Review: As Scott and Tad get closer, new revelations come to a head. Coming out is a big deal to Tad and something he didn’t think he would ever have to face. He is going to do it because he knows Scott is it for him. But, when he freezes when Scott wants to meet his friends hurt feelings ensue. As soon as Tad gets the birthday party over with for his friend he plans on telling all of them about Scott. However, before that can happen, Scott shows up at the same bar with his own friends.
Tad is used to being with Scott by himself without other people around. When he sees him interact with his friends and other men at the bar he doesn’t like it one bit. When the scene becomes too much he walks out to go home. He didn’t count on Scott following him out and he sure didn’t count on him following him home.
This installment was hard to read, at times. Tad and Scott have their first major fight and it is a big one. Both say things they didn’t mean and Scott reveals some things that make Tad start to question their relationship.
Kora Knight brilliantly takes Tad and Scott through some pretty emotional situations but with the help of friends and his own determination, Tad is not going to give up that easily. Scott is the one for him and he will not stop until he convinces Scott of the same.
Sex through each installment has been some of the most erotic and hottest scenes I have ever read. But, make-up sex? The author does not let us down but I didn’t think she would. I went through a lot of emotions in this book. From tears, to smiling, to cheering that everything was looking up and hopefully on the right path. When Tad opens up and tells Scott how he has related everything together with different aspects throughout their journey so far, was so captivating and gratifying to read.
Kora Knight has written an exceptionally well-thought out series with characters that are perfect for each other. The character development that each man shows as the weeks go by is amazing. From book 1 to book 5, Ms. Knight has executed it flawlessly.
This series is one that I will definitely read over and over for many reasons. The flow is seamless and the dialogue is spot on taking the reader on an erotic adventure but at the same time building a beautiful relationship between two very charismatic guys that are perfect for each other.
Book 6 comes out in the fall and I will be waiting on pins and needles for its release. Thank you Kora Knight for a truly breathtaking spectacular series that evokes so much love and goodness…
