Review: I came across Lyssa Samuels when she wrote her Royal Mates: Love’s Diamond series and I was fascinated with the world she created. So when I found out that this story was coming out I had to grab it.

The characters are so well detailed and fully developed that you will find yourself in love. The lives they had before they met was horrible and will have you wishing you could hold them close. I also loved the way the words just seemed to flow off the pages. Now I admit that I had not expected it to be so long but it was worth it. My attention was caught from the start and kept it all the way to the end.

Burke is the Alpha of his pack but it was pain that got him to wherehe is now. He and several wolves along with vampires had been captured, tortured and turned into slaves. They had an outside help, that they didn’t know about, to escape from their cages. They were very angry but when the goddess Lanay told them to help some men at first he was angry and refused, till he realized one was his mate. A man he had dreamed about.

Dane and his friends were held prisoner in Tuath. They were to be sold as sex slaves and breeders. They were a very special group for they could give their mates children. However the men that were to buy them were not their mates. He knew who his mate was and he wanted to get to him. So they needed to escape. Now he has to get to his mate and the future they have together.

Dane and his friends are a blessing in this story. A unique group that I have not read about in any other stories. When Dane and Burke get together they go through so much trying to understand each other. The love, anger, pain, fears and miscommunication is what you will always find in the perfect relationship because there is no such thing as perfect. There is also a large amount of magic that is different. I did love how they showed each other that no matter what happens they will always be together.

This is a very long story so I would suggest tucking your feet in and relaxing when you start to read. Because once you start you won’t be able to put the book down. It was perfect for me and I absolutely loved it.

I cannot wait to get started on the next book in this series. I would definitely recommend it.

Review: This was a wacky, crazy, and pretty damn good read. I have never read a book where each chapter is by a different author. But I must say they did a great job.

Quad is changed into a wolf shifter and abandoned by his maker. Now months later Quad is driving in his new car when it decides to die outside a little town called Trinity Valley. From there things just get weirder and weirder.

Gypsy is not human himself and is able to explain to Quad a little about shifters. But Gypsy has been hurt by shifters before and has a pretty big issue with them. But that doesn’t stop these two from mixing it up both in and out of bed. The chemistry is there from the start even when they don’t seem to like each other much.

For a book written by twenty-five different authors, there was a good flow in the story. It was fast paced and gave the needed information without dragging down the story with too much. The sex was steamy and very hot. The main characters were easy to like and personable.

A lot happens in a very short amount of time. There was tons of twist and turns going on throughout as Quad and Gypsy try to figure out what the hell is going on. There was some wicked planning going on by the bad guys.

This was a well written story by some of my favorite authors. It was entertaining, humorous, sexy, and wicked fun to read.

Review: Each book in Royal Mates, Love’s Diamond collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. There is nothing better than a good fantasy romance with two gorgeous men involved. There is just something truly special about these books and this one even more. It had captured me from the moment I started reading and kept me spell bound. Normally when one is reading a novel they would get up and do something for a bit before finishing but this story just would not let me leave. It was like I just had to know the ending. I had to see the happiness that these two men deserved.

Duncan was a prince from Sanzel and has come to Earth to find his aheri. He is afraid though because his powers are so strong and he has no control over them. He had even hurt one of his brothers, although he healed him to an extent he feared that he would always hurt those that he loved.

He sees his Michael at the diamond field and notices that he is injured. He manages to heal him a bit but also notices the pain in his man’s eyes. He feels what he is feeling and if he goes forth, they will just get stronger. He worries that his size will make him unable to be loved. That his man would never want a man like him.

Michael had been born into a family that had not loved him and even more when he came down with the mumps. He had gone to live with a foster mother that was a true mother to him. She had told him one day that he would meet a great man, a gentle giant, and one that would need his love. He had not believed her, that is till the diamond field.

He looked up into the stands and there he was. By sight, they start the bonding, by touch it deepens and once sex is completed, they will be forever husbands. He had told Duncan about the mumps and how he would never have a child but what they had not known was Duncan’s powers would heal them both.

But like most relationships it only truly works when there is complete communication and not to take things out of context. These two have that difficulties but their love will show them the way. They just have to learn to trust in their love for each other and to stop being so damn stubborn.

There is nothing better to me than a story where one of the men can have a baby. I actually get a kick out of that. Too bad that doesn’t happen in our world, talk about a pay back. I love most anything put in front of me to read, but this one is probably up in my ranking.

I love how they have so much love for each other that you can see it in a look, the way they touch and the air around them just makes it feel like they are the only two in the world. You can usually tell when an author puts their heart into their work and this was one of them.

I would definitely recommend reading this. It will give you gorgeous men, tender gestures, a bit of angst and pain, passion and heat, a bit of danger, some very hot sex and happily ever after. It gave me that and so much more.

I guarantee that this book will be one of your favorites. It is just the way it is told that makes it even more special in my eyes. They meet, but are both full of fear. However, they take the chance at happiness. I loved it and look forward to reading the next story.

Blurb: Jimmy Burrows lives the life of a rock star. He’s tired of his life of emptiness. He dreams of having one special man to share his life with who values him as Jimmy—a guy who likes pizza, science fiction, and likes to cook.

Prince Drake Sorenson knows that Jimmy is his aheri. When he looks into Jimmy’s violet eyes, he sees the man who is destined to fill their future with love and children. Jimmy’s caring heart and kindness are exactly what Drake needs to calm his soul.

Jimmy can’t trust that Drake’s anger and jealousy won’t hurt him. Drake’s stories about a world called Sanzel where there are magic, purple skies, and pregnant men are proof enough that the man is certifiable. When Drake helps heal Jimmy’s friend and her little girl, Jimmy has to reevaluate his judgment of the big man. Maybe Drake’s story of magic, love, and babies is something that’s a possibility for him after all.

Review: This is book five and they should be read in order. Each book brings in all the characters that you will see in the future stories that come up. It shows you their world, gives you an insight into their lives, and tells you about what it is like. I love the way their world just draws you in and makes you want to belong there. I love the way it has such tender parts that will have you in tears and then there are parts that will have you smiling.

Jimmy is a famous rock star but he is so very tired. He is tired of being alone but fears being touched by others. He had met a man who draws him in but is scared that this man will hurt him. Even more afraid was when Drake tells him that he is his and that he will make a wonderful father. I can see the fear in that statement.

Drake is actually Prince Drake Sorenson and is from Sanzel. Sanzel is a world that is full of magic, tight families, purple skies, danger, and pregnant men. So when he tells Jimmy this, of course the first course of action was for Jimmy to send him away. It is way too hard to believe. Also without his mate, Drakes magic is unstable and so is his anger. His anger is what makes Jimmy afraid. This is what makes Jimmy pull back.

After receiving some horrible news, Jimmy doesn’t want to be alone. Taking a chance, he slowly lets Drake in. Then he sees proof of Drakes magic. A healing magic so strong that Jimmy is amazed. He still fears him, but he knows Drake will do everything in his power to keep him safe. He also sees the love this man feels for him. He has fallen deeply for Drake, and slowly lowering his guards, he lets this man know that he is his.

He learns that Drake and most of the men from Sanzel can get pregnant. He was abused by his father and many others that have hurt him badly. Attacked at school by bullies has led him afraid that he will turn out just like them. A victim of abuse will soon be the abuser, or so that is what he always thought. However when he learns that Drake can have children he soon sees that he is very wrong. That their love will be strong and protective.

I loved this story just as much as I loved the others. It was told so well that the words just flew off the pages. It captures your attention the moment you start reading and will keep it all the way to the end. Lyssa has soon become one of my favorite authors. She has such a gift at giving you a story that you not only want but also need. It will draw you into their world and keep you there. I cannot wait to get my hands on the next book in this amazing story. I would recommend reading this wonderful book. It gives you excitement, sexy men, passion, and fire, men that can get pregnant, adventure and a bit of danger.

Review: This is book four in this series and they should be read in order. Not only will it help you understand what is going on but also it will give you an insight into each character. You will fall in love with each person in these amazing books. Lyssa has a wonderful gift that I hope she will always keep on writing.

I love Kendrick and Roger. They have both been hurt maybe not physically but mentally and emotionally.

Roger has a way with children and in his entire life. He has always wanted children in his life. However the men that he had dated never wanted children or just wasn’t what he wanted as a life partner. He had asked his best friend and she had agreed till one day she shows up and tells him that she has met a wonderful man and was already pregnant. He felt so much sorrow in his heart that he was losing again. Thinking about adoption might be his only way. That is until he met Kendrick. However, after one fantastic night with him, he finds out that children are not in Kendrick’s future. He didn’t ask the normal questions but felt like giving up.

You can tell that communication is definitely not in their lives at this point. Kendrick was a Prince from Sanzel. And all men on Sanzel had the ability to become pregnant. However when he was younger his organ’s that could make it where he would be able to have children were damaged. He always knew that he would not be able to have them. That is until two Legari injured him to the point of death. Roger saved him and brought him back. He healed him in more ways than one. He had given him the gift to have a child.

It says that it will take more than magic to fix their problems though but a miracle. However, things had gone wrong and it took them both to fix it all. I loved this series and cannot wait to get my hands on the next book. It caught my attention from the start and kept it all the way to the end. I would recommend reading this if you love the paranormal worlds, hot and sexy men, slight arguments, fierce passions, dangers, and excitement.

Lisa’s Review: This is book three of this series and they need to be read in order. It gives you an insight into the characters and the story itself. It is an amazing series to read. I love the fact that Lyssa gives you such wonderful characters to fall in love with. It seems like each character has a pain from the past that they are going through.

In this one, Bryce had been attacked a few months prior and was scared to even let someone touch him. He had the help of his friends to ease some of the fears. However, he was afraid of even the thought of dating. So on the night he saw Daxton he ran from him. However as he was leaving he did look back to see the man with a lot of pain in his expression. He had to think of what to do. With the help of his best friend, he let Daxton in to his life.

Daxton was a prince of Sanzel, warrior and protector Mohar. However, Mohar had been hurting Daxton every time Daxton went against him. When he found his mate, he was full of happiness, but it hurt him when his mate feared him. With a lot of patience, he would get his mate to understand he is loved and protected.

He also needed to tell Bryce about who he is and where he is from. Now that is a funny story to hear. It had to take a healing from Daxton to prove to Bryce that he was telling the truth. Then the change came on and Bryce learned that the men of Sanzel could get pregnant. Could you imagine someone’s expression when they hear that a man can have a baby? There are many things that they have to talk about but the one thing that they will never have to question is the love that they feel.

It is an amazing story and I cannot wait to read book four. I have found another series that I have fallen in love with and am glad to have them added in my library. It will catch your attention from the start and will keep it all the way to the end. I would recommend this story if you love the paranormal worlds, two very sexy men, hot sex and a bit of danger involved. It has the perfect amount of all that and more in this book. I can guarantee that you will fall in love with it and the others. Lyssa has a wonderful gift at telling a story.

Eric’s Review: I found this book very delicious. I had never a Lyssa Samuels novel, but I loved this one to death. Couldn’t get enough of both Bryce and Daxton. I found myself able to identify with Bryce with how shy he was. We all have our inner geeks for something and it made me love Bryce as a character that much more.

I loved the solid plot as well. I cannot wait to read another novel by her. Her novels are fantastic and highly recommended.

Review: I found this book to be as delicious as the others were. The more I read about the characters, the more intrigued I was with them.

Merek was a highly understandable and likable character. He just wanted the safety of his kingdom. Vance was a smart and a well put together kind of guy. The characters were great and likable. The plot was once again solid. And I would definitely recommend this book to those that love fantasy and erotic romance.

Major sci-fi romance lovers will devour this book.
