Josh may be sober now, but an addict is always going to be an addict, and Kris can’t take that chance again.

Josh isn’t willing to sell. Not yet. He’s discovered a new artist in Santa Fe he knows will put Two Spirits in the black, and if he can just make a success of the gallery, maybe he can earn Kris’s respect, if not recapture his love. He needs Kris to give him time for one more buying trip, one more gallery show. Josh wants nothing more than a final chance to make things right. Kris agrees to let Josh have this last ditch effort on one condition– he wants to go along for the ride. Review: Each book in the Silver’s Studs collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. However they can be read as a standalone.

Jack was young and stupid, and it had cost a woman her life. He had served five years in prison and it took him three more years to come home. He continued to feel the guilt and heart ache of what he had done. When he got injured in a fight, he had come to a doctor to get it taken care of. He just hadn’t expected it to be the woman’s son.

Garrett was full of anger and pain. He wanted revenge and he had decided to take it when Jack came to him. Then his heart took over and now he needed to fix what he had done. He also had to show Jack forgiveness in more ways than one.

Even though this didn’t follow the story line like the first two books, I think this one is the best so far. I truly enjoyed it and look forward to reading more by this author. It was beautifully written and the characters were well-developed. It captured my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end.

I would definitely recommend it.

Review: Well this was not what I expected. This was the first book by this author that I have read so I wasn’t really sure what it would be like. I absolutely loved the cover, and the blurb was pretty good.

Although the story was just a bit drab. It came off like it was missing something that would make it a top notch book. It also came off to me that it was rushed.

Lucas and Jason are extremely hot. They can’t seem to communicate though and to me that is a bad sign. They have been partners in roping for five years and they had decided that they were going to get the gold as they say. The problem is just because the sex is good, doesn’t mean they can make it. I wanted to strangle these two. So they have sex and all of a sudden Jason can’t do what he intended. I felt like saying “get over it”, but these two needed something to make it.

The beginning is as hot as you would expect but just because they had sex one time doesn’t mean it needs to screw with their lives. It is a fast paced story that is pretty hot, but it was not my cup of tea. I want my guys talking and these two did the exact opposite.

Although when they do manage to well you can imagine. I was not much for I am straight but oh the sex is really good with you type of person. So I could imagine his expression when he decides to come out. Although what had happened to make him feel that way just comes off bizarre. That is just my opinion though.

Other than all of those problems the book is really cute. There were a lot of mistakes in it for me to give it a high rating but it wouldn’t stop me from checking out this author’s other books.

Review: Each book in the Rescue for Hire West collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. To get a better look at them, I would suggest reading Rescue for Hire first. There you will meet the original characters and learn how the west was born.

I came across Rescue for Hire not long ago and can honestly say that they are probably one of my favorite series to read. So when I saw that Bellann was writing a new one that was connected I had to jump on it. Rescue for Hire West has definitely been a hit for me. Not only because they have the past military history, so you know that these men are strong, but they also have the heart.

There is always danger mixed into the love story which to me makes for a better story. I also love the fact that once they are on the team the become family and those that they fall in love with automatically become family also. They will protect their family with every bit of power that they have.

Tristen was Jimmy’s brother. Everyone thought he was a slut, but in truth he just liked to flirt. He knew when Jimmy had been dating the stable hand back home that the man was not for him. He had made a mistake though in believing that they had broken up. He seemed to just keep screwing up though. After going to the ranch to apologize to Jimmy, he had kissed the boys. He was going back for one of them, when he was intercepted by Santos.

Santos knew that Tristen was his. He had not moved fast enough the first time, but now that Tristen was sneaking in, it was his turn to make the move. He learned that his little hellion was a brat but a sexy one. It was up to him to show him whose boss. He would keep his man safe at all times, and show him that he is definitely taken.

Although Santos has a bit of attitude that definitely sets me on edge. There is just something about the man. He comes off a bit cold throughout the story. Whereas Tristen is a definite submissive he is the one that a person would love. He is just so damn cute.

This book just grabs your attention from the moment you start reading and keeps it there till you have read every word. Hell my attention is caught by the cover right off the bat. They will also have you laughing at parts of the story.

This book gave me everything I could ask for in a story and so much more. I just wished that there were more to read, I absolutely hate having to wait for the next story.

Hint Hint for Bellann. Come on girly give me another book to read. I loved this one and cannot wait for the next amazing story.

Review: Sonny and Garron have been married a few years, but Sonny doesn’t even remember his wedding day or being shot. His seizures are getting worse, but he is hiding this from Garron.

Garron can see things are to right with Sonny especially after an accident when Sonny goes to help Lily after she has a flat. He understands Sonny wanting to be able to do the things he used to and not lose his ranch, but he doesn’t want to lose Sonny.

This story takes on a bit of a sadder edge with Sonny dealing with his issues. He wishes at times that he had died when he was shot. Not being able to remember his wedding day bothers him, so Garron wants to show him just how special Sonny is to not only him but his whole family. It’s bittersweet, sexy and heartwarming.

I have loved this series and getting another glimpse at Nate, Rio, and Ryan (let’s all go to Cattle Valley now)!

If you like sexy cowboys, a sweet romance, love that lasts through trials and tribulation, a good holiday story and some hot man-sex, this is for you

His last undercover job proved too much—his life was at risk—and if he stays in London he’ll likely end up dead. Nightmares plague him, his subconscious unable to switch the past off. So he moves to a ranch in America, thinking the new surroundings and different lifestyle will help him to heal—and to forget. What he soon realizes is he’s jumping from the frying pan into the fire…

Nothing could be further from the truth, but Joe lets people think what they will. He’s done with their speculation and sly looks.

When Ross and Joe meet, tension is rife. The air between them prickles with animosity as well as sexual tension. Both have a past they can’t get over. Both have skeletons in their closets they wish would turn to dust. And both have to make a decision.

Review: Take two gay men hiding secrets…one from England showing up on a secluded ranch in the middle of nowhere and the other that seems trapped there and there is sure to be fireworks.

But will the secrets buried on the ranch keep them apart?

Ross finally is free for his job as an undercover cop in England. His last mission was too close to killing him and after being outed he decides to come to America and start a new life. Working on a Ranch with hot cowboys should be safer than dealing undercover with drug dealers…or at least that is what he thought.

I thought this was a very intriguing story. There is a lot of mystery and for the first half of the book or more I kept wondering who the real culprit really was actually I thought there would be a bit more twists than what there really were.

About halfway it took a different turn form the mystery and became more pure romance between Joe and Ross building a new life and Ross coming to terms with his past nightmares. I will say I did like the way the author tied up the loose ends at the end.

The story is well written and I was so hooked I read it in one setting.

If you like cowboys, undercover cops, suspense, a good love story and some pretty hot man-sex this is for you!

Review: When Noah sees Lennie in the Dusty Hat Bar on his 21st birthday the idea of revenge on Lennie father did come to mind. Only fleetingly. Once he got up-close and spent a few minutes talking to the sexy young man, he found him interesting, sexy and just his type.

Lennie has always liked Noah and was sorry for the way his dad treated the sexy cowboy. Now that Lennie is 21 he wants to get to know the man in more ways than one. The trouble is both men are in the closet. Will they stay that way or will true love bring them out in the open?

The Dust Hat Bar a very sweet story. The relationship and story move fast; the sex is moderate but very sensual and hot. Though both men knew each other before it is still kind of insta-love, but it fits the story line well. I found the characters charming and interesting, the plot though predictable was good and the end I enjoyed.

All in all this is a good quick read if you like cowboys, insta-love, fast-moving storylines and moderate man-sex.

Review: After a tragic accident Jason is afraid he will lose more than his eyesight. Jason hides at his moms ranch hoping that his eyesight will return so he can get back to work and be with Bax more.

Bax worries about losing Jason and does all he can to convince Jason not to give up.

This is a very emotional story. There is a lot of angst and it gets a little dark at one point when Jason decides to give up.
I loved the love between these two men even though the first half of the book they were merely very close friends.

The story is written in both men’s view and I love that. I loved the internal thoughts where we saw from the beginning both men wanted more. The actual sex isn’t until the middle of the book, then it seems to really take over the story.

The story tugged at my heartstrings quite a bit. The first half hoping they would finally act on their feelings and then when Jason got injured.

I did wish there had been a little more physical description. I did see that Jason was a very small man in contrast to Bax with the nicknames Bax used, but I never could picture these men in my mind. Another thing was the abrupt ending of the story which I am hoping just means it will pick up in the next book.

If you like cowboys, rodeos, Bull-riders, friends to lovers, determination and some pretty hot man-sex this is for you.

Reviewer: Tams

Review: Blair Montague was a severely bullied teenager, to the point that his mother packed them up and moved away so that her son could feel happy and safe. Now an adult and a college graduate, his verbally and emotionally abusive father keeps a tight hold on Blair using the fact that he paid for Blair’s college to twist the knife. Now dear old dad has decided he wants to buy some land back in their hometown of Newton, Montana, and guess who daddy dearest decides needs to close the deal.

Royal Masters was the star in the ‘let’s make Blair’s life a living hell’ play back in high school. When his father noticed that Blair was walking down the wrong path in life, he told his son to shape up or get out, so Royal joined the marines. War and watching your friends die can change a man, and Royal is not the person he was in high school anymore, but Blair isn’t buying it.

The two wind up spending a lot of time together when Blair shows up on Royal’s doorstep to buy a portion of the ranch land that Royal is having to sell in order to save the ranch. You know those old sayings… opposites attract… the heart wants what the heart wants… well both apply to Blair and Royal.

Attraction is an evil emotion at times, and these two cannot deny the emotion for very long. The more time Blair spends with Royal, the more he can see the change, the more attached he becomes. But what happens once the deal is sealed? Royal will never leave his families ranch or Montana, but Blair’s life is somewhere else. He has a job and commitments and a demon for a father that is hell-bent on making Blair’s life a living hell. What to do.

So while it took me a little while to warm up to Royal, I really liked how complicated his character was. You learn more and more about him and the life he’s led as the story unfolds, why he lashed out at Blair as a youth and how making the conscious decision to turn his life around made him a better man.

And Blair didn’t make it easy for Royal to earn forgiveness for the mistakes of his past. Even after they succumb to the magnetic pull they have to one another, Blair still struggles with separating the past Royal with the current Royal.

This book definitely showed the sexier side of Grey’s imagination. These two were oh so steamy and sexy and passionate, a couple of rabbits! There were these quirky little descriptives throughout the story as well that I quite liked. The photo booth pictures, that brought a tear to my eye.

And then Blair’s best friend talking about what he saw when he looked at the image of Royal on Blair’s phone. The sometimes odd but always understanding conversations Blair had with his mother. She was wonderful and so right about her ex-husband, the man was evil incarnate.

Grey took the two worlds he’s best at and merged them for this story, cowboys and contemporary. His fascinating imagination is in overdrive, very detailed and descriptive, and oh so sexy! Definitely a must read.
