Blurb: Cullen Ford has spent the majority of his life avoiding Glenn Shepard, his high school tormentor. In a way, the man redeemed himself two years prior, when he saved Cullen’s life, but Cullen is having a hard time forgetting the past. He’s not sure he can let go of his anger and pain to accept the new and improved Glenn.

There’s no denying it. Glenn used to be a terrible person, especially to Cullen. But that was a long time ago, to him at least. Glenn is different now, changed not just by the ability to change into a wolf, but by accepting that he is in love with Cullen and wants the man for himself. He just has to prove to Cullen that he’s changed.

Cullen never saw himself falling for his bully, but that’s exactly what’s happening. It’s time for him to decide to give love a shot or stick his nose in a book and let life pass him by.

Review: Each book in the Nehalem Pack collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

Cullen and Glenn had known each other since school. However it was not the best of times for Cullen. Glenn had tormented him, calling him names, hit him, and shoved him into lockers. It was easy to say that Cullen has always been scared of Glenn. Even after Glenn saved Cullen from a wild wolf shifter and was turned in to a wolf himself. Now Glenn was back and was trying to not only apologize but to show him that he had changed.

Glenn had known that he had been cruel to Cullen, but he also knew that he had wanted him since he was thirteen. He had just denied his feelings until now. Cullen was his mate and he had to show him that he had changed. He had to prove to him that he loved him.

I loved how the bully changed his ways and found love in the man he was mean to. I also loved the danger that showed up in the end of the book. I always did love a good romance that didn’t have the couple falling in love right from the start. I loved how they had to make it work.

Plus with this one it was fun with the family surprise. One that I will have to read over and over. I love the way all the feelings they felt was involved in this story. It was the perfect story for me and I loved it.

I can’t wait to read the next story.
