Review: I have always loved to read stories by Maggie so when this came out I had to grab it. It caught my attention from the start but I have to tell you that I was not sure if I was going to like it after the first few pages. It comes off a bit strange, but then I remembered that it was the stores from the crossroads demon.

Dantalion and Lucifer had gone against god and were sent to underworld. They were to make deals with humans and take their souls after a certain amount of time. What they had not known was that if they found true love, then they would be allowed back to heaven. When a sexy little man not only started asking him questions about his soul should he choose but there was just something about Shane that pulled at him. He might just be seeing love for real.

Shane is one hell of singer but he wanted the final package. He wanted to be a star, and in turn decided to sell his soul for that gift. Fifteen years to have his dream come true, but he had not realized was that his dream was Dantalion.

There is a darkness to this story with a serious tone to it. It lapses over the human’s life time not really giving you a true story it would seem. Just a taste of what could be or not be for the guys. You get more about Dantalion then you do Shane which is a bit off to me, but it turns out in the end that you see the love. Which for me doesn’t really rock the way I wanted it to but the story still turned out to be damn good.

I can’t wait to read the next story.

Review: Each book in the Scent of a Mate collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

The young man on the cover with the tiger was a big hit with me, especially those beautiful blue eyes. This story has a serious tone to them but there is so much humor in them that it sort of exes out the serious tone to it. I got a kick out of it.

Šílené is an Omega and an Alpha at the same time. In every sense of the word he is an Omega, but his tiger is the Alpha. He can kick ass better than any true Alpha there is and now he is in deep crap. He kicked the ass of his Alpha and has now taken his place. A place he doesn’t want to be. He has no clue what he is doing.

Reece is asked to come to the Elder’s home but damn if he knew what the hell was up. A little Omega in a pink tutu dancing around the table catches his eye, but when he is told that Šílené is actually the Alpha things are about to get dicey. Now these two definitely need to learn how to communicate.

I love how the fact that it was not easy for them and that they had just a bit of a hiccup to their mating from the start. It makes it more interesting when that happens. I also loved the fact that an Omega has the strength of an Alpha when needed. This story rocked and I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book.

I had fun with his and would definitely recommend it.

Jordie is forced to come home when he couldn’t find a job. Now he is basically being babysat by a pushy wolf shifter who is also his brother’s best friend. He has always wanted him but he didn’t know if he could stop with just one time. What he doesn’t know is he is Matt’s mate. Matt has kept his distance from his mate for too long and now it is time to fix that.

I enjoyed this more than the first six books. I think it was more feisty then the others. I got a kick out of Jordie though. It has a touch of a serious tone to it but damn does it have some funny parts in it. It gave me almost everything I could want but I wanted more.

I had fun reading this and look forward to reading the next story.

Review: Each book in the Brac Pack Next Gen series features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This series is in fact a branch off of multiple series so I would start with Brac Pack first. The connected series includes, Brac Pack, Brac Village, Christian’s Coven, Zeus’s Pack, Demon Warriors and Shadow Tribe.

I actually came across Lynn Hagen when her first book, in the Brac Pack series came out. I was intrigued by not only the characters, but the world she wrote about. They are full of humor  and for me, that is a major plus in a good romance. The Alphas are very protective of their mates. And their mates give them hell at every turn.

Each story has excitement, a bit of adventure and danger added in to make them juiceier. So when this story came out I hopped to it and grabbed it. I love how it seems that everyone in the family gets a mate, including the humans. Oscar has always been one of my favorites.

When he was five years old, Oscar’s legs were badly damaged in a house fire. He had lost his parents to it, and went to live with his uncle. His uncle mated a bear shifter, and he was raised among the paranormal ever since. He had decided to move with all the others to the crazy town of Dalton Falls.

Now Oscar is adorable but he is also a menace when it comes to cars. Breaking down just happens to find himself a mate. A very stubborn mate who loves to fight with the fey in the house.

Hale is a deputy in town and a wolf shifter. He has found his mate and by gods, he will bite anyone that comes close to his little man. His problem is though trying to get his brother cleaned and protect his little mate from the dangers in the world.

Like I said, Oscar is one of my favorites. He doesn’t let anything get to him, and that includes his mate. He is as feisty as they come and is a spit fire mate.

I enjoyed reading this story and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book. I had so much fun in fact that I would definitely not only recommend it, but I will read it again.

Way to go Lynn Hagen for giving me an awesome read.

Review: Each book in the Cedar Falls Series collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

I came across Shea when she started writing this series and the title was the first thing that always seemed to catch my eye. They are cute and funny as hell with a hint to the couples. There are the Alphas of each couple and the men that they love. Throughout each story I have to say that Jesse was always my favorite of them all. He is outrageous but you can tell that once he sees you as family he will be there for you throughout it all.

In this book you have nine very sexy, funny, quirky couples showing their love for each other in a wedding.

Leave it to Jesse to talk them into all getting married at the same time. He did get his other wish. He got to plan their bachelor party. Now that is going to lead them into some very happy surprises. There will be no dry eye in the church when the guys get around to telling their love and the ones around them, their feelings that are in their hearts.

I have loved each book and can tell you that I have read each one more than a dozen times apiece. So when I saw this book, I couldn’t wait to read it but also hope that it is not the ending to this wonderful series. Though there are some serious tones to it, there is more humor to keep me laughing for days. I loved this book and can’t wait to get my hands on Shea’s next story.

I had so much fun and would definitely recommend it.

Cullen and Glenn had known each other since school. However it was not the best of times for Cullen. Glenn had tormented him, calling him names, hit him, and shoved him into lockers. It was easy to say that Cullen has always been scared of Glenn. Even after Glenn saved Cullen from a wild wolf shifter and was turned in to a wolf himself. Now Glenn was back and was trying to not only apologize but to show him that he had changed.

Glenn had known that he had been cruel to Cullen, but he also knew that he had wanted him since he was thirteen. He had just denied his feelings until now. Cullen was his mate and he had to show him that he had changed. He had to prove to him that he loved him.

I loved how the bully changed his ways and found love in the man he was mean to. I also loved the danger that showed up in the end of the book. I always did love a good romance that didn’t have the couple falling in love right from the start. I loved how they had to make it work.

Plus with this one it was fun with the family surprise. One that I will have to read over and over. I love the way all the feelings they felt was involved in this story. It was the perfect story for me and I loved it.

I can’t wait to read the next story.

Review: Lucifer and his men questioned god, and it ended them up in hell. Lucifer was made the Lord of hell and his men were the demons. If they should find love, then they might be brought back to heaven. After Dantalion fell in love with Shane, god decided to step in. He has given Dantalion the permission to undue the sale, if he thought the person redeemed themselves.

Which brings us to book two, which I have to say was perfect. It was still a bit dark but the story just rocked. Syd was Shane’s best friend and he missed him. At one time he had a crush on the man, but his heart was still with Sam. Sam was the one he wanted but couldn’t have. That is until the deal was made and things heated up. Now these two are ones that definitely can’t communicate worth crap. So many misunderstandings lead to a big old heart ache.

This story has a serious tone to it with very little humor in it. Maggie Walsh has given a new fresh idea in this book. One that I was not sure would actually work, but this book proved me wrong. It was fun and exciting with a bit of freak to it. Although the ending shocked me, I can admit that it was a pretty good ending.

There are some crazy twists to this one and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the story. The characters were well written and fully developed.

I enjoyed this book and would definitely recommend it.

Review: Each book in the Pariah Pack collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

Every once in a while you find an author that can give you a world that would be perfect to live in. I came across Susan awhile back when she started writing her series and I have to tell you that I will always grab her books up.

They are not only the perfect length for me, but they are so full of detail that it feels like you are right there with them. They not only entertain you but captivate you throughout the whole story. For me once I start reading I can’t move until I find out how they end. Her characters are also very fascinating and unique to me.

At first I thought this was going to be one of those sweet ones, but then there was this twist near the end that fascinated me. Also in this one you get a wolf mated to a ram, how crazy is that? I sure got a kick out of it.

Rhys deals out justice for his pack and also helps those who need helping. His alpha has been acting funny lately. So when he is asked to go find land so that they expand he gladly does so. Not expecting to find his mate. His mate in bed with a human female.

Heath sure didn’t think he was gay, hell he had a girlfriend. Yet there was something about the sexy wolf that pulled at him. However now Rhys alpha wanted their land and things were just not adding up. They had to find a way around this. However he knows he would not be saying no to his sexy mate on the whole mating part.

I would definitely recommend reading this book.

Review: Each book in the Brac Pack Next Gen collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

This series is branched off from the original stories written by Lynn. To get a really great read I would start with Brac Pack and then read the branch offs from that series. They include Brac Village, Zeus’s Pack, and Christian’s Cove and so on. This series is the children from the original men you read before. You will see the fathers in this series at certain points and I have to admit that usually it is Maverick. Hot damn that man is fine.

Omar and Kahl have known from the time they were children that they were mates. He had known from a young age about paranormals and mates. His uncle, the man who raised him was mated to a shifter. Whereas Kahl is half dragon shifter and half cheetah shifter. They wanted each other more than anything but Kahl knows a secret. He can get his mate pregnant and Omar had not wanted children. Then the witch from the past comes after them all.

Kahl is the beta to their pack but damn he acts more like an alpha if anything. He also has this strong need to protect his mate.

I love this story and can’t wait to read the next book. I also love how alpha males are so tender with their mates.

I had fun with his and would definitely recommend it.

Review: Each book in the Rescue for Hire West collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. To get a better look at them, I would suggest reading Rescue for Hire first. There you will meet the original characters and learn how The West was born.

Styx wanted to work for Rescue for Hire West, knowing the primary company was one excellent group to work for. He loved the idea of doing what he wants to do and what he loves to do. His idea of fun is to work with high powered planes and vehicles. He had not expected to find the man for him though so that was a big surprise. However on first meeting he knows that Flyer has gone through something horrible and wants to help him heal.

Flyer loves what he does but has a hard time sitting still. It was one of the reasons his ex-boyfriend treated him like crap. Hell let’s just say the man tortured Flyer. His ex was one sadistic asshat that needed to be taken out. So when his ex shows up, it is up to Styx and his team to save him and the boys.

This book gave me everything I could ask for in a story and so much more. I just wished that there were more to read, I absolutely hate having to wait for the next story.

Hint Hint for Bellann, come on girly give me another book to read. I loved this one and cannot wait for the next amazing story.

Review: Cara Adams has become one of my top ten auto buy authors with her quirky little stories. They are told pretty good, with great characters and a bit of trouble added in. I enjoy seeing a new book come out by this author.

Quade’s grandfather has been a damn good CEO until lately. He is a mean old cuss who belittles and tries to control his family. When he won’t upgrade or let others help, Quade has decided that it might just be time to go somewhere else. He meets Barton when the glass at the company had been broken. Things start heating up between them pretty fast.

Bart’s family was a bit different then Quade’s. His just basically ignored him so he was used to being alone. He preferred it that way. That is, until he met Quade. Now he is changing his mind.

I must admit that this was a pretty good story, but feel that it could have been expanded quite a bit. The ending just seemed to be missing something.

However I did enjoy the book quite a bit and can’t wait to see what the next one will be like.

Review: This is my first book by Toby Aden that I have read and damn was it good. There is so much action, suspense, danger, excitement, hot sex and just quirky attitudes in this book. I loved the surprises that kept popping up in it. It had a lot of humor in it mixed just perfect with the serious tone to it and my attention was caught for sure.

Dorian is not like any other man in more ways than one. He only remembers his family and being kidnapped, not how he ended up in a home of vampires. What was worse is they were saying that he was a werewolf, totally flipping out vampires. It wasn’t until after a hot round of sex, that he turned into a gorgeous white wolf.

It would seem he was in for more surprises than just his being a wolf. He was mated to the king of vampires and damn the man was sexy. Things were going to go crazy now.

I had so much fun reading this and can’t wait for the next book. It gave me everything I wanted in a story and so much more.

I would definitely recommend this book.

Review: This is the second book in the Viking Lore series and continues where the first left off. I loved the many characters throughout this story. The Norse were fierce and superstitious. The Gods were another set I loved as they portrayed several and interacted off and on with the characters. The whole story was very intriguing as it combined many different things.

Ulfr and what happened to him as a child broke my heart. I could not believe a Jarl could be so cruel. Ulfr and the others stood by their new leader with loyalty and trust when things went south for the group and protected them with a fierceness that was awe inspiring.
Eitri, I felt sorry for what he had been through and the circumstances surrounding why.

It infuriated me as to who had put Eitri in that situation to begin with. I loved the different species and creatures that seem to be introduced into each book. It adds mystery and suspense to a story that keeps the reader engaged as the story progresses.

The passion is hot and steamy and the battles fierce and deadly.

I highly recommend this book and can’t wait to read the next book in this fantastic series.

Review: Damn talk about miscommunication and lack of trust in a relationship. Although with these guys past I can see it happening.

It is a fascinating story that caught my attention from the start and kept it all the way to the end. It gave me pretty much everything I wanted in a story and so much more. I loved that even though it did have a serious tone to it, there was quite a bit of humor in it.

You can’t help but wanting to fight for these two men. There is just something about them that draws you in and having you cheer them on. Although I must admit there was a hint of something but it was definitely just a hint. These two men come off very clingy and needy but not to the point that it takes away from the story.

Tristan and Joshua each have demons in their past that make it a bit hard for their future. These two are perfect together but when Logan starts hitting on Tristan, Joshua lets his emotion get the best of him. So when forced to go to Scotland Tristan begs Joshua to go with him, but problems at the clinic puts Tristan going alone. Trouble happens, and Joshua runs leaving Tristan alone to pick up the pieces.

This story was fascinating and I absolutely loved it. The emotions were running hot with these two and you couldn’t help but fall in love with them. I would love to beat the hell out of Logan though.

I can’t wait to get started on the next story and would definitely recommend it.

Review: This is the third book in the Mating Season series.

Warrior dragons Deimos and Krakken have been searching for their third and all but given up never finding him. At the lottery this year something was different as the summer event began.

Cloud Martin entered the lottery and was chosen. He’s a nervous hopeful young man who doesn’t want to be passed around to any dragon. I was surprised that two dragons were able to manipulate and lie to a human to get them in bed with no repercussions. It seems deceitful and underhanded to me.

The people in charge of the tower should set up some rules for the dragons as they do for the humans as in my opinion it’s not fair that the dragons can do whatever they want but if the humans are scared and don’t want to go through with it they are literally branded and thrown in prison.

I really liked how Deimos and Krakken took the time to make sure Cloud was ready after what happened. I was disappointed in the book bringing up something that happened only to leave the question of who and why unanswered.

Aside from that it is a great read with hot sex.
