Blurb: Into the Paranormal World: Change is never easy, but it is oftentimes worth the painful effort.

Taolma is a young boa constrictor shifter who has recently been reunited with his father after almost two decades apart. He currently lives with a clutch of gargoyles on the outskirts of a small town, but he doesn’t mind. There’s a massive arboretum to sun in and a pond to swim in, plus plenty of trees to climb.

Due to the small town atmosphere, Taolma doesn’t expect to find his mate any time soon. Imagine his surprise, excitement, and disappointment when he walks into a hotel room and discovers his mate. Quinn is slender, muscular, and handsome.

Oh, and he’s a hunter recovering from claw-wounds received by a gargoyle. Taolma hadn’t planned on settling down any time soon, but the pull to mate is undeniable.

Can he figure out how to convince a hunter that not all shifters are evil, come to grips with Fate giving him a mate when so young, and of course convince a man who hates paranormals that they were meant to be together?

Review: Each book in A Paranormal’s Love collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

Quinn had not only been captured but had been injured when he tried to rescue another hunter. A hunter that did not want rescued. Quinn’s wife and son had been murdered by a vampire and he wanted revenge. After being recruited he helped them capture or kill the paranormals. He just had not expected Taolma.

Taolma had been two years old when his father had been captured by the hunters and sold. His mother and step father took care of him, and when his mom passed away his stepfather helped him try to find out what happened to his father. Now he had been reunited with him and was living with the gargoyles. It would seem he had a mate, a mate that hated paranormals. However the pull to them both, shows them that fate is always right.

It was the perfect story for me and I loved it.

Review: This is the eighth book in A Loving Nip.

When asked for volunteers to go to Alpha Dorian’s to help protect shifters that had been abused vampire Tate doesn’t hesitate to agree to the mission. Once there he meets sexy Psion, a clouded leopard shifter.

Psion has been held captive in a cage most of life by witches since he was twelve. Finally rescued he is learning things about his new world when he meets the handsome Tate. Psion has a problem with blood as a result of his captivity. I loved that Tate tried his best to ease Psion’s fears.

Most of the book is about these two getting to know one another with a little action thrown in from rogue shifters threatening the pack.

Although I enjoyed this well written story, I felt it was rushed and the actions scenes were too short.

Jeremiah was not like any other hunter he had come across. Even when his little sister had been killed by a shifter, he felt like there were some good out there. It didn’t stop him from being a hunter and searching for those who kill humans though. So during an attack he finds himself up against demons.

However he was wrong in more ways than one. He escapes only to crash his dirt bike and getting injured. Those demons were not demons but gargoyles. He was coming to understand many things, although the fact that he wanted one of them still had him puzzled. What happened to him not being straight was one of them.

Grateman has found his mate, but he needs to show him that not all paranormals are bad. He also needs answers that only his little hunter could give him. Could you imagine his mate’s expression when he not only finds out that males can give birth, but hears one doing so. Talk about a crazy way to live. I love that the mates get pregnant, talk about a plus for me.

This book gave me everything I could ask for in a story and so much more. I just wished that there were more to read, I absolutely hate having to wait for the next story. I loved this one and cannot wait for the next amazing story. I can honestly tell you that this is going to be one of those types of series. One that I will have to read over and over. I love the way all the feelings they felt was involved in this story.

It was the perfect story for me and I loved it. When Charlie puts out a book I am usually there to eat them up. Trust me it will keep you laughing, crying, loving and having fun.

There is a lot of action, danger, suspense and a bit of kink in this book. I love how it has that serious tone to it but there is so much humor in it that your attention is captivated throughout it all. I have got to say that owls are just so cute. I loved the cover and that was what caught my attention first. Although to be honest any book that Charlie writes is automatically bought by me. I just can’t seem to get enough of her stories.

Hector and his friends are bird shifters and have spent most of their lives in cages. Hector doesn’t even remember what it was like to be a child. Now that they have been freed, he is trying to learn as much as he can. He has found his mate, but every time he asks him to date, Rocky turns him down.

Rocky has his eyes on Hector but doesn’t want a one night stand. He has a small child to think of and he doesn’t want to bring someone in just to get hurt. However he decides to give the little man a date to see. Let’s just say his eyes are about to be opened wide. He is mated to a cute little owl shifter whose heart is out there for anyone to see.

I can honestly tell you that this is going to be one of those types of series. One that I will have to read over and over. I love the way all the feelings they felt was involved in this story. It was the perfect story for me and I loved it. I can’t wait to read the next story.

Review: Each book in the Wolves of Stone Ridge collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order, but it isn’t necessary to enjoy the series.

Gilbert was one of the shifters rescued from Russia. He was a little raven, but man did he have an attitude. He comes off like an alpha, until you meet the others. So when he meets his mate, you can figure out how he acted. He had spent quite a bit of time in a cage being experimented on, so he wanted a bit of freedom.

Hessian is a Kodiak bear and has always been a loner. However even he has to admit, he needs something. So when he meets his little mate, he is surprised but happy. However it looks like he has gotten himself into a bit of trouble. Trouble that could bring danger to the pack. He had to keep his little mate safe, and show him just how good it is to be mated.

I know by heart that Charlie’s books will always entertain me. When she puts out a book I am usually there to eat them up. They do have a bit of a serious tone to them but there is a lot of humor in them that I love.

I would definitely recommend reading this book.

Review: This is the sixth book in A loving Nip series. A wonderful story about Cassium, a vampire, who finds an injured Angus Bull shifter, Garth, mixed with his herd.

I loved how caring and sweet Cassium was to Garth. I was appalled at what some of the members of Garth’s herd did to him. I was also angry at the way Garth’s Alpha ran his herd. It was despicable to say the least.

Garth was so sweet and innocent in most things between males and Cassium slowly showed him the wonders and joys of being with one. Tender moments between these two at times had my eyes watering. Especially when Garth was explaining about his Alpha and how he didn’t believe in mates.

I loved the scenery in this story of wide open spaces, the fresh air and the peaceful surroundings of Cassium’s home. Fantastic read with some hot sex that added a lot of heat to this already amazing story. Looking forward to the next book in this series.

Highly recommended.

Review: Each book in the Wolves of Stone Ridge collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. There is nothing better than a good paranormal romance with two gorgeous men involved. There is something about the way that Charlie tells a story that will not only draw you in and keep your attention the whole time but it will have you in tears at some part.

Charlie has always been one of my favorite authors for a quite a while now that she is one of those types that would be instant buy without even reading the blurb. There is just something about her characters, story and the way they mix with each other. With these stories it gives you a mate that has at some point been hurt. The alpha of the pair feels so much for his mate, he will do everything to protect his mate and keep him safe.

Cayden is the smallest of his brothers yet he is the more dominate of the three. He is strong in body and mind. After a long times away from home, he is just happy to be home. Then he finds that they have taken in a strange shifter, then to top it off it is his mate.

Ajax is a very cute little cat shifter. I haven’t even really heard of these types of cats but took one look at the cover and yeah he is adorable. He is an Andean mountain cat, who has had his life uprooted and screwed around. He had lost his mother at a young age, then captured by the scientist. Now free, he is waiting for the other shoe to drop. He just had not expected the sexy wolf that he is attracted to.

Review: Garner, a vampire, finds his beloved in Brock, a human.

However Brock denies his feelings for Garner. Garner is determined to make Brock see they should be together no matter what others think. I loved how Garner gave Brock his space to work things out yet still managed to show up at times to show Brock he’s serious.

Although I understood Brock’s reluctance I felt he was using excuses to keep Garner away due to his own insecurities. But all worked out once Brock realized how much happier he was with Garner. The only gripes I have with this book were the demon being introduced for a very short time then the cliffhanger at the end. I certainly hope the next book will shed more light on the demon and Peter’s disappearance.

Packed full of emotions and tension this book delivers a look into two individuals who are meant to be together with one shying away from the other. Intense at times with an investigation which wasn’t much into the deaths of humans.

Loved it.

Review: Each book in the Highland Dragons collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

Achaius is Ross’s father and an asda. He is an old man who had a life time of growing up crippled. He comes off as a sore and a bit cranky to all. When they came to live with Ross and the dragons he had not handled flying and walking the countryside very well. It had made his leg stiff. Then all the dragons keep asking him if he needed help. Turns out they were courting him. However there is one dragon who has his interest peaked and doesn’t treat him like he is half a man.

Curzon wants Achaius but he doesn’t think that he would be interested in a half-breed. Things are about to get real interesting.

The thing with this series is that the ending always leaves you hanging a bit. You know that the Curzon and Achaius want each other but you never hear what happens next. However for me it doesn’t take away from the story at all. I have such a blast reading Charlie’s stories. They are so damn entertaining.

The characters are beautifully written with big hearts, however if you cross them, they have no problem putting you down. They will protect their mates with their entire lives. I had a blast reading this story. This story is perfect for when you are trying to take a break. There is a bit of a serious tone to them, but there is a lot of humor in them that I love. It caught my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end. It also gave me everything I could want in a book.

Review: Each book in the Wolves of Stone Ridge collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. (But, it’s not necessary…PdM)

There is nothing better than a good paranormal romance with two gorgeous men involved. I love the way Charlie can put together a book that not only fascinates you but draws you in. I had a blast reading this and look forward to reading more by one of my favorite authors.

Borscht is the leader of his coven and he is depressed. He has seen two of his younger siblings find their true loves and he wants his. He is kind of strange for a vampire. Although for a vampire it is probably normal. He loves quiet donors, his life in order and the rules followed. The only part of his family that I think needs to be beaten is his homophobic brother Aleksei. So when they see intruders on their lands, they end up finding a little bat shifter. Borscht has found his mate.

Sekani is the cutest little bat shifter you have ever seen. He is so innocent and sweet. He has spent so much time stuck in a cage that he doesn’t even know how old he is. He had been experimented on and he was scared. He doesn’t understand the language that Borscht and the others speak but he is not really sure what language he speaks either. All he knows is that this sexy man smells delicious. The scientists are out there looking for him, so it is up to Borscht to stop them from getting his love.

Now out of all of Charlie’s books I think this is my top favorite. Sekani comes off perfect and he is absolutely my favorite out of all of her wonderful characters. I love the right amount of feelings that come through when you are reading it.

There is something about the way that Charlie tells a story that will not only draw you in and keep your attention the whole time, but it will more than likely have you laughing your ass off at parts of it. The characters are beautifully written with big hearts, however if you cross them, they have no problem putting you down. They will protect their mates with their entire lives. I had a blast reading this story.

This story is perfect for when you are trying to take a break or when you just need the sun to shine for you. It caught my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end. It also gave me everything I could want in a book.

I can honestly tell you that this is going to be one of those types of series. One that I will have to read over and over. I love the way all the feelings they felt was involved in this story. It was the perfect story for me and I loved it.

I can’t wait to read the next story. When Charlie puts out a book I am usually there to eat them up. Trust me it will keep you laughing, crying, loving and having fun.

Review: I really liked how Lexington, a vampire, talked to Nathan and reassured him considering Nathan’s ex. The thing that was confusing was the way the blurb read I thought Diana would have shown up more than twice in the book though she was mentioned several times. Nathan struck me as insecure which was to be expected after being in a controlling relationship for so long.

Diana seemed psychotic, in the fact that Nathan left her, but she refused to accept it. She definitely had a few marbles loose if you ask me. Her reaction and attitude when she “bumped” into Nathan with his friends seemed obsessive, stalker-ish and delusional.

I loved Lexington’s understanding and wanting to keep Nathan safe no matter what. Great read with hot sex.

I had a blast reading this story.

Tristan is an albino alligator and had been held captive for some time in a freak circus. He had been kicked out by his family and his alpha for being albino. It wasn’t until they were saved that he got to actually live his life. He wanted to help bring those that wanted to capture, torture, use or kill. His job was not hard, get Bud to give him the answers to his questions. He knew someone would start asking questions about him, but he had not known that the gorgeous detective asking questions was to be his mate.

Collin knew all about shifters, vampires, and gargoyles. He was told to find out the answers about the man missing, but he also knew he could not give them the truth. He had to protect the paranormal world. He had not expected to come across a gorgeous man telling him that he was his mate.

The problem was he was not out, so he had to decide what he truly wanted. And he definitely wanted Tristan.

The dangers were out there, now they just had to protect those they love. When Collin and Tristan get together, it is so damn hot. I have always loved a good paranormal, and Charlie sure can give you some amazing shifter types. I think that this is one of the first books that I have read about an albino alligator. I had a blast reading it that is for sure.

I absolutely love this book almost as much as I have loved the others in this series. I can’t wait to read the next story. When Charlie puts out a book, I am usually there to eat them up. Rowen has watched his friends find their mates, and that was what he wanted. After being warned to keep his eye on one of the new students, he was surprised to find out that the sexy little eighteen year old was his mate. He had a habit of hacking into files, which was what had gotten him expelled and how he ended up in Stone Ridge. Rowen had intended not to do anything until Wesley graduated, but when his sexy mate broke into his home, well let’s just say his wolf took over.

Wesley had hacked into the files but what no one knew was he did it on purpose. He wanted to get caught. He had needed to get away from gang intent on using him for his abilities with a computer. They had blackmailed him, till the only way he knew to get out was getting caught. He had not expected to fall for his teacher, but damn the man was hot. Then the trouble begins, and he finds himself in the world of shapeshifters and vampires.

I had a blast reading this and look forward to the next story. I loved how there is humor mixed in with the seriousness. It is always so much better when there is humor to offset the other emotions. I got a kick out of how Rowen was so protective of his mate, yet his wolf talks him into doing some hot things. This story caught my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it there all the way to the end. I love reading these stories when I need a cheer me up book. It gave me everything I could want in a story.

I would recommend reading this especially if you love gorgeous shifters, spunky little mates, quirky friends, excitement, hot sex, suspense, action, and some danger. Trust me you have got to read this book.

Review: Korbin is a smart, intelligent young man in college who volunteers as a big brother to 17-year-old Paul. As he and his friends attend a Christmas party at Adalric’s house, he comes face to face with the vampire, Daystrum, who he can’t get out of his head since he met him. Once Daystrum realizes Korbin is his beloved and that he didn’t recognize him when they first met, he sets out to claim the sexy human before someone else does.

I loved how festive the party was and how in the middle of it Korbin dropped everything to go to help Paul with Daystrum’s aide. I couldn’t believe the accusation that Paul was accused of. But was glad everyone came to support and help him in his time of need.

Fantastic story with a lot of drama and some hot sex between Daystrum and Korbin. I can’t wait to read the next story. Highly recommended.

Review: This is part of the Wolves of Stone Ridge series and they need to be read in order. Each story is intertwined with each other, but focuses on a new romantic couple. It gives you an insight into their amazing world and lives. I always love Charlie’s books. She gives you characters that you will fall in love, cheer on in their conquest, want to fight besides them when defending their mates and well the true reason is that she gives you sexy men every time. I grew up reading m/f romance stories and it wasn’t till about two years ago when I started reading gay romance. I have got to tell you that I enjoy them more and Charlie has been one of the reasons for that. She gives you such a great story line that involves love, a bit of pain, some danger, and a lot of excitement.

Tullion like many others made the mistake of entering his coven leader’s room, seeing his body and taken the knife out of him to try to save him. Now we all know what happens to humans who make that mistake, but for Tullion it meant he had to run and try to find out who set him up. Three month’s on the run with no idea who had betrayed him, he ends up in Stone Ridge. Stopping at the store got him more than just the food he needed, he had found his beloved. After one night with his mate, he runs fearing the vampires he senses.

Toby was a human who had basically been adopted by the shifters. So he finds a sexy man hitting on him, he is shocked to find out that this man was his. Then the idiot ups and leaves him, thinking that he was protecting Toby. Toby is just not some little human, he has a brain. Now all he has to do is to get his mate back.

I loved the way the characters when they seem more like a person I hang around with. Toby is not one of those tall, well-built men with perfect abs and butt. He is tender, gentle, a scientist, geeky with a bit of weight on him. He is perfect to Tullion and Tullion knows that he is in love with his beloved.

I would recommend reading this book to everyone who loves the paranormal world, dies to get their hands on shifters and vampires, love the protective side that they have for their mates, the excitement, action, and dangerous situations. This story, as most of Charlie’s books captured my attention the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end. It gave me everything that I could possibly want in a story and I cannot wait to read the next one in this amazing series.

Review: This is the tenth book in this series and they should be read in order. It gives you a new romancing couple with each story and an insight into their amazing world. A world that fascinates me and draws me in. A world that I would dream to be in.

I have been a fan of Charlie Richards for quite a long time. In fact, the first story was with the Wolves of Stone Ridge. You meet the gargoyles through the other series. There’s always an intriguing mix of stories set in varying locations and with an assortment of all sorts of character types. Different types of the paranormal world are characters in these amazing stories. Characters that I have to tell you will draw you in and have you falling in love.

Zander had met the paranormal’s in such a way that left him feeling raw and scared. He had been not on lied to by a vampire, but the vampire had used his powers to get what he wanted. Now he was afraid to be near any paranormal, even his own mate. Now here he was being protected by a gargoyle and that man just happens to be his mate. Now all he has to do is to figure out how to overcome his past.

Geoffrey has found his mate, and now all he wants to do is to comfort him and show him that now all of them is bad. When the vampire that made him afraid shows up asking for help, it was all he could do not to kill him. With his mates urging he finds them all in a mess.
However, for me it just seemed to go to fast. It was missing that edge that would make it perfect. However, I still loved this book and cannot wait to get my hands on the next one.

This was a fun read, full of quirky attitudes and steamy sex. Although it has a great plot, the story seems to be more about the characters and the love they have for one another. Charlie has always managed to give her readers that tasty delight. The readers get to know the characters pretty well in the earlier stories so that by the time they get to this story they have already fallen in love with Geoffrey and Zander.

It caught my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end. Now normally when it is a paranormal story they usually mate and have sex right away. In this story, you have to wait just a bit to get the full ride.

I would recommend reading this story especially if you love sexy men, gargoyles, excitement, danger, feisty attitudes, and tempting turn ons.

Review: This is the fourth book in the Carry Me series and they don’t need be read in order.

I have got to tell you that these two men were sex on a stick. I am talking gorgeous men who are so hot together. I loved this book and cannot wait to get my hands on another one of Charlie’s. She has a gift at giving you a story that will have you on the edge of your seat, biting your nails, and panting as if you are in heat. You add in the fact that one of them carries a gun and my world explodes. I can’t tell you how many cold showers I take when I read these books. This one was even hotter than the last.

I love it when a straight man realizes that he has the hots for another man. Ryan was used to gay men seeing as his partner is with another man, but he himself was as straight as can be. That all changes one night at a costume party when he saves a woman and that woman turns out to be a man. He could not get Morgan out of his head. Must have been one hell of a shock for him.

Morgan had been having a bit of difficulties with a fireman that he had thought wanted him. Things had gone very bad and they were just getting worse. So when he was saved by Ryan he knew the detective thought he was a woman, but hadn’t really meant to offer himself. Things didn’t go as planned. However, Ryan couldn’t get him out of his head, and decided to find out.

Things get hot and heavy with them and when danger strikes, it is up to Ryan to keep his man safe. I found myself in love with these two sexy men. They were beautifully written and the story just flowed of the pages for me. If you love sexy men, men with guns, sexy doctors, excitement, surprises, danger and hot sex then this is the one for you.

I would recommend reading this book if you love all of that and so much more. It caught my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end. This story gave me everything I could want in a story. I loved this book and cannot wait to read the next story.

Can Diego ease his young lover into the paranormal world while keeping him safe from those that would do him harm?

Review: This was an amazing story. Each book in the Kontra’s Menagerie Series focuses on a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, we recommend reading the series in sequential order. It keeps me from getting a bit lost in the stories and gives me an insight in to their world. A world that captured my attention from the start and kept it all the way to the end. I love the way each character just mixes with the others. How fast they are to defend what is theirs and what they believe.

Charlie always gives me a wonderful book to read when times are getting hard to deal with. She always has beautifully created characters that have a way to suck you right in. You can tell that she puts all her heart in to her stories.

Diego was over three hundred years old and had wanted his mate for a very long time. He had even gotten married once, had children and grand children. He had not expected to find his mate in the diner on the way to search for others. He had left his pack to run with Kontra and his men. They were all gay and had decided to turn their pack into a refuge type. When he finds Zachary, he is surprised to find out that Zachary is a shifter. Too bad Zachary had no clue.

Zachary was just sitting at the diner with his mother when he met the sexiest man ever. After agreeing to a date, he has to let his mother down with the knowledge that he was not going to change like she wants. He had started having what he had originally thought were seizures and a bad leg when he was a teenager.

Now thanks to Diego’s pack he has found out not only about shifters, but also that the medicine he had been taking was suppressing his change. He was finding out quite a bit about the magical world and shifters.

When these two get together, you can just tell by the way they glance at each other that they are going to be hot. This story gives you everything you could want in a hot love story with angst, anger, betrayal, deadly witches, kinky situations, feisty mates, strong alpha’s, passionate glances, tantalizing sex, dangerous situations and not to mention two very sexy men.

I loved this book and cannot wait to get the next book. It caught my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end. I love the way even with a serious tone it has quite a bit of humor in it.

I would recommend reading this book. It will give you all that you asked for and so much more. Charlie has an amazing gift that will draw you in and make you wish for more.
