Review: Ken sits back and watches the camera wishing for some action. Something to help him get through each day at work. Well he gets more then he bargains for, when a sexy waiter keeps putting on a show for him.
This is a cute little story that makes for a nice hot read. However for me, it is just a very short story that gives just a taste of what could be. In a way it is a slow telling story, but for this story it could also be said to be fast paced. I am afraid that for me, it just seemed to be too slow. The name of the book is actually right on and makes it funny as hell. I enjoyed reading it, but wished it was a longer book with a bit more to it. Other than my issues it is well told, pretty detailed and is a pretty good story.
I would recommend it to those who love a long time love story that neither party knew they had. I will let you figure that one out on your own.

Review: Romancing the Wrong Twin is exactly what the title and the blurb says and I have to admit, it is a magnificent guilty pleasure and fantastic addition to Dreamspun Desires series. Being that it is part of the Dreamspun Desires series, you need to expect some level of insta-love, totally hot sexual tension and hot sex between the two MCs, as well as some over the top drama. Yet despite all the drama, the characters actually are relatable, particularly Aidan.
The story is quite self explanatory from the title. Someone is clearly dating someone pretending to be his twin. I know it sounds silly and that was why I wanted this book! Aidan is “the wrong twin” and he is taking the place of his famous brother Zeb (stage name). Zeb is a model and as part of his contract, is often contracted to be seen with other celebrities in order to get seen by the paparazzi. But Zeb can’t make his latest job – to be seen at a film premiere with famous mountaineer Dominic Hartington-George. Dominic has zero person skills but unlike his brother, Aidan is totally attracted to Dominic. The problem is Aidan is continuing to pretend to be his brother and the farce just snowballs from the word go.
Look, Dominic can really be a massive arse and most of the book is drama caused by his ego or by his mouth. In contrast Aidan is all sweet, lovable and very down to earth. I really grew to loved Aidan and his gruff beau. A totally fun and satisfying read. The two are perfect buffers for each other and their chemistry is wonderful – especially when listening to the wonderful voice of Rusty Topsfield, which is just perfect for this type of book.

Review: This is a totally sweet story. For me I was looking forward to this one because I particularly enjoy to read Clare London’s book. Her writing style speaks to me and makes the time fly as I consume the offering on my computer screen. The other thing is that I can never resist a book based in the UK – and nothing says romance like the guy running away from the big city, and romance on a Scottish Island.
Greg Ventura is the guy who left the hustle and bustle of the city to live in an island in the Scottish Highlands. Seriously, Outlander Obsessenachs will probably want to read this one for that alone, and I admit that is probably another part of why I was looking for to this. He comes from a family and famous, ridiculously good looking and ridiculously talented brothers. He’s the Ugly Duckling. He doesn’t think that he is as good looking as his brothers – mostly because his brothers instilled this thought into his mind. But now his brothers are calling on him again. They need him to be part of a reality TV show and look like a happy family.
That’s how Greg meets Perry (Peregrine) Goodwood. Perry is a ambitious about his career as a designer/fashionista. It’s hard to explain his career except that he is the guy that does the fashion makeovers. He’s been hired by Greg’s brothers to find Greg, make him over and get him to London to his family. The problem is that Perry gets more than he bargained for when he discovers the gentle, carefree soul that is Grey Ventura – very much unlike his brothers. On top of all that, he needs to be in London because he needs his job desperately, as mistakes from his past threaten to keep him in debt for longer than he can handle.
I love the story and the whirlwind Scottish romance. It is as simple as that. It appeals to that side of me that loves everything about British dramas and the Scottish Highlands (even with all his rain and cold).

Review: I haven’t really had a chance to read many stories by this author however it was an interesting story. Although I did have some issues with it, such as how does one to get the man’s age and not have used any social media just seems wrong. I don’t see how it could be possible at this time. I also felt that the blurb told the story itself.
Daniel has decided to take a road trip and look up his old friends. Too bad he contacted the wrong guy but ends up being the right man for him. It’s one of those stories to see where old friends are now days. However I just didn’t see the connection to the past at all. Now Nick is actually an older brother to one of the guys and decides he wants to go along with Daniel on this trip. It might turn interesting, but if you want to know read the book.
Now as I said there were a few issues I had with the story but I won’t go into it because each person has an opinion that might not be so bad for another. It is a cute little story with just a hint of kink to it. I liked how the guys seemed to grow together if that is the right word. There are some funny scenes which made it rock for me.
However the story itself felt a bit off, the story is set in England and for an American it comes off a bit strange but perfect for the story. It is very defined and fully developed for such a short story. The characters were so real like that it seemed like a person would know them on sight. It is an entertaining story and also a nice read. I could have used a bit more heat but it was pretty good either way. Now the story itself was very good but I find that it wasn’t for me. It was a little too sweet, if you know what I mean.

Review: With the elves on strike, Irwin and his two goofballs are on present delivery duty. So what happens when you put one sprite, one werewolf and a vampire together? Well you won’t know till you read this cute little story.
You cannot really go into detail about these stories without giving them away. I got a kick out of it and definitely would read it next Christmas. It is a very quirky and fun story. Let a vampire meet a human and his brain goes out the window.

Review: I’ve read only a couple of books by Clare London and they were so long ago that I didn’t remember, which really isn’t saying much for me since I got the memory of a sieve. However, Romancing the Wrong Twin is exactly what the title and the blurb says and I have to admit, it is a magnificent guilty pleasure. Being that it is part of the Dreamspun Desires series, you need to expect some level of insta-love, totally hot sexual tension and hot sex between the two MCs, as well as some over the top drama while the characters are still relatable. As I keep saying, it is the Harlequin/Mills and Boon of the MM world.
The story is quite self explanatory from the title. Someone is clearly dating someone pretending to be his twin. I know it sounds silly and that was why I wanted to read this book! Aidan is “the wrong twin” and he is taking the place of his famous brother Zeb (stage name). Zeb is a model and as part of his contract, is often contracted to be seen with other celebrities in order to get seen by the paparazzi. But Zeb can’t make his latest job – to be seen at a film premiere with famous mountaineer Dominic Hartington-George. Dominic has zero person skills but unlike his brother, Aidan is totally attracted to Dominic. The problem is Aidan is continuing to pretend to be his brother and the farce just snowballs from the word go.
This book has the right amount of attraction and hot sex between the MCs – they are totally made for each other – and the pure farcical nature of the entire plot as the book progresses is just fun and humorous. I really grew to loved Aidan and his gruff beau. A totally fun and satisfying read.

Review: Scot and Jerry run away from their homes to be together only to get lost and end up at a broken down seemingly deserted motel only to discover three other men, Conner, Vincent and Oliver living there. Jerry is immediately taken with both Vincent and Oliver and seems to slowly pull away from Scot.
Scot, unsure whether to stay or go is fascinated with Conner. Conner is mysterious and sexy. The motel has a magical quality to it that provides the characters with everything they could ever want. All they have to do is stay. But Scot has goals he wants to achieve as so begins the decision of whether to stay or go.
I liked the mysterious quality to the story though it never said one way or another what exactly was going on at the motel or those who were already there. It was almost creepy the way Conner, Oliver and Vincent acted at times. They seemed to be in a dreamlike trance at times.
Aside from that it was a well written story with a lot of hot sex. Scot, I felt sorry for as it seemed he left his home for bigger and better things and away from being controlled at home only to end up in the same situation somewhere else only with the person he’s been drawn to all his life, Conner.
