Review: This is the first book in The Alpha/Omega Verse series.

Captain Korden Encarit of the North Star is experiencing strange symptoms lately. When the doctor and his mate discover how bad it is they help anyway they can. What is causing it? The link to his brother and lover, Rennett, who was taken prisoner a year ago has flared to life again as they grow closer to where he is.

It was absolutely horrible what all Rennett was forced to endure as his captives tortured him and broke the alpha inside him. He is now an Omega with a badly damaged mind who is afraid of everything. My heart broke for this once vibrant, bright man reduced to a shell of his former self.

With Borden’s help after the rescue, Rennet slowly recovers but he will never be the same as he was. I really enjoyed this story with its descriptions of space and the ship they are on. It felt as if I was there.

The one thing that did bug me was why two brothers in an intimate relationship? Thankfully there were not that many intimate scenes and as I usually only read one and skip the rest I was fine with it.

Review: I loved this book. Calliph, Alpha wolf shifter, is the slave of an aggressive prince. The queen sends her son and Calliph overseas to study a trade. While aboard the ship he meets Mateo, a panther shifter. The attraction is instantaneous as Mateo realizes Calliph is mate.

But Calliph is a slave so they struggle to find time to be with one another until the day comes that the prince decides to travel taking Calliph with him. Fate is a funny thing that will always find a way to get what it wants.

Great read.

Review: When I first started reading this book I wasn’t sure if I wanted to finish it. In fact I was not only angry but in tears at how a man can treat another with such hatred. However the further on the story went and I realized there was something in the past that made him react the way he did.

This story is quite different from the ones I normally read, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have read one other book by this author and love the world she creates. This story showed me something so different that I was caught off guard by it, but it also talks of pain so deep that you change who you are over time and how hard it is to get your true self back. There is nothing paranormal happening here. I am talking about overcoming your past.

Fagan’s mother passed away when he was twelve years old, and it seems that his father has never been happy with him ever since. Not when he told him he was gay, nor how he didn’t want to take over the farm, or that he was moving to New York to learn how to be an artist. He felt the pain of feeling like nothing he ever did was good enough for anyone.

His best friend had moved with him and things were looking up. He ended up in a job he would have never expected, by getting run over by a dog. He was now working for an escort service where you provided the dreams of people, but no sex was involved. Thank god because the man was gay. However thinks started going downhill when the owner’s cousin took an instant hate towards him.

Xavier had been hurt by a boyfriend a few years ago and it made him bitter and mean. So when he sees Fagan and is attracted to him, he started hating the man. Treating him like a common whore. However time went past and he realized he totally screwed up. He had a lot of things to fix and one of them was the heart of the man he has fallen in love with.

This story was one of the best I have ever read and I wished I could give it a higher rating than just a five. It actually made me feel something so deep that I had to take a deep breath after reading it. It shows the darkness to Xavier’s soul over time and how much pain he could give to someone. Then it shows what he will do to fix what he has done wrong. It shows how much pain Fagan goes through and what it takes to have forgiveness in one’s heart.

This is one story that I would definitely recommend it.

It was more powerful than even I could have expected. I truly loved it and can’t wait to see what other stories this amazing author has out.

New college graduate, Ethan Moore, flies to San Francisco for a job interview with an advertising firm. The interview goes so well that he decides to blow off some steam at a gay club. He meets a gorgeous man at the bar who seduces him, but then leaves his hotel room in the morning with only a note. A few weeks later, Ethan begins his new job and discovers that the man he slept with is his new boss, Chance Harlow. He’s fallen for the playboy, but wants to keep their relationship strictly professional until he can prove himself to the company. He’s failing miserably as Chance tries seducing Ethan every chance he gets, and Ethan keeps succumbing to his advances.

Ethan is selected to accompany Chance to Bali for a huge account will be spending ten days at a luxurious resort with the man he’s fallen in love with. Chance has made his intentions known, and has told Ethan that he’s here to have fun on this trip, and he won’t pressure him, but if Ethan doesn’t want him, there are plenty of men who will. Ethan struggles with this until one evening, they are in the hot tub with two hot swingers who want to play. Ethan flees to his room to get drunk after watching Chance make out with one of the men. Chance storms in the room a little while later, angry because his thoughts of Ethan are keeping him from having fun with other men. Ethan realizes his mistake and finally confesses his love for Chance and they make love. They spend the rest of the trip making up for lost time. When they get home from their successful business trip, Ethan realizes that no one cares if he and Chance are an item after all.
