Blurb:Oliver leads a very boring, very lonely life until he chances to meet Emmet behind the bar at a Christmas party. With some trepidation, he takes a chance that the gorgeous, perfect man will actually want to stick around.

Oliver Reed has a decent job, but no life, and very few people he can call friends. Same old, same old, boring life, where nothing really changed. Until the company Christmas Party.

Emmet Donovan just moved back to the town he was born in. After being thrown out by his parents as a young teen, he was rescued by his grandfather. Now he’s owner of his grandfather’s bar, but prospects for a relationship aren’t that good in this town.

Then he meets Oliver.

Review: This book was good, but just seemed to missing something. I had a hard time keeping my attention on it. It would have made a great story if it didn’t have so much description on what Oliver’s work. I did love how Emmet and Oliver came together though.

Emmet had taken over the bar when his grandfather had passed away. He met Oliver there, when Oliver and some of his coworkers came to enjoy their night after work. They are both very sweet, tender and in need of some love. They both came from abusive situations, either from physical or mental abuse. They are just the type of people you would fall in love with. They have great attitudes and the communication they have with each other is amazing. The sex is pretty hot and very tempting. Emmet is a little bit of a voyeur in nature. However, you don’t get to see that. Which is a shame, because it would have heated up the story really good.

The story line its self is very believable, you can actually see it going down the way the way it is told. It was interesting. However, it needs a bit more to it.
