Review: I love this short story from this author; it is a well written read. It’s a first for me from this author, and I’ll be looking for more of her work. In this small town, no one likes to know that they personal lives are out there for all the residents to know. Brandt is a retired Rodeo clown, and he goes back to his long time friend’s hometown, to stay and rekindle the relationship that he had with the town’s veterinarian, Kaden Slater. Except, that things aren’t that easy for Brandt.
Kaden’s assistant, have a huge crush on him. Well, more than a crush. Mike is in love with him, and he isn’t happy that Brandt is back in Kaden’s life. Now, this is where things get complicated. Brandt wants back Kaden, and wants to make up for the lost years that he wasn’t with him. Mike wants Kaden, and wants to make sure that he isn’t hurt again, because Brandt has a habit of always disappearing years on end and leaves Kaden distraught. Now Kaden wants both Brandt and Mike in his life, and doesn’t want to lose any of them.
Will they be able to sit and talk about the three of them getting together and entering into a relationship, or will they be split apart, because of one hateful man that have a huge issue against gay men. I’m sorry that this story ended the way it did. I was really looking forward to more of this story.
Yes, I would recommend this story to anyone looking for a quick and sexy read.

Review: Murk has been watching Shea for some time and decides to make his move. Just like the operative he is, he picks the time to strike and always makes sure that his opponent will not get the upper hand. Shea, however despite appearing to take on the trappings of a high-class long-term rent boy is a very deep and complex character with much to offer a partner who’s willing to take the time to get to really know him.
Murk has the time and Shea develops the inclination to want to be only Murk’s. As they explore what they both feel, Shea is able to be more himself with Murk that anyone else and can finally find his forever someone instead of his ‘let’s get together for six months’ someone.
Murk and Shea are both very complex and intense characters and that shows well even in the short story. The weaving of their tale is done well and does not feel rushed despite the brevity of the book. The reader does feel that they both know and understand what motivates both Murk and Shea – the odd pairing makes perfect sense. Often short stories that focus on such intense characters fall flat, but this one holds its own very well even without the epilogue which simply serves to tie a neat bow on the characters and ensure a happy ending for the readers.
Murk and Shea are interesting and colourful and their coming together is hot and consuming. Well worth the short read.

Review: I thought this story was very beautiful. I loved the depth of both characters. I loved the way they just sort of meshed together and the storyline is just sweet and swoon-worthy, the sex super- hot! Wow great story!

Having said this, I am like a love at first sight story I just think this should have been worked into a bit more gradually but it was a very hot sexy story. I loved it

Review: Wow words can’t say how much I loved this one! Everything was fabulous. The both characters are so endearing with their plight for love of one another and why they haven’t pursued anything other than friendship. Review: Another great story in a very hot collection. This story had great characters and a great story. The attraction was mutual then the thought of betrayal and mistrust and boardroom scandal. Just when you thought things was going so well. This story will have you on your toes. It’s hot and sexy with a twist you don’t see coming.
Recommendation: If you like anthologies this is one to get. Everything about it is fabulous. An A list of fantastic authors, stories of scandal, boardroom sex, friends to lovers, mile high club, storms and devastation, art, and some great hot mansex. A must read!

With as many times as this story has been told and as many different way in which it has been told over the many years, this is refreshing. I was glad to see it go beyond the HEA you want in these types of stories and show more than just his change of heart, but the allowance of long overdue love from the past. Good job.

Review: Brandt comes back to town hoping Kaden and he can reignite an old flame, one they let go out, with each choosing to follow their career. Now Brandt has retired from the rodeo and back in town to claim the love he left behind. Kaden is a veteran and his new young assistant, Mike is a very good friend. He has always been there for Kaden. Even when Kaden was pining all these years over Brandt. Mike is devastated when Brandt shows up. He really thought perhaps Kaden would finally let him in his heart and bed. Can Kaden choose between Brandt, the love he always wanted or Mike, the best friend and man he has lusted for? What happens in spring, when the rodeo is back? What will Brandt choose a threesome or the road? Choices! Choices!
This story was a very fun fast short read. But it seemed I’d read this before. Not that it mattered; I liked the story of Brandt, Kaden and Mike a lot. The sex is hot and the characters are all three swoon-worthy. I just needed more of it. The story of the hater attacking them was good, also. The only problem that kept me from loving this was it seemed disjointed and the stories seemed rushed. I would love more. More of Kaden and Brandt’s relationship, then more of Mike and Brandt’s relationship, and finally, more of the threesome. It really never unfolded, just was there suddenly.
I recommend this book to anyone that loves threesomes, cowboys, vets, hot loving sex, and very a poignant love-story.

Review: Ben has lost his job after his ex turns up drunk at his work and accuses him of dubious business practice, as well as outing him to his homophobic boss, so he does what any self-respecting person does…he flees to his best friend. Jack is hit with instant lust when he sees his vet’s best friend. As the relationship progresses Jack knows that the man will leave even when he promises to come back.
I found this book delightful as well as frustrating as these two men just didn’t know how to open up to each other. Both of them trying to protect themselves against hurt. Ben, because of his ex, learning to trust his instincts again and trusting that not all men are like his ex. And Jack, because of something in his past that convinced him that he will always be left behind. These two men complement each other very well, the sex is hot and the storyline is good. Hopefully we will get to see a story about Matt (the vet) in the future as what we see of him here will whet your appetite.
So I would recommend this for those who like hot sex, a bit of angst and a happy ever after because I really enjoyed it.
