Review: Are you familiar with Sage Marlowe? If you haven’t experienced the pleasure of reading his stories, the Romeo and Julian series is an excellent place to start. A Thief on Christmas Eve is the first book, in most likely, a five book series. You will be introduced to the key players, their histories, and their backgrounds. As each piece of the puzzle comes together, you will be searching for more info in order to get the full picture. As the blurb explains this is written in one point of view.

This first book in the series is an introduction of the two MC’s Romeo and Julian. Julian Harris is a FBI agent who for three years has been gathering information on the elusive art thief Romeo. Up until now, no one has gotten close enough to learn anything too incriminating about him. All he really knows is that Romeo is charming, charismatic, and obviously very smart as he keeps evading capture. Julian feels he has enough info and has studied his actions enough that he knows where he will go for his next heist. One problem, however, it’s Christmas Eve. Manpower is limited due to the holiday, plus….No one really believes he will show. Julian decides to go anyway without back up. That’s how confidant he is of his next move.

It’s a blizzard outside, phone lines are down, and electricity is questionable. Julian can only hope that this goes as smoothly as possible. Calling for back up is out of the question and even if he did have someone to call, they wouldn’t make it very far with the severe weather conditions. Julian can’t worry himself with these details because Romeo has just entered the house. Julian is at a loss for words at first because Romeo is younger than he thought, better looking that he had pictured, and he has a killer smile that obviously works well for him.

Romeo is not your average thief. If he was, he would have been captured before now. Julian feels he can let his guard down because it’s a

known fact Romeo doesn’t carry firearms plus there is a blizzard coming down which means no one can get in so therefore no one can get out. Romeo uses these things to his advantage as well and it’s not long before he is seducing Julian. There is an instant attraction between them so what could it possibly hurt to take advantage of their situation. Kissing leads them to the bedroom where you will witness a very hot, intense, all night romp. For one night they have forbidden pleasure, they taste, explore, experience what each have to offer and when morning comes………..HE’S GONE. ROMEO IS GONE!!! How will Julian explain to his superiors that he let Romeo escape? Will he even tell them he showed? Julian made a connection that night and he is sure Romeo felt it too. Will he ever see him again? What happens next will have you holding your breath, while reading faster, to see where the story will lead.

Sage Marlowe will have you going thru twists and turns at warp speed never being completely sure where you may land. There is a real life feel of mystery and suspense that will have you gripping the sides of your electronic device. The author continually moves the plot forward giving details and descriptions that you can easily vision and relate too. As I stated earlier, this is a series so there will be several more books to follow taking us deeper and deeper inside the mystery that has been laid out here. I highly recommend getting your copy so you can experience this amazing journey Romeo and Julian, along with the author, Sage Marlowe, has set before us. The next book in the series is, A Talented Liar. I can’t wait to see what the next adventure brings.

Blurb: When the lines between nightmares and reality become blurred, it’s time to wake up and put an end to life’s horrors.

When Ben reveals yet more of his secrets, including a piquant part of his past and the last vital element in the plan to put an end to their enemy’s evil deeds, Colin is determined to see this plan through—whatever it takes. He surrenders to vampire Dom Ben’s special brand of training technique and finds some solace in the fact that a ménage à trois with a vampire is a very satisfying arrangement for an incubus demon.

Fuelled by his lovers’ highly potent emotions, Colin’s demon side is stronger than ever mentally, but his weakness lies in his heart. He struggles to accept the truths he can no longer deny and the time has come for him to reconsider what he knows about the people he thought he could trust—and those he thought he couldn’t.

As the last pieces of the puzzle fall into place and people reveal their true colours, Colin realises that some horrors linger even after he has woken from the nightmare.

Review: Reader Advisory: This is the last book in a series with an ongoing story arc. It is recommended to read the series in order of release. This book contains the use of unusual sex toys, and hot ménage scenes.

This is the last book in this series, but there is opening left for something else later. I will definitely be on-board for whatever is next. This whole series is very good but I think I will say this is my favourite in the series.

I have to say I found this to be a perfect and very satisfactory ending.  Wow!! What a shocking twist in here and I have to say I never saw that coming! Actually, I was in for two surprises.

This series has a lot of sex and very explicit at that. As I have mentioned before though, in this book it didn’t bother me since the sex is crucial to the storyline, being Colin is an Incubus and feeds on sex. This book has even more sex than the others do do; pretty much jam packed beginning to end. I have to applaud Sage Marlowe on her skill at putting in so much sex, keeping it tasteful, and interesting. I actually leaned a few new things in this book!

There weren’t any new characters, except Raven and he was introduced in the last book. I found him intriguing and would have liked more. Hopefully, if there is a new series he will be in it. It is amazing how after six books the characters still evolved and grew. I absolutely loved this book, which is why Sage Marlowe is one of my favourite writers.

I highly recommend this if you like a good vampire/ demon series, BDSM, ménage, sex-toys, bondage, D/s, erotica, shocking twists and explosive series finales! I will miss you Colin!

Review: Beyond your wildest Nightmares is the fifth book in the nightmare series and boy is this some nightmare.  It seems things get more and more complicated.   Mikey and Colin have a bit of an argument, after Mikey watched Ben bite Colin and realized what he is.   Ben consoles Mikey and the two try to come up with a plan to help Colin out of his nightmare.

As I mentioned, this is a very complicated story and with each installment, it gets even more twisted.  You do need to read these in order.  The storyline is intriguing and twisty, this series is a lot like a serial as each book picks up where the other left off and ends on a bit of a cliffhanger.  There is a lot of very explicit sex, but as I mentioned before it fits into the story very well since Colin is and Incubus (A Demon that feeds from sex).

I love Colin, he is very different and even though he is a demon, you can’t help but have sympathy for him and like him. He is also extremely sexy. Mikey I also like. He is the perfect boyfriend/lover. His and Colin’s relationship is to die for. (Couldn’t resist the pun). I dint think I would like Ben, but I do.  He is strong, intriguing and mysterious.  Sasha, I still haven’t quite connected with.

If you like, series that continue (serials), vampires, demons, incubus, porn-stars, ménage, voyeurs, twisty plots and hot mansex I recommend this to you!

Blurb: This is book four in the Nightmares series.

When dealing with creatures that should exist only in your nightmares, it’s best to have your own agenda.

Half-demon Colin finally meets his mark, the mysterious sex club owner Ben Chambers. Determined to make his latest mission a success, Colin doesn’t even shy away from using his manipulative powers to convince Ben of taking him on as a toy boy.

Fascinated by gorgeous Colin and his almost total lack of inhibition, Ben is only too happy to give him a chance but he soon realises that there’s a lot more to Colin than meets the eye. When the two of them discover that they share a special connection, Colin throws caution to the wind and confides one of his darkest secrets in Ben.

But while Ben is willing and able to give Colin some much-needed support and guidance on the way to learning how to handle his special abilities, he knows very well that when dealing with creatures that should exist only in nightmares, it’s best to have one’s own agenda.

Reader Advisory: This book contains mild BDSM scenes.

Review:  Colin’s nightmares just seem to get worse and worse. Except his isn’t dreams it’s his reality. I’m not going to run this one down, as it’s impossible to not spoil the last one or the rest of the series. So I will tell you what I liked about this one.

There are new characters and a new depth added to the story. You would think that being the fourth book and having so much sex that it would get repetitive but no, it doesn’t. It stays hot and fresh and now with a bit of BDSM and a couple new characters with secrets of their own it just gets hotter and hotter.   The mystery gets more intriguing as secrets unravel and Colin seems to keep growing in powers.  I can’t wait for the next book to see what’s next!

If you like BDSM, ménage, sex clubs, demons, Incubi, hot mansex and stories that continue this is for you.

Blurb:A terrible revelation has turned half-demon Colin’s life into a never-ending nightmare and knowing whom to trust has become more important than ever.

After a gruesome revelation turns his life upside down, half-demon Colin Meighan still struggles to accept what he has found out when yet more severe changes are imminent. His demon side gains strength and he has a hard time coming to terms with the physical alterations he’s going through. Knowing who to trust has become more important than ever but a series of events force him to keep a tight grip on his psychic powers.

When the secret organization that controls Colin sends him on another mission, he appears to have failed at first but then a daring maneuver wins him more than just one new admirer. While the sex is as hot as ever and allows Colin to further discover his submissive side, his explorations not only reawaken unwelcome memories in him—they also put a strain on the relationship with his established lovers, Mikey and Sasha. These pressures may just become too much for them to bear and make Colin believe that for a demon like him, life is a never-ending nightmare.

Review: This series just keeps getting better and better!

Colin has been laying low with his lovers after the last revelation he had from his ex-friend Pete. He seems to be going through more physical changes but doesn’t have Pete to confide in any more. He can’t go to Mikey or Sasha; though Mikey knows part of the problems, he doesn’t know everything. Sasha seems to be pulling away because Colin won’t confide in him. Pete comes, makes Colin return to work on the set, and sends him on yet another mission. This one turns out to not be as easy as Colin thought and he worries about the consequences it will have on his lovers.

There are a couple twists in here and Colin and Mikey start to delve into some BDSM. The sex is hot as usual and I love the new characters that are introduced in this book.

If you like BDSM, voyeurism, Incubus, and demons and lots and lots of hot sex this is for you!

Dreams can come true—but sometimes nightmares are very real, too.

When Michael—Mikey—Fawkes bags himself a job as a handyman for a film production company and meets his favourite actor, gay porn star Colin Meighan, he believes his dream has come true. Colin indeed appears to be a dream turned to flesh. Handsome, young and as insatiable sexually as the roles he plays suggest, he makes his way into Mikey’s bed and introduces him to unknown carnal pleasures.

A slick lover and sweet talker, Colin also finds a place in Mikey’s heart. But, as Mikey lets his new lover lure him deeper and deeper into a world of decadent on- and off-screen sex, their indulgences begin to take their toll on Mikey. Curious to find out more about the strange and inexplicable effect Colin has on his sex partners, Mikey discovers that there is a terrible reason why one man alone can never be enough to satisfy Colin’s hunger and he realises that dreams can come true—but sometimes nightmares are very real, too.

Reader Advisory: This book is the first in a series with an ongoing story arc. It is set in the world of gay porn where the heroes enjoy a red-hot multi-man pile-up with secondary characters as well as some mild BDSM play.

Review:Mickey is down on his luck after being laid off again. He is home living with his parents, they want him to go to university, but he doesn’t want to. His uncle sets him up to do some handyman work on a porn set. He has the opportunity to meet his favorite porn star and sexual fantasy. He asks Colin out for coffee and Colin rudely rejects him. Weeks later Mickey is working on the set again. Colin is supposed to star in a gangbang film with four men and one doesn’t show. Phil the director asks Mikey to fill in. Colin tries to talk him out of it, but his sarcastic remarks eggs Mickey on and he goes for it.

This book had a lot going for it. It starts out very erotic, yet has an intriguing story with a bang of a twist. The sex is super-hot. You will need a fire extinguisher or two, yet even though it is porn, you never get the feel that it’s all sex and no story. There is a mysterious undercurrent from the start that keeps you wanting more. I also love the charming English accent that filters through.

I liked Mikey, though I truly would have liked to have known more about him. I never got a good feel of his description like I did Colin and the other actors, even though the story was in his view. I felt I had a better grasp of his parents than him. I liked how he knew he wanted Colin and went for it, though Colin made a point to tell him he was out of his league. Mikey held his own and tried to prove otherwise.

Colin, I loved his sexiness and mysterious vibe, though his description painted him as beautiful and sexy I saw him as tall and above average but not extraordinary. I even felt other actors exuded more sexiness in looks than Colin. This made me like him more, with his secrets and strange behavior. I think it gave him more of a sinister air.

I can’t say much more without spoilers, so get a copy, and see for yourself why I liked it so much. I am definitely going to read the next one soon.

If you like mystery, erotica, porn stars, gang bangs, lots of smokin’ hot sex scenes, and a surprising twist; this is for you.

Review: Wow, it’s the first time that I read a book by Sage and don’t quite like it. I’m a bit stunned by this fact and don’t know how to deal with it, however it remains a fact that this book didn’t have that magic hold that Sage’s previous works have had on me so far.

In this book, we meet Dan and Bryan. Dan a bodyguard and Bryan an actor, and the story is pretty obvious that they’ll fall for each other. Nice premises and I couldn’t wait to read it. It gets better as the plot is somewhat a mystery that you don’t get to really see until you’re far into the plot. Dan is trying to find Bryan’s stalker however, Bryan isn’t helping. In fact, during the entire read Bryan is resisting and trying to hide his any involvement or knowledge about his stalker. I kept wondering why and it wasn’t until the near end that this is revealed.

This part of the mystery I loved, I liked and enjoyed a lot. So you’ll very well wonder why I didn’t like the book. It’s just that the characters held no power over me. Bryan was sketchy and completely unapproachable for me the whole way. I read about him and it felt as if I was reading about a liar and that had no appeal to me whatsoever. Even when the truth was revealed and the veil of mystery gone, I still couldn’t bring myself to care. It was a bit too late for the vulnerability of his character to evoke feelings from me. I mean, I did pity him, but that’s that.

And as for Dan, oh my God what a character, what an utter idiot. He was supposed to be a bodyguard and very good at his job right? But he’d fallen from his bosses good graces because he screwed up his former assignment. And ok, I can understand screwing up once, it’s human. But then, this story starts with his boss giving Dan a second chance and guess what, goes on and does the exact same thing that should have cost him his job in first place. Ugh… Moving on, everything his did was against his job, so much so that I was thinking, this guy doesn’t have the slightest idea what a bodyguard position requires, I wondered if he could even carry a gun for crying out loud. He made one mistake after another and when the shit hit the fan, ok guess… Yep he didn’t move a muscle, nothing, zero, zip. Stood there watching the scene as if he was at the damn movies. Ah, so frustrating. Then, there was the fact that Bryan’s character was so damn fishy, that I wondered all the time why on earth he fell in love with him in first place. It just didn’t make sense. Their love scenes, yes were as hot and steamy as I’ve come to expect from Marlowe to write, but it was just that I saw and felt. Lust I get it, but I totally missed the love part there, saw no connection whatsoever and during the entire read felt detached and waiting for something to happen to make get into it more.

Anyway, I simply didn’t get into this one and feel this book needed a bit more work into it, so I’m crossing my fingers and waiting for Sage’s next one.

Review: Well I’ve come to love Sage’s work what with him being so freaking erotic and sensual, it’s practically hooking and intoxicating reading anything written by him.

So I was not surprised when this one was yet again hot as hell, sensual and sexy and arousing to the point where you simply want to scream. I was surprised with the plot though. There I was, naively enough, expecting just another version of the hustler and the client fantasy, and honestly, at the beginning it seemed to be the lighthearted one too. But Sage makes the difference with an admirable plot twist that leaves you gasping, makes your heart clench and hurt for the character, and waters your eyes on more than one occasion. In retrospect, I guess it’s still a stereotyped theme as well, what with the hard/painful past for the hustler and the charming prince that comes, or at least tries to, come at his rescue. It simply has a different feel to it.

You see Cam is introduced to us as that wet dream every man and woman has. His description is literally sinful and the image that is created in our head is enough to leave you drooling. His character also makes you believe he has a fun life; he’s easy going and seemingly taking his job as a joy ride, at least in the beginning, with him being a pricey escort with a nice clientele. The illusion is soon shattered though and despite the fact that certain aspects of his life become known, the mystery still takes a while to unveil, leaving you anxious with the uncertainty and wanting to quickly find out what comes next. You get to really care for Cam and pin for him in a most delightful way, and his true self makes you even shed a tear or two. Loved him.

And then, there’s Nate “the client” whose eyes we see this story through. Now Nate is adorable and quite admirable in a way, but I somehow found him a bit unreal. You see Nate falls pretty quickly for Cam and he somehow weirded me out. It only took him a hook up to fall into the trap and the second time, albeit it was three months later, he was already head over heels with the “hooker.” Have I said how I’m not a fan of insta-love? But other than that, this character has its way to make you love him too. He’s a bit over the top, a bit naïve and somewhat dramatic as well, but you get to love him and secretly scream at him in your head to move his bloody ar$e and do something for the love of God. Ah, the frustration he gave me at times. His character with his over-active imagination and the jumping to assumptions didn’t help with the intensity and the drama effect either. While it was adorable seeing his reaction, it was also a bit frustrating as it was catching and you get to get anxious as well right beside him.

The two of them really did give me a wild ride, jumping from hot and sexy scenes to sad and melancholy ones and then again to steaming hot and breath catching. I loved this book, I enjoyed it immensely, and as always, it had a depth that makes the difference from others. Strongly recommended.

Review: Ash has had his confidence bashed by his ex-boyfriend. Now he can only really let himself go when he is playing games in the online world. When he connects online with another character, he wishes he could get to know him more. And then there is also the sexy baker across the road that caught his eye, but Ash just can’t see the baker ever being serious about him. Jayden has started anew in a new town, his past experience with an ex-boyfriend also haunts him and although he has had some hook-ups he is drawn to the sexy guy in the antiques store across the road who won’t give him the time of day, so he relies on his online friendship with a dragon who intrigues him.

This is a great story about two men who have both had their confidence bashed by their ex-boyfriends. They both have their own ways of dealing with it, but they are both vulnerable to how others see and treat them. Ash has crawled into his shell and rarely leaves it. His view of himself is skewed and he has no social skills to speak of. Jayden was stripped bare by his ex, and although he still tries to be confident, the slightest knock sends him running for something sweet and chocolaty to eat.

I enjoyed this story as we see Jayden and Ash meeting in cyber space unaware of who their new friend is and then out in the real world as both characters lust after the other, but mistake each other’s actions. Both men have similar interests and they have instant lust between them, they have brief flashes of connection before their insecurities get the better of them. And then just as they both open up to each other, a terrible accident makes them grab happiness while they can. This is a well written story that has some really hot cyber action which carries over beautifully into the real world. It has two great characters who are both insecure and perfect for each other and make a really hot couple.

I will recommend this to those who love characters that fumble with life, some hot action with a Chocolate Mousse Mountain, opening your heart and a very happy ending.

Review: McKinney and Wylis’s latest release, Laure, is a modern gothic contemporary. They twist the traditional gothic tidbits of naïve heroine, brooding hero and magnificent estate in their own unique fashion to craft a wonderfully contemporary gothic gay romance.

Our narrator, Joshua Huggins, begins the book an all but broke new college graduate seeking his first real job as a personal assistant. He’s overwhelmed not only by where the meeting is, but the man himself. Despite his nerves, or perhaps because of them, Joshua opens up to Adrien in ways that leave him wondering later if he blew his chance. Instead, he won the job and moves out to Adrien’s estate, a Greek Revival plantation house and its surviving grounds which is the Laure of the title. There he meets the expected cast of characters in the forbidding nurse, the slightly crazy sister, and the close-knit relatives. The story unfolds slowly as Joshua learns more about both the house and Adrian until you reach the inevitable nerve-wracking conclusion.

Because the story is told in first person by Joshua, it is difficult to go in-depth about my likes and dislikes with the story. It’s intense, there’s no other way to put it, and pulls you in completely. I wasted a whole day devouring this book because I just had to know how Joshua and Adrien’s story would conclude. Would love triumph over all or would it all crash and burn? Each character in this novel, no matter how minor, is unique. They linger in your mind long after the final page is read, but especially Joshua and Adrien. They’re enjoyment of Laure’s veranda will stay with me for a long time.

Laure is a book I cannot recommend enough. And, when you realize I hate first person stories with a passion, that’s really saying something indeed. If you love classic Gothic romances in the vein of Daphne du Maurier’s Rebecca, than you’ll definitely love Laure.

Blurb: Rubbing a toppy sub, a submissive Top and a Dom with attitude together is guaranteed to send sparks flying — but what will they ignite?

Meet Tyler Kane. Ballsy and headstrong, he’s far from being the submissive type. Francis Hollister, Dom and proud owner of a BDSM club, couldn’t agree more — and yet, as Tyler carelessly suggests a bet, Francis sees an opportunity arise and decides to take him up on it.

Soon Tyler finds himself in Francis’ club and about to be trained as a sub. When Shae, the gorgeous Top Francis has assigned to teach him, doesn’t appear to be quite as dominant as his role would lead to believe and Francis turns out to be a rather versatile Dom, Tyler sees a perfect match just waiting to be made happen. Too bad though that he’s the only one who sees it. Or maybe he isn’t?

Curious to find out what happens when you rub a submissive Top, a toppy sub and a Dom with attitude together and what exactly the sparks from that explosive combination ignite, Tyler enlists the help of Pierce, Francis’ brother, and his partner Noah, and sets out on a mission.

While Tyler’s plan seems to work out astonishingly well, it seems that there’s more than one man in the club who is pursuing a hidden agenda…

Review: I absolutely loved this book, but if I ever had trouble writing a review then this is the one. I frankly don’t know where to start, how to continue and were to finish. That is perhaps due to the fact that this is a very complicated story in its simplicity. The complication comes to the fact that there is not one couple to focus on rather than triangles and couples within couples and… Oh! Let’s start with the main hero the way I see it.

Tyler is an ordinary guy, a car salesman who is at the moment in London for work. His sex life? Pretty vanilla. That all changes when he meets Francis, a Dom if ever there was one. Somehow Tyler manages to insult Francis’s lifestyle and in return Francis tells Tyler that he wouldn’t last a day in his world. That’s all it takes and Tyler finds himself in a situation where he willingly will submit for a month…

I think in this book the most straightforward character was Tyler, he’s that plain old good guy, with a heart made of gold and a strong sense of friendship. That “I can’t stand people suffering out of stupidity” kind of guy who tries to make thing better for all the people around him. It’s easy to love this character, it’s easy to follow him around and it’s easy to understand his motives. Even the stupid decision of getting himself into sub-training when he clearly isn’t one. J

Next comes Shae, a deeply submissive guy. Shae doesn’t “play” the sub part; Shae is a sub through and through. Unfortunately, a scene gone awfully wrong left Shae shattered, taking away his trust and leaving him incapable to submit. He then is offered the role of a “service Top” at the club and ends in training Tyler on how to be a proper sub… Get the picture? The role reverse is pretty wicked in my humble opinion and the author pulled that off astonishingly well. Shae’s submissive nature collides with Tyler’s domineering nature and the results are fascinating to say at least.

Now Francis is the club owner. He’s the first Dom to train Shae. The two of them go way back and their relationship is clearly deeper than they let on. Francis has tried hard to help Shae overcome his trauma and find himself again, with no results. However, he does not let go so easily. In the story, one would think that Francis is the character that hides the most, and then you’d get confused and think that he’s pretty transparent, and then you’d go back and change your mind again…

There is one thing I can definitely say about this book. It kept me on my toes and in anticipation for the entire duration. For me this book is one of the best to show the different faces of “BDSM”. A perfect example that you cannot label anything, a thing may have lots of meanings and in the end nothing can be generalized as we are all unique and tick differently.

This book is also very, very entertaining if you’re into “BDSM”. I loved all the scenes, I loved looking at them from Tyler’s perspective, I loved looking at them from Shae’s perspective and hell, Francis point of view was thrillingly hot. Their chemistry worked so well for me. I was enchanted with how the trio worked together and I wish there was more to it, it felt it ended too soon for me. Yes, I’m insatiable.

The beauty of this novel was that it was in the end a wonderful love story, a story of friendship and of life with the most unexpected twist. Talk about hidden agendas alright and lessons to be learned. I truly believe that even if you’re not into BDSM you will like this book and if you are into it, then you’ll adore it. Definitely recommended.

Review:  Pierce likes to spend time at his brother’s club for the occasional hookup, but he’s not really into the BDSM scene. Ultimately he’d like to find a long-term partner, someone to settle down and share his life with. But for now, he’ll settle for casual sex. That is, until he meets Noah, first at the club, and then again months later outside of the club.

When Pierce initially meets Noah, he’s a sub in training. But the Noah he encounters months later is completely different. Noah is a control freak, both in his everyday life and in the bedroom. His past trauma has left him with trust issues, and he’s not willing to open up emotionally.

Pierce falls hard for Noah, but as time passes, their relationship feels more and more imbalanced. Pierce must find a way to break through Noah’s walls if they have any chance of making it.

The story is well written with engaging dialogue and well-developed characters. I became immersed in their world right away. The plot is suspenseful (I hope I didn’t give too much away) and kept me reading. I have a soft spot for emotionally traumatized characters, and the author did an exceptional job of portraying Noah’s pain in a believable and sympathetic way.

Furthermore, I thought the sex scenes leant themselves well to the story. Not too long and drawn out, not too sparse or too prevalent. They felt just right.

This was a very satisfying, sexy, emotional read. I highly recommend it.

Blurb:   They’re an unlikely couple—Harley Sinclair, pilot and openly gay, likes fast cars, easy boys, and late nights. Neither of them can admit that there might be more to this affair than just indecently hot sex.

A lie soon breaks them apart, but when Miranda dies in an accident, Harley and Quinn are reunited by an even more unlikely couple—twin sons with different fathers. But when Harley makes the ultimate sacrifice, Quinn realizes that sometimes, what appears to be the worst case isn’t quite so bad after all…

Note: This book contains forced seduction. Female on Male

Review:   This was a pretty good book. At first when I saw the woman appear I was like, “oh no. another mmf and gunna be all about the girl.” I was wrong. I am so glad I kept on reading. The woman’s part was short, but really important to the story.  So here we go.

Harley likes fast cars, fast planes and a fast sex. He is openly gay and very happy with his life as it is. He isn’t looking for change. Then he meets Miranda Lancaster. She changes his life forever in so many ways.  She comes on the plane and asks to meet the captain. He sees straight away she is interested, but he would rather have her husband than her.   He is in a randy mood and glad when they leave so he can take matters into his own hands. She shows up early and comes on hard and strong, not taking no for an answer. Caution this here is a fine line between seduction and rape; he does say no but doesn’t really fight her off.  A couple of weeks later, the Lancasters come back and she repeats the performance. He still tells her no, but goes with the flow. Then the story skips a little and he shows up at her house, ends up in her bed and her husband joins them. This is where the story gets good. The sex is hot. Very hot. Then the story skips again and he shows up at their house again. Only this time Quinn, the husband, beats Harley up landing him in the ER. When Harley really thought things were going great for them he was willing to accept Miranda just to be with Quinn (Quinn is a big lawyer still in the closet). The story skips again and it has Quinn showing up to tell Harley he has a son. From here the story really picks up. There are lots of more twists and turns heartache, agony, really hot sex, but overall a good story. It’s worth reading.

I liked the story a lot after the first couple times with the woman seducing him. Once it got to adding Quinn it got better, though I really didn’t particularly like Quinn. I wanted to shake the living crap out of him over and over and a few times to smack some sense into Harley.  My only complaint with the book was the skipping of time. Each chapter seemed to go from days to weeks to years; maybe a header would have helped. But, all in all, it was a good read with lots of twists and a nice love story which I am a sucker for. I like one with lots of angst and fighting to get what you want.

I would recommend this to anyone that likes a long story with lots of twists, men in uniforms, and suits, a bit of mmf action, fast cars, fast planes, fast men, great fathers, an mm story with children (family) and really hot mansex.
