Review: Each book in the Devil Hills Wolves collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

Jack and his brother are espers and can tell the future. Although they are not that good at it right now, unlike their mother. She called them home only to have them run when the humans showed up. The squad either kills or experiments on those they capture and they use rehabilitated shifters who have no soul left basically, they are shells of their selves. Jack knew that there was one place they could run, but how accepting will they be.

Max protects his pack and will kill those who causes trouble. Well if that were the case, he would have kicked Jack’s brothers ass, little troublemaker. However he realizes that Jack is his mate and it looks like he has a little brother as well. Things are going to get interesting.

It is a very unique story that borders on a serious tone mixed in with dark undertones. This one however was not as dark as the others. It took a bit more time to get into it, but it is still a very good read. Action packed, drama filled, danger and hot sexy times are what you get in this plus a little more. It is not one of my favorite type of stories but it is still a good read.

If you like darkness in your tone and shifters that bite, then this book will be for you.

Review: Each book in the Devil Hills Wolves collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

Theo and his brother were captured by a human group that are out to either kill or rehabilitate non-humans. They are a very cruel and evil group that should not even call themselves humans. They hunt, kill, experiment or brainwash the paranormals. He was tortured dailey and drugged most of the time. Then the squad killed his brother and from that point Theo just wanted to die. To bad the squad had other ideas.

Joe is a powerful wolf shifter who protected his world. When he came across Theo he knew the man was his mate. He also knew that his mate was in deep trouble and so was the pack. Theo was sent to kill.

This is not one of those fun loving, sweet type of romance. It has a serious tone to it with a darkness flowing through it. It is well written with sexy ass characters that will protect those they love. However they also tend to kill those who show up, but they do protect their mates. It is an action packed, danger filled type of story but there is some hot sexy times as well.

I don’t really care for the dark tones to the story and can honestly say that I don’t normally read these books more than once. It is a very good story but come off just a bit harsh to me. However I would recommend it to those who like these types of stories.

Review: Each book in the Devil Hills Wolves collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

Santino and his sister were created in the human lab to check the mixture of shifter and Espers. At the age of seven, he got his sister and himself out of the hell hole. Deacon had found them and brought them home. They gave their loyalty to him and swore to follow him anywhere. When most of their pack had been killed and Deacon took over the alpha position, he became one of the enforcers as did his sister. Now his sister was in a coma and he needed her to come back.

Zack had done the one thing he could think of, he lied to the alpha of the pack he wanted to join. Him and his friends were the only survivors after their pack was killed. Zack and his friends were not the same kind of shifter, Zack was an small bobcat shifter. He was the healer of the group. When he heard that the pack was in need of a shifter who could work with an Esper, he jumped at it. Then he saw Santino and his heart beat heavy and boy was he going to be in trouble.

Out of the three books in this series, I have to say that this one was the best. It had a lighter tone to it that actually made the story rock. The characters were perfect for the story and damn if they were not hot. This story caught my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end. It also gave me almost everything I could ask for in a story. I like the way this story just seem to flow of the pages and it went in the perfect direction.

I had a blast reading this and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book. I can honestly say that this is one of those stories that will be read more than once.

Review: Each book in the Devil Hills Wolves collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

Daryl and his older brother had escaped the human’s who wanted to get their hands on him. He was what they call an Esper, someone with some psychic powers. He had killed their abusive father when they were younger, and just tried to stay safe. That is until his brothers chief started asking questions, then they decided to run to the one place that might be able to keep them. Now he was just trying to figure out his feelings for the sexy, powerful and cranky alpha.

Deacon and his best friends took up protecting other paranormal’s after most of their pack had been killed. Twelve years old and seeing the death of his parents and most of his pack, had made him a bit cold and hardened. He hated humans but slowly, very slowly he is starting to see that not all human’s are bad. He is just trying to figure out what to do with his feelings for Daryl.

This series has a dark tone to it and even though it does work for this story, it also makes the story a bit off. It felt like the story had been quite rushed by the author that it didn’t flow like it should have. I loved Daryl, but the alpha was a bit hard to connect with. You can understand why he is the way he is, but still he just comes off wrong. Other than those issues I had with it, the story is quite interesting and fun to read.

It has a unique and fresh way of taking the story in the direction it is going. It has great potential to be a top story with a little more time goes into it. I did enjoy reading it and can say that this will be read more than once.

Review: Dave loves being a police officer, even though he was just getting started. He was a normal human who had a deep secret. His brother, Daryl is a very special man with psychic powers. That placed them in danger at all times. In a world where paranormal’s were hunted down and either killed or put into rehabilitation.

Esper’s were humans with abilities that could heal or kill those around them. The government placed them into places that rehabilitates them but leaves them like a robot, with no emotions. Dave did not want that for his little brother, so when his chief started asking questions, he knew it was time to run. To go to the one place that might just also get them killed.

Forrest was a powerful wolf shifter who has just found his mate, a human. His alpha hated humans and would kill them on sight. He was about to do the one thing that could get them both killed, go against the alpha’s orders.

This is not one of those happy pack type of books. The pack is a hard place and they don’t have much patience for others. They come off very cold and heartless, especially the alpha. It is a very unique story with a different feel to it. It caught my attention from the moment I started reading it and kept it all the way to the end. I can’t say that it gave me everything I could ask for but it came pretty close. It has a dark tone to it that I didn’t really care for, but it worked for this story.

I liked Dave quite a bit but it took a bit of time to get into Forrest, however he was perfect for his mate. It felt like the story was missing something but I could not tell what it was. It will be one of those stories that will be read more than once though.

I enjoyed it quite a bit and would recommend it. I can’t wait to start on the next book.
