Blurb: Elliot learned a lot about the world around him after visiting his brother Sam on the farm where he lived with his mates. Humans weren’t alone. It was both shocking and amazing. There were all sorts of beings, including six gargoyles, brothers who had once been men. Cursed, they were destined to live the rest of eternity as creatures that only lived in darkness. Two of the gargoyles were his mates, his loves, and he was determined that Francois and David not give up hope that they could be men once again.

Living the cursed life of a gargoyle for centuries, Francois and David had never held any hope of the spell being broken and becoming men again. They live and die each and every day. Though they accept the fact that they have a mate, they refuse to complete the mating with the handsome human. Elliot deserves more than they can give him.

Review: This book is part of a series and should be read in order.
It has been a year since Elliot had learned about the paranormal world, and about his mates. Brothers Francois and David along with their other siblings were cursed a long time ago to be gargoyles. They never expected to have a fated mate. They have held out for the past year from claiming Elliot because they didn’t think it was fair to Elliot. Elliot on the other hand doesn’t care what his mates are. He sees behind the scary forms they wear and still loves and wants them.

The three men have fallen in love even before actually mating. They have had a year of nights together learning about each other. Elliot looks forward to every night to spend time with Francois and David. Elliot does all he can to make his mates feel special and loved. He does things for them like getting their favored foods. He even has the alpha of the clan help build his mates and their brothers specially build homes for them to live in.

I loved this book. It had a real fairy tale feel to it, albeit with a twist or two or three. The relationship that has developed between the three men is in the start just sweet and a bit sad. Once things get rolling, they are steaming up the pages. I think David was my favorite out of the threesome. He was hilarious with his bottomless pit stomach and his love of kitten and puppy videos. Francois had a more serious and steadying influence, While Elliot was somewhere in between the two. But he let nothing stop him from getting his mates and proved he would stand his ground and fight for them.

This was a great addition to the series and I am looking forward to more releases.
