Mishka Fadgen is new to the Stone Ridge wolf pack, and after losing a challenge to earn the beta position, he’s offered a slot as an enforcer instead. His first task comes soon, as the alpha’s daughter, Sara, goes missing from college. Mishka accompanies several others to San Francisco, following a lead to her whereabouts. While his alpha is busy consulting with a detective who’s aware of shifters, Mishka hits the streets and starts searching. What he finds, however, isn’t what he expected—his mate. Mishka discovers a young, crippled human living in an abandoned warehouse. With a lot of coaxing—and the promise of a good meal and a hot shower—Mishka convinces Aramis to join him at the home the shifters have rented. When the detective shows up, an untrusting Aramis disappears. Learning that Aramis may be able to help discover Sara’s whereabouts only heightens his need to find the man once more. If Mishka manages to track Aramis down again, can he convince his mate that his intentions are sincere and not just a means to an end?

Review: Sara and Stephanie have been kidnapped. You can guess the alpha and his mate are going nuts. Mishka was asked to go along also to help. Out on a ride to get a feel of the place leads him to the best scent, his mate. Although he might have a bit of a problem.

Aramis was kicked out of his home at the age of fourteen and had been living in an old abandoned building. His leg and wrist had been injured and never healed right add that in with being homeless and he has a bit of fear of others. However being offered food and shower would turn anyone’s head.

Now this is what I am taking about. Action, danger, excitement and some sexy times are just a bit of what you get in this story. I loved how the guys are with their mates and damn if it is not hot. This world the author has created is a big hit with me and sometimes gives me some good dreams in the evening. The characters are strong and the story sweet.

I loved this story and can guarantee that it will be read many times over. I can’t wait for the next book in this series and I would definitely recommend it.

Review: Each book in the Wolves of Stone Ridge collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This series is the start but there were many different series that are connected to this.

Castrose and his brother Clayton are assassins and damn good at their job. They are very close but Clayton is the one that doesn’t border on being truly bad. Now Clayton is missing and Castrose is going to get him back. He just had not expected to the one being hunted since he was the hunter. He also didn’t expect the sexy man to tell him they are mates.

Eion was talked into hunting with his family and in fact lost a bet because of it. However today is a damn good day for it to happen, he has found his mate. A mate with a sniper’s rifle aimed at his alpha’s house, maybe might not be the best day for it either.

It has been a long time since I have gotten to read one of these stories. I use to love getting to read them and loosing myself in their world. The only true downside to them is that they are not long enough to truly get lost in them. They are full of action and danger plus lets not forget to say sexy times. I liked the characters quite a bit. Although I do think that they give in to soon to the love side of things.

It is a very enjoyable read and I look forward to seeing what is next in this amazing series.

Review: Each book in the Wolves of Stone Ridge collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This series started it but there are many branch offs that are connected to this particular series.

Gracen has found his mate, a mate that not only is not gay but has a child. He also has no clue that Gracen is a wolf shifter, I would say his eyes are about to be opened wide.

Lance actually knows a few of those Gracen hangs out with but has no clue that half of them are shifters of one kind or another. He is a sexy dad who just wants to keep custody of his two year old daughter.

I had expected a bit more trouble from the ex, it went as expected. I have always loved these stories but there are no more surprises to be found in them. I was hoping for a fresh idea to show up but even then these stories are still pretty amazing. I love how the characters just feel around each other. I didn’t really catch a connection through the kid and Gracen though. There just needed something to make it all come together and I didn’t get that. It just felt a bit stiff.

Other than those issues I still had a blast reading this and can’t wait to see what the next book by this author will be about.

Leo is a strong dominate wolf shifter who has never had the desire to lead shifters but make sure they are safe in other ways. They live for so many years that they need new identities ever time you turn around. So when alpha Declan calls him with news and wants him to create a new identity for a human who is in need. He just hadn’t expected that human to be his mate.

Jerry had been kicked out of his home when he was a teen and lived on the streets. That is until the gangs started and made the ones living on the street earn their keep, so to speak. That is until the idiots kidnapped two shifter’s and damn if those were not some big men coming to save them. Now he is being asked to trust them and well you can guess.

Charlie has been one of my top favorite author’s of all time and she never lets me down with her stoies. Although I do wish they were just a little longer without the ending feeling like a complete drop. Entertaining, exciting, danger filled, hot sexy times and so much more are just a bit of what you get in this story. My attention was caught from the start and kept all the way to the end. I can tell you that this is one of those stories that will be read many times over.

I had a blast reading this and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book. I would definitely recommend it to all.

I have been missing this book. I love a good story and Charlie always manages to give it. The worlds that she creates are unique, fresh and damn good. The characters are strong in both physical and mental, but you wouldn’t expect it in some of them. Some of the characters have a heart breaking story to tell as well. A hard past and sometimes they don’t even remember. There is always a bit of danger in the stories that makes it even rock harder.

The councilman has came to hear the truth from the Alpha. He is an old bear shifter and kind of stuck in his life. He wants to hear about the corruption that another councilman has created. To see for himself that the truth comes out and the pain is stopped. He just hadn’t expected to find his mate, a very human mate. Or maybe he is not so human.

Conway is a navy seal and is coming to talk to an old friend. One that he has found out that was a shifter and to find out what was going on. Conway is actually from a family of witches and knows all about the paranormal world. He just had not expected to get a mate, nor did he want one. To top it off, neither one has ever been with a man, so you can guess what is about to happen. Funny as hell also.

I got a kick out of these two, although I am quite surprised that Conway didn’t deck his friend or his mate for the little trick. They will heat up real fast though. I enjoyed reading this story and can not wait to get my hands on the next book. I had a lot of fun and I can guarantee that you will also.

Mishka lost the fight for a beta position but ended up in the enforcer’s instead. His alpha was known for fairness, loyalty and kindness. Until his daughter was kidnapped from school. Now they were on their way to San Francisco to find her and another shifter’s daughter. While searching for her, he came across a sweet young man who just happens to be his mate. A mate that is not only human but also injured shouldn’t be too hard to convince him to come back with them. That is as soon as he locates him after he takes off.

Aramis had been kicked out at fourteen when his parents found out he was gay. He has lived for some time on the street and knew how to get around. After not giving the gang what they wanted the men had left him with a screwed up knee and hand.. Then a man shows up and wants to take him away, sure not too hard to believe. Wait till he finds out Mishka is a wolf shifter.

I have always gotten a kick out of Charlie’s stories and that is not going to change. I can guarantee that it is one of those that will be read many times over. Excitement, action, danger and some hot sexy times are just a bit of what you get in these books. Now for the downside to this story: It felt rushed and the ending pretty much leaves you hanging. Then there is the fact that Aramis actually does trust him after he tells him he is a shifter. There was no shifting in the story plus you miss out on the actual action of getting the girls back. I felt robbed of most of the story.

I was a bit disappointed in this book and that was the biggest shock of all. However that doesn’t mean it isn’t one hell of a good book and kept me entertained. But, yes I felt like I was robbed of an awesome story that could have given me more.

Review: Each book in the Wolves of Stone Ridge collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This series is branched of to Kontra’s Menagerie, A Paranormal’s Love and so forth.

Ranger is a jackal shifter whose boss is basically evil. To keep his brother and his brother’s mate safe, he must kill and then set up the Wolves of Stone Ridge pack. To be precise, it is their alpha that is to be blamed for killing the council man. To bad he fails or should one say it is good news. It would seem he has found his mate.

Ashton is one of the bird shifters that the pack rescued from Russia. He is the alpha of his little group, but they still answer to Alpha Declan. He goes to give information and ends up finding his mate. A mate that is in trouble.

There is nothing better then a good paranormal romance with two gorgeous men involved. I love the way this author can put together a book that not only fascinates you but draws you in and keep your attention the whole time, but it will more than likely have you laughing your ass off. The characters are beautifully written with big hearts, however if you cross them, they have no problem putting you down. They will protect their mates with their entire lives.

I absolutely love this book almost as much as I have loved the other’s in this series. I can’t wait to read the next story. When Charlie Richards puts out a book I am usually there to eat them up. They do have a bit of a serious tone to them but there is a bit of humor in them that I love. I would definitely recommend reading this book.

Wendell had just wanted to have some fun but he has the worst taste in one night stands. It nearly ends him up dead but he come out of it pretty beaten up. He swears not again, that is until his friend at work’s brother steps in and gives him a ride. Now get your minds out of the gutters, I am talking about a nice car ride, but maybe a bit later for the other kind of ride. Too bad that last one night stand keeps coming around.

Teague is a wolf shifter who has a love of old cars, and damn does he have a nice ride. When his brother Cecil tells him about his friend at work, he just wants to cheer him up and maybe find out who is trying to hurt the little guy. However he has found his mate and will do anything to protect his sweet mate.

I have always been a fan of this author and her stories just keep rocking my day. This one has a sweet tone to it, but some danger that will boil your blood. It moves at the perfect pace for me and is the absolute perfect length to keep my attention. My attention had been caught from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end. You even get some hot and sexy times going on in this book. I was glad to see Jared and Carson are still the same after so long. There are a few laughs going on in here as always, which is a major plus for me.

Review: This story is a branch off from the original Wolves of Stone Ridge series which has many branches off of it. I would start with the first book in that series and go from there. Be ready for a good time.

Stefan and his best friends decide to have a bit of fun on their vacation. Skiing was a favorite of theirs and they were pretty good at it. That is until someone knocks him off course and ends him up with a broken leg. He swears he sees a dragon, but then a sexy man is what he wakes up to. Things are going to get hot and spicy real soon, for Stefan is Kazeem’s mate.

I really wished that this book had been longer. It felt like it had been cut off before the real fun got even started. I do hope for this collection that the next book will be longer. Other than that it was amazing as usual. I always loved dragon shifters and dang if Charlie did’t give us a favorite.

This story had my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end.

Except, Parker Jones walks away without giving the slightest indication the he feels the same pull…other than his aroused scent, of course. Nikolai studies Parker, trying to figure out why the shifter would ignore the pull between them. He discovers the wolf shifter is still mourning his long deceased human lover. Tenderness and understanding aren’t in Nikolai’s nature.

Review: Nikolai is a vampire and a killer. He kills to protect those that he calls family. He is ruthless, sometimes cold, loves his blades and torture. He doesn’t really have a gentle side, but he must find it. He has found his beloved and his beloved is a shifter who lost someone close to him. To get past his guards, he must tread lightly but also learn patience.

Parker had spent over thirty years with a human whom he loved deeply. He had passed away over ten years ago and Parker is still grieving. Now he has found a mate that is not like anyone he knows. It is going to take some time to get use to the man, but when Nikolai is injured well let’s just say things heat up real fast.

When Charlie Richards puts out a book I am usually there to eat it up. I would definitely recommend reading this book.

Review: Each book in the Wolves of Stone Ridge collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

There is a lot of action, danger, suspense and a bit of kink in this book. I love how it has that serious tone to it but there is so much humor in it that your attention is captivated throughout it all. I have got to say that owls are just so cute. I loved the cover and that was what caught my attention first. Although to be honest any book that Charlie writes is automatically bought by me. I just can’t seem to get enough of her stories.

Hector and his friends are bird shifters and have spent most of their lives in cages. Hector doesn’t even remember what it was like to be a child. Now that they have been freed, he is trying to learn as much as he can. He has found his mate, but every time he asks him to date, Rocky turns him down.

Rocky has his eyes on Hector but doesn’t want a one night stand. He has a small child to think of and he doesn’t want to bring someone in just to get hurt. However he decides to give the little man a date to see. Let’s just say his eyes are about to be opened wide. He is mated to a cute little owl shifter whose heart is out there for anyone to see.

I can honestly tell you that this is going to be one of those types of series. One that I will have to read over and over. I love the way all the feelings they felt was involved in this story. It was the perfect story for me and I loved it. I can’t wait to read the next story.

When Charlie puts out a book I am usually there to eat them up. Trust me it will keep you laughing, crying, loving and having fun.

Review: Each book in the Wolves of Stone Ridge collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order, but it isn’t necessary to enjoy the series.

Gilbert was one of the shifters rescued from Russia. He was a little raven, but man did he have an attitude. He comes off like an alpha, until you meet the others. So when he meets his mate, you can figure out how he acted. He had spent quite a bit of time in a cage being experimented on, so he wanted a bit of freedom.

Hessian is a Kodiak bear and has always been a loner. However even he has to admit, he needs something. So when he meets his little mate, he is surprised but happy. However it looks like he has gotten himself into a bit of trouble. Trouble that could bring danger to the pack. He had to keep his little mate safe, and show him just how good it is to be mated.

I know by heart that Charlie’s books will always entertain me. When she puts out a book I am usually there to eat them up. They do have a bit of a serious tone to them but there is a lot of humor in them that I love.

I would definitely recommend reading this book.

Review: Each book in the Wolves of Stone Ridge collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. There is nothing better than a good paranormal romance with two gorgeous men involved. There is something about the way that Charlie tells a story that will not only draw you in and keep your attention the whole time but it will have you in tears at some part.

Charlie has always been one of my favorite authors for a quite a while now that she is one of those types that would be instant buy without even reading the blurb. There is just something about her characters, story and the way they mix with each other. With these stories it gives you a mate that has at some point been hurt. The alpha of the pair feels so much for his mate, he will do everything to protect his mate and keep him safe.

Cayden is the smallest of his brothers yet he is the more dominate of the three. He is strong in body and mind. After a long times away from home, he is just happy to be home. Then he finds that they have taken in a strange shifter, then to top it off it is his mate.

Ajax is a very cute little cat shifter. I haven’t even really heard of these types of cats but took one look at the cover and yeah he is adorable. He is an Andean mountain cat, who has had his life uprooted and screwed around. He had lost his mother at a young age, then captured by the scientist. Now free, he is waiting for the other shoe to drop. He just had not expected the sexy wolf that he is attracted to.

Review: Each book in the Wolves of Stone Ridge collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. (But, it’s not necessary…PdM)

There is nothing better than a good paranormal romance with two gorgeous men involved. I love the way Charlie can put together a book that not only fascinates you but draws you in. I had a blast reading this and look forward to reading more by one of my favorite authors.

Borscht is the leader of his coven and he is depressed. He has seen two of his younger siblings find their true loves and he wants his. He is kind of strange for a vampire. Although for a vampire it is probably normal. He loves quiet donors, his life in order and the rules followed. The only part of his family that I think needs to be beaten is his homophobic brother Aleksei. So when they see intruders on their lands, they end up finding a little bat shifter. Borscht has found his mate.

Sekani is the cutest little bat shifter you have ever seen. He is so innocent and sweet. He has spent so much time stuck in a cage that he doesn’t even know how old he is. He had been experimented on and he was scared. He doesn’t understand the language that Borscht and the others speak but he is not really sure what language he speaks either. All he knows is that this sexy man smells delicious. The scientists are out there looking for him, so it is up to Borscht to stop them from getting his love.

Now out of all of Charlie’s books I think this is my top favorite. Sekani comes off perfect and he is absolutely my favorite out of all of her wonderful characters. I love the right amount of feelings that come through when you are reading it.

There is something about the way that Charlie tells a story that will not only draw you in and keep your attention the whole time, but it will more than likely have you laughing your ass off at parts of it. The characters are beautifully written with big hearts, however if you cross them, they have no problem putting you down. They will protect their mates with their entire lives. I had a blast reading this story.

This story is perfect for when you are trying to take a break or when you just need the sun to shine for you. It caught my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end. It also gave me everything I could want in a book.

I can honestly tell you that this is going to be one of those types of series. One that I will have to read over and over. I love the way all the feelings they felt was involved in this story. It was the perfect story for me and I loved it.

Rowen has watched his friends find their mates, and that was what he wanted. After being warned to keep his eye on one of the new students, he was surprised to find out that the sexy little eighteen year old was his mate. He had a habit of hacking into files, which was what had gotten him expelled and how he ended up in Stone Ridge. Rowen had intended not to do anything until Wesley graduated, but when his sexy mate broke into his home, well let’s just say his wolf took over.

Wesley had hacked into the files but what no one knew was he did it on purpose. He wanted to get caught. He had needed to get away from gang intent on using him for his abilities with a computer. They had blackmailed him, till the only way he knew to get out was getting caught. He had not expected to fall for his teacher, but damn the man was hot. Then the trouble begins, and he finds himself in the world of shapeshifters and vampires.

I had a blast reading this and look forward to the next story. I loved how there is humor mixed in with the seriousness. It is always so much better when there is humor to offset the other emotions. I got a kick out of how Rowen was so protective of his mate, yet his wolf talks him into doing some hot things. This story caught my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it there all the way to the end. I love reading these stories when I need a cheer me up book. It gave me everything I could want in a story.

I would recommend reading this especially if you love gorgeous shifters, spunky little mates, quirky friends, excitement, hot sex, suspense, action, and some danger. Trust me you have got to read this book.

Review: This is part of the Wolves of Stone Ridge series and they need to be read in order. Each story is intertwined with each other, but focuses on a new romantic couple. It gives you an insight into their amazing world and lives. I always love Charlie’s books. She gives you characters that you will fall in love, cheer on in their conquest, want to fight besides them when defending their mates and well the true reason is that she gives you sexy men every time. I grew up reading m/f romance stories and it wasn’t till about two years ago when I started reading gay romance. I have got to tell you that I enjoy them more and Charlie has been one of the reasons for that. She gives you such a great story line that involves love, a bit of pain, some danger, and a lot of excitement.

Tullion like many others made the mistake of entering his coven leader’s room, seeing his body and taken the knife out of him to try to save him. Now we all know what happens to humans who make that mistake, but for Tullion it meant he had to run and try to find out who set him up. Three month’s on the run with no idea who had betrayed him, he ends up in Stone Ridge. Stopping at the store got him more than just the food he needed, he had found his beloved. After one night with his mate, he runs fearing the vampires he senses.

Toby was a human who had basically been adopted by the shifters. So he finds a sexy man hitting on him, he is shocked to find out that this man was his. Then the idiot ups and leaves him, thinking that he was protecting Toby. Toby is just not some little human, he has a brain. Now all he has to do is to get his mate back.

I loved the way the characters when they seem more like a person I hang around with. Toby is not one of those tall, well-built men with perfect abs and butt. He is tender, gentle, a scientist, geeky with a bit of weight on him. He is perfect to Tullion and Tullion knows that he is in love with his beloved.

I would recommend reading this book to everyone who loves the paranormal world, dies to get their hands on shifters and vampires, love the protective side that they have for their mates, the excitement, action, and dangerous situations. This story, as most of Charlie’s books captured my attention the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end. It gave me everything that I could possibly want in a story and I cannot wait to read the next one in this amazing series.
