Review: I loved this story about Theo. He’s on a journey to see his mom in the underworld. His travels send him on a romance when he meets the prince of Hades, Lysandros. These two were a great match and helped each other overcome different struggles. I loved the plot and how not everything is as it seems.

This story draws the reader into Greek mythology in a modern day setting which was intriguing t read. I found myself immersed in a fantastic telling of two men on a journey into the unknown yet together they traverse through danger, peril and love.

I am looking forward to reading more in this series to see what else takes place.

Great read.

Review: Each book in the Warrior Camp collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

Lex must protect his sister’s sons from their father. When she died he was always afraid that the man would show up and run with them. When the Wyrok gave him and the boys safety, he was still living in fear. Then Linden shows up and his fear racks up even more, for Linden is the boy’s uncle. It is going to take Linden some fancy steps to help the man he loves feel safe as well as the boys.

I always get a kick out of this author’s imagination and the worlds she creates. They always catch my attention and this story was no different. I must admit that I actually liked this a bit more than the others because they didn’t follow the same pattern as many of the others did. It seemed to flow even better than I thought. I got a kick out of the boys and they have made my favorite characters board. Action pact, candy filled and some pretty hot sexy times are just a bit of what you get in this story and so much more.

I had a blast reading this and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book.

Review: Sam was in need of a protector. It would seem he has a stalker. So he goes to an old friend and asks for help. He did what any sane man did, he ran to the one man whose job was to protect others. He just hadn’t expected Rusty.

Rusty is an alpha wolf all the same. He notices tha somehow Sam is also wolf and an omega at that. He is surprised that Sam has no clue though. He has found his mate and must protect him at all cost.

This is the first book by this author that I have read and I was quite surprised by it. The characters were quite charming and seemed to hit it off truly fast. However it was definitely not like many paranormal stories I have read. First off the plot was a bit dull and flat in parts of it. The jumping around drove me to the edge. The characters were charming as I said above however one stood out and above the other. It comes off more porn than true love story.

This story started out amazing and was looking at four or even five star ratings. However the first mention of the whole pack and the omega going at it not only brought it down but also made sure that it would be the last book in this series to be read. It knocked out the idea of true love and actual alpha/omega ideas. An alpha would never share his mate with anyone, and to change it up dropped the book to a lower level. I want the classic alpha and omega love story not the whole sleep with the entire pack.

I hate to say it but this story was disappointing and definitely not for me. I will also admit that I won’t be reading any more in this series.

I found it cute that you could tell these two men had feelings for each other. Even though Ulric informs the king somewhat of what he discovered Peter still wanted to be with him.

Review: Grand Summoner Dre’Kariston D’Vaire with the help of his twin finds out a name for his mate and where he is. On learning they have to travel to Court Ethelin and Prince Somerly. But alas this will not be an easy road for Dre’Kariston. With his familiar, Derwin so angry all the time, a dragon king who is an ass and only looking out for himself not to mention his mate has secrets that when revealed could tear the two apart it was a wonder that Dre’Kariston was sane as I would have been extremely angry at the way Somerly treated him.

I loved this story so much. There was drama, heartache, love and the support of the D’Vaire clan with every step of the story. The search still continues for a way to make Carvallius and his daughter (when they find her) pay for their crimes as well as new members that arrive and one is a surprise I never saw coming.

It’s best to read these amazing stories in order as they are connected and pick up where the last book leaves off so to speak. I love immersing myself in the D’Vaire series with it’s wide range of characters, attitudes, mystery, suspense and adventure.

Review: Interesting story about criminals who are sent out into the prairie, that is a sentient being, to try and build a community. But alas it’s not as simple as it appears.

The people have to contend with Mesic the being who was once human but turned during a magical war. Not to mention the corruption of those in government in Ammet with plans to do away with the criminals and take the villages for themselves.

But, there is Russ, a man wrongfully accused and ousted by his brother who has a plan to stop Ammet in it’s tracks if all goes according to plan.

A great story with a lot of secrecy and planning.

Great read.

Review: Tyri is on his way to a job interview which he desperately needs when a stranger runs into him knocking him to the ground and destroying his glasses. He can not see without them. Devastated and disoriented he allows the stranger to take him to his home. Rathte struck me as a man who could not sit or stand still for any length of time. He was always on the move even when he tasked others to do things he ended up doing them as well.

I found the story cute and entertaining as I watched these two get to know each other. I felt the story would have been better if it were longer so we could get to really know the other characters in the story as well.

Aside from that it was a good read.
