Review: For such a little book, it packed a lot in. Dirk gets to Ward Three it’s to deliver important information about the Mob Bosses that could finally take them down. The minute Dirk and Leon meet they are attracted to each other. Leon has been never attracted to a man enough to have a relationship with one. But Dirk holds his interest right away. So he takes a chance on him and it pays off. However with spies working for the Mob Boss betraying both Dirk and Leon they may not have much time. They need to get the information to a contact in another ward as soon as possible.

You do need to read the other books in the series to truly understand what is going on. There is an overall storyline about the resistance, the Mob Bosses, and the fight for Chicago. Each story is its own romance, and each couple has their part of getting the needed information to the people who can ultimately use it.

I liked this little snippet from the anthology. It was fast pace and an enjoyable read.
