A smiling dark-haired guy in his twenties or thirties is apparently driving a car. Another man, perhaps a little younger, also with short dark hair, is resting his head on the driver’s shoulder, eyes closed, and a faint smile on his face. Behind them on the backseat is a dog, probably a Weimaraner, and all we see of it is the dog’s big head, eyes closed, its chin on the resting man’s neck. All three look utterly contented.
This story was written as a part of the M/M Romance Group’s “Love Has No Boundaries” event. Group members were asked to write a story prompt inspired by a photo of their choice. Authors of the group selected a photo and prompt that spoke to them and wrote a short story

Review: If you are a dog lover, this story will melt your heart. It is from the lost dog’s POV, so of course you have dog humor, odd scents, puppies, and puppy love. There is only a bit of alluded to physical love, but our Main Character, or main dog as it were, sure does do a great job of bringing her two rescuers together. Short, but sweet, and loveable if you love dogs…and even if you’re a cat person. 🙂
