So on a night to get away, he meets a sexy little dancer that just dances right into his heart. Ty has always loved to dance and he was good at it. The problem was he just really didn’t make money from it like one should. He sees Devin and his heart starts beating fast. He might have found his dream after all.

I am not really sure about this particular story. It did come off a bit rushed and a bit dry to me. It seemed unlikely that what they were doing really could happen. I don’t know it just seemed off which for Cara’s stories is unusual.

Overall I enjoyed it. It was a cute little story that will just brighten your day a bit.

I had fun with it and would definitely recommend it.

Blurb: Working for his grandfather is far too frustrating. The old man refuses to change with the times or to delegate anything. Business is slipping away from them. Good clients want instant decisions, not to wait weeks for the CEO to reply to them.

Necessary upgrades and new equipment aren’t forthcoming. Quade can’t stand being ignored and belittled anymore. It’s time for him to leave Carmichael Industries and build a new life of his own.
Barton Dwyer owns Dwyer Glass. He’s an only child who has always loved being alone and surrounded by silence. He really ought to take on an apprentice or a helper because the business is getting to be too much for him, but he can’t bear the thought having another person always beside him all day long.

So why is he attracted to redheaded Quade Carmichael who knows nothing about glass and is completely under the influence of his grandfather?

Review: Cara Adams has become one of my top ten auto buy authors with her quirky little stories. They are told pretty good, with great characters and a bit of trouble added in. I enjoy seeing a new book come out by this author.

Quade’s grandfather has been a damn good CEO until lately. He is a mean old cuss who belittles and tries to control his family. When he won’t upgrade or let others help, Quade has decided that it might just be time to go somewhere else. He meets Barton when the glass at the company had been broken. Things start heating up between them pretty fast.

Bart’s family was a bit different then Quade’s. His just basically ignored him so he was used to being alone. He preferred it that way. That is, until he met Quade. Now he is changing his mind.

I must admit that this was a pretty good story, but feel that it could have been expanded quite a bit. The ending just seemed to be missing something.

However I did enjoy the book quite a bit and can’t wait to see what the next one will be like.
