Blurb: Pryderi has known Nate was his mate for weeks—way too long not to tell him. But Pryderi grew up with rejection, and he isn’t sure he has the courage to possibly face it again, especially coming from the man he’s been falling in love with from afar and who represents his future. He’s not going to gain anything by watching Nate from afar, though.

Nate’s world gets upended over just a few days. First Pryderi, the cute Nix he’s noticed more than he likes to admit, tells him they’re mates, then the brother he thought was dead for the past ten years suddenly comes back with the Beasts after him. Nate isn’t sure how to deal with any of them, but Calvin has always been the center of his world, and that hasn’t changed.

Pryderi has a hard time getting through to Nate, who’s terrified of losing him like he thought he’d lost his brother. The fact that Pryderi is working undercover in Nate’s bar to try to find the last members of the Beasts still in town is making things both worse and better—and more than a little complicated.

Review: Each book in the Council Enforcers collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This series is connected to the Whitedell Pride and Gillham Pack so I would suggest reading those first.

Ten years ago Nate’s little brother had been kidnapped and killed. He was still missing him to this day, boy is he in for one hell of a surprise. He was a forty-two year old man who owned a bar and had a bad back. He was not a catch in his eyes. However he has had his eyes on one sexy Nix that comes into the bar.

Pryderi left his family and people behind four years ago. He had not wanted to stay and mate with a female just to have a child and keep his parents happy. He has found his mate and wasn’t to sure how to tell him. He had been rejected by his parents and his brother didn’t truly want anything to do with him. That is until he gets a call, his brother had been abducted close to a month ago and he had not known.

Nate has issues with his mate doing the job as an enforcer. He still felt the loss of his brother, even though his brother is back, but he still was scared. Damn these two really need to learn how to communicate. I always am intrigued by the world this author creates. They just make it seem like you are right there with them and are kicking ass right along side them. It is a pretty fascinating series to get hooked on.

I had a blast reading this and can’t wait to see what the next book has going on.

Carter is a divorced father of a little girl. He decides that they should move back to his home town. He is not to sure about the sexy wolf shifter who claims to be his mate, but he can’t say the man doesn’t turn him on. Then his ex shows up and danger just seems to follow.

Lucas is a sexy wolf shifter who has just found his mate. A mate with a child, looks like he is about to become a dad. Now Lucas is my kind of man, he owns a bookstore and damn if he is not sexy.

Fascinating story that kept my attention throughout the whole book. It has quite a bit of surprises in it for me, lots of action, excitement and so much more in it. The worlds that this author creates is quite entertaining and somewhat mysterious. The characters are fully developed with quite a bit of attitude backing them up.

I enjoyed reading this story and can’t wait to get my hands on the next one. I would definitely recommend it.

Instead of standing up for their relationship, Colin allowed William to be thrown in jail and married the woman his father chose for him. He loves his two sons and even Justine, but they were never meant to be together, and they’ll never be truly happy as a couple. That suits Colin just fine because he doesn’t deserve to be happy. His son Brandon does, though, and when Colin’s father decides to arrange a marriage for him, Colin finds the courage he never thought he had and finally stands up to him.

A half-shifter created in a lab, Matt has been working undercover for the past fifteen years with very little time as his real self in between cases. Review: Each story in the Council Enforcers collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This particular series is branched off from several other series featuring the same crossover characters in many of the books.

Colin has made several mistakes in his life but his biggest was when he lied and the man he was in love with was imprisoned. He was afraid of his father and most important, moving forward. He had been forced into marriage and having children, but now it was time to come clean. He had a mate, a male mate. A mate that had been created in a lab.

Matt was an enforcer and always went undercover to get the truth. That is until someone realizes who and what he was. So he needs to learn how to duck better. He was tired and ready for a change, and when that change includes his mate he is all for it.

I had never really liked Colin but his story is quite interesting and very entertaining. He definitely comes off as a wimp until the very end when he shows his strength. This story gave me almost everything I could ask for in a story and so much more. Danger, excitement, cranky teenagers, feisty soon to be ex-wives, some hot sexy times and well you can find out. I couldn’t put the book down and will admit that this story is one of those that will be read more than once.

I had a blast reading it and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book.

Review: Each book in the collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This particular story is also tied to the Whitedell Pride, Gillham Pack and the Council Assassin’s series. I would start with the Whitedell Pride series and go from there if you want the full impact.

Stubborn mates is one way of looking at it. Sasha had been one of the human’s who had been captured and experimented on. He got a power that scared him and made him not want to even try it. His one try at a relationship had ended up in death and he feared loosing another. He was left with memories as well as scars from what had happened. Then his mate ended up in trouble and damn if he wasn’t going to rush in and help.

Hunter loved sex and never with the same man. Then he scented his mate and that all changed. He just didn’t know how to get through to him and how to help him. Then when a mission went bad, well lets just say the shock of his mate stunned him.

I liked the guys quite a bit although I felt more for Sasha. He just pulled to me more than the others. His story was horrible and I understood him better than Hunter. It is an action packed story with quite a bit of excitement and hot sexy times. This is one of those stories that will be read many times over. I was also glad to see Nysys in it, he always makes my day.

I had a blast reading this and can’t wait to get my hands on the next story.

Grey is not only an eagle shifter but one of the council enforcers that protects the pact and those who need protecting. However it would seem that now he is the one that might need protecting. When men start showing up not only dead but his name carved on him, he needs not only protect himself but those who have had relations with him. He also must protect his newly found mate.

That mate can also kick some ass even though he is human. Patrick is a detective for the police force and can protect those around him. He must work with his mate to find out who is behind this.

I love the stories written by this author and can honestly admit that she is on my automatic buy list. However I have noticed with this one, that it came off as being rushed and missing some good parts. I also knew who the killer was before I even got passed the first chapter. While the guys are hot together, they came together easier then I had expected. The story just felt like it was missing some good highlights that would have made the series stand out more. Also I wished the ending was more.

Other than that it was still an amazing story that will be read many times over. I just hate to admit that it is becoming old in more ways then one. There was just no spark to it. Now as for the characters, well they were hot as usual. And damn if they are not protective of each other. But even they were missing the heat that they should have had.

I did enjoy reading it and would recommend it.

I hate to admit this, but for a short while there I had lost my enthusiasm for reading. The books were coming out the same and was just a bit boring to me. Then Catherine put Jessie out, and bam it didn’t last long at all. I could take a nice long breath and got my love back for my guys. Although these two really did need a smack in the head. Men sure are a bit slow on the uptake sometimes.

Jessie and Ezra were mates, but Jessie was a jerk and rejected it a while back. He was bound and determined to find a female with. To bad he was into men, can’t keep something like that hidden from yourself for to long. He regretted what he did ever since then and he was not happy. However he was also not going to let Ezra know. He felt like a fool to say the least.

Ezra missed his mate something fierce. They were not only mates but friends at one point. Then the alpha they put away was planning on going after Jessie and his brother. Ezra might be a council enforcer but he was not going to let anything happen to his family. Now all they need to do is to learn how to talk to one another. Jessie has been given a second chance.

Exciting, enticing, adventure, danger, hot sex and damn could you ask for more. I had a lot of fun reading this and can not wait to get my hands on the next book. It was a big hit with me.

Caleb and his friends have been in Gillham for months, but the memories of what happened to him in the lab still torture him. He took the habit of sleeping in the forest in his chinchilla form to avoid waking his friends with his nightmares. One night, he finds a man under his tree, and that man is his mate.

Freddy knows most of the pack doesn’t like him. He used to be a drug dealer, and while he did it so his brother stayed out of that life, he knows it’s not a good enough excuse. He’s not angry at the way the pack treats him, and when he meets his mate, he expects Caleb to behave the same way.

He doesn’t. Caleb’s friends aren’t enthusiastic of Freddy being his mate, though, and when one of them makes it clear that he expects Freddy to do everything to keep Caleb safe from his father—even if that means dying—Freddy decides he’s right and decides to confront his dad.

Review: Each book in the Council Enforcers collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in s
sequential order.

There is nothing better then a good paranormal romance with two gorgeous men involved. They are entertaining and have just the right mix of feelings in them. There is also quite a bit of danger or excitement in it as well. This one caught my attention and kept it all the way to the very end. I love the mixture of characters that this story and the other ones have in it. Will always keep you entertained.

Caleb is a very cute little chinchilla shifter who has been hurt. Him and his friends were together in a lab, and then escaped. They had not known those who were doing the rescuing were the good guys, so they ran. That is until the same rescuers saved their butt’s when they were stealing food from a fae group. He always put a smile on his face and joked around, but it was hiding his true feelings. Feelings that forced their way out in his nightmares. That was why he chose to seep in a tree. A tree that his mate sat under.

Freddy did everything he could to keep his brother not only safe but out of the criminal lifestyle. He just hadn’t expected his little brother to be saving his ass and bringing him back to the Gillham pack. He was an ex drug dealer who was trying to stay on the right path, but his past was coming for him.

I love the way this author puts together a story that not only draws you in but keeps you entertained as well. They have a serious tone to them, but there is a bit of humor floating around. I do get a kick out of the whole thing. I can’t wait to read the next book.

Xander has been told he’s too big all his life, first by his mother before she left when he was nine, then by everyone else. At six feet eight, he knows that’s true, and it makes for a lonely life when most of the guys he likes are afraid he’ll hurt them. He doesn’t need love, though, and he’s focused on his friends and his job as a council enforcer.

Muirgeh is the leader of the Chardon tribe, and he wants out. He never wanted to rule, but he had no choice when his parents died. He’s retiring, though, or at least he would if he could find someone to take his place. Several tribe members are jockeying for the job, and some of them are going too far, threatening him until he has no choice but to call in the council.

Neither man expected to meet his mate, and they have so much to deal with that their relationship stays on the back burner, at least in the beginning. Between the threats against Muirgeh, his need to find an heir, and Xander’s mother coming back into his life, they’ll have to rely on each other—or lose their chance at a relationship.

Review: Each book in the Council Enforcers collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This story is branched off into many directions so there is a lot of fun out there.

Muirgeh is the leader of his tribe and he hated it. He never wanted it and was stuck doing it for close to twenty years and now he was ready to leave for good. His tribe had at one time been pretty good but now they were like spoiled children, except children were easily taken care of. This tribe was just plain crazy, first women pushing their daughters at him to men wanting them to chose them. However it would seem someone was just pushing to hard, a bit dangerous in his mind, he needed help. He just hadn’t expected the help to be his mate.

Xander is a human enforcer and absolutely loved it. He had an amazing father and some pretty cool friends, but no one to call his own. He was afraid to hurt someone with his size, and when he finds a cute, sexy and very small nix was his mate, well you can guess. To top it off his mother who he hasn’t seen in quite sometimes wants something, well by the time ends he is going to need a shrink.

I would have suggested blowing up the tribe instead of trying to hand it over to his second. A second that didn’t want it any more then he had wanted it. The whole group is just about as nutty as you get and it was time to figure out what the hell to do. This story caught my attention from the moment I started reading it and kept it all the way to the end. It was a more serious toned story then you normally get from this amazing author, but it was still a pretty good read. Action, adventure, hot sexy time, violence and danger are just a bit of what you get with this story.

I had a blast reading it and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book.

Jordan runs like his brother suggested, but damn if he is going to leave him behind. Just his luck he finds his mate, a mate that just so happens to be a council enforcer.

Angelo had met his mate so many years before only to be rejected for a woman. In the times past, their relationship would have never been allowed so it was easier for his mate to say no. He was now a council enforcer in Gillham, but damn he wanted what those around him had. To his surprise he gets his wish, when a pink flamingo just lands in his bushes.

I love the way this author puts together a story that not only draws you in but keeps you entertained as well. They have a serious tone to them, but there is a bit of humor floating around. I do get a kick out of the whole thing. I can’t wait to read the next book.

Review: Each book in the Council Enforcer’s collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

There is nothing better than a good paranormal romance with two gorgeous men involved.  They are entertaining and have just the right mix of feelings in them. There is also quite a bit of danger or excitement in it as well. This one caught my attention and kept it all the way to the very end.  I love the mixture of characters that this story and the other ones have in it.  Will always keep you entertained.

Daniel lost his wife to an accident, or should I say his mate and it had pretty much destroyed him.  He was left alone to raise his cutie pie daughter and he wasn’t doing a very good job at it.  He also needed some help, which with the help of his daughter came one very sexy man.  A man with a secret that could hurt them.  Also this man seemed to think that he was his mate.

Archer was a scientist and loved what he did.  That is until what he did was end up killing shifters from the poison he made.  Running sounded good, but you can only run so far.  To top it off he has found his mate and his mate had a daughter.

I love the way this author puts together a story that not only draws you in but keeps you entertained as well. They have a serious tone to them, but there is  a bit of humor floating around. I do get a kick out of the whole thing. I can’t wait to read the next book.

Review: Each book in the Council Enforcers collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This series is also connected to the Whitedell Pride and Gillham Pack collection. There is nothing better than a good paranormal romance with two gorgeous men involved.

Mael has finally met his mate, right before he had to go help an ex-boyfriend with some shifter problems.  Scott is a sweetie, but has a little bit of a jealous problem.  So what do you get when you put Lenny, Mael, Scott and Mael’s ex in a room together, a laugh a minute is what you get.

I love the way Catherine puts together a story that not only draws you in but keeps you entertained as well. They have a serious tone to them, but there is quite a bit of humor floating around.  Well the enforcers now have their very own Nysys and Keenan, and his name is Lenny.  I love how protective they are of their mates, even when they are being asshats. I do get a kick out of the whole thing.

They are not long size novels, but just the right size for me to really enjoy. They have so much depth and details that if will feel like you are right there with them. I love that there is even the hint of danger surrounding them sometimes. Trust me that this is one series that you will enjoy quite a bit. I loved it and cannot wait for the next book to come out.

Review:  Each book in the Council Enforcer’s collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This series is also connected to the Whitedell Pride and the Gillham Pack collection. There is nothing better than a good paranormal romance with two gorgeous men involved.

I have been reading romance and paranormal’s for over 30 years and can honestly say that I love a good paranormal romance more than any other kind of story.  It was not until 5 years ago that I started read m/m romance stories.  The action in them just seems to be more believable then when it is m/f.  So over the years you come to cherish and love certain authors more than many others.  It is the way they tell a story that will have you wishing you were right there with them.  And sometimes you wished you were the one falling in love.  This author has moved up the line to be one of my top favorite authors and from the way her stories are told, she will probably stay there.

Her characters are quirky as hell, protective to the point of well you can guess that answer.  I still have my ultimate favorite ones but many start to work their way into my heart.  Her stories also are full of action, suspense and danger plus some hot sexy time for our guys.  They catch my attention the moment I start reading and keep it all the way to the very last word.  This story gave me everything I could ask for in a story and so much more.

Cerris was half nix and half werewolf, and the werewolf side was a monster.  He had been told that for so long that he believed it.  Not even when others tell him he is not one, he fears that side of him.  So the boss man sends him to a full blooded werewolf who just so happens to be his mate.  Now Jackson just has to keep him still long enough to, well you know.  If you really want all the juicy details, pick up this amazing book.

I love how it has that serious tone to it but there is a bit of humor in it that your attention is captivated throughout it all. I loved the cover and that was what caught my attention first. Although to be honest any book that Catherine writes is automatically bought by me. I just can’t seem to get enough of this series. There is something about the way that she tells you a story more than likely have you laughing your ass off at parts of it.

This story is perfect for when you are trying to take a break or when you just need the sun to shine for you. It caught my attention from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end. It also gave me everything I could want in a book. I can honestly tell you that this is going to be one of those types of series. One that I will have to read over and over. I love the way all the feelings they felt was involved in this story. It was the perfect story for me and I loved it. I can’t wait to read the next story.Â
