Blurb: Embracing magic was only the first step.

Before Kallen, there was Tarragon. Oryon history sees him as the first and greatest of all technomage kings. What history has forgotten, however, is that he was also the very first to partner with a symbiont.

Tarragon altered the face of Oryon’s history when he fully embraced magic and emerged as the first ever technomage king.

At the age of eighteen, Tarragon became clan king by default. Seven years later, with the help of the scorned magicians, Tarragon defeated the Zaruthra and Caprici clans. Not only had he been almost unbeatable on the field of battle, but his political leadership and emerging talent as a mage were evidenced by the fact that his empire would live on for a long time, even after his death, through his children because of the infrastructure and policies he put in place. He took advantage of a more advanced technology but also showed brutality in the execution of his opposition’s leaders. Surrounded by deadly rivals that were intent on eradicating his family, as the last surviving heir, Tarragon, needed to learn how to control his magic and how to fight. Survival was not easy, and if it meant getting involved in a dangerous secret, so be it.

Review: Tarragon is a young man in the middle of a war that took his family in brutal ways. He’s determined not to end the same as his family did against his enemies. Along the way he discovers who and what he is.

I loved this story. It was intriguing reading about Tarragon and all that transpired to make him what he became. There are are many twists and turns as well as revelations that lend a greater understanding as the book progressed.

Fantastic read and highly recommended.

Blurb: Milo has had enough. He’s always loved his job as a PA, at least until his old Boss, Noel, moved to Wyoming to be with his mate. Now Milo has been saddled with Baron MacDowell, shark lawyer and asshole extraordinaire, and he can’t take it anymore. He decides to call Noel to see if his old job is still available, and to his relief, it is. He didn’t expect it to come complete with a mate, though.

The warehouse where the council assassins live is on lockdown. Someone tried to kill one of them, and there’s a hit out on all their heads. It’s not the best moment for North to meet his mate, but there’s no way he’s rejecting Milo, not when he’s been jealous of Roark and Armand since they each found their better half.

Milo and North’s relationship is easy, and they both settle into it as naturally as breathing. There’s still someone trying to kill North and the other assassins, though. Between that, the news that North’s cousins are still alive after he thought they were dead for the past eighteen years, and Evan who’s behaving weirdly, Milo and North are going to have to learn to navigate their new life together—if they both survive, that is.

Review: Each book in the Council Assassins collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

Milo loved his job or he did when he worked for Noel. Now not so much, and he knew he needed to get away. Oh the job was not dangerous just his boss was one of the biggest asshats ever created. A coworker and his bestfriend both said the same thing, call Noel and ask for help. He just had not expected to meet North.

North and the rest of the assassins had hits put out on them and they were all grounded. So when Noel had a problem, North jumped at the chance to go along. He had not expected to find his mate. However they had someone giving out their location to the killer, so protection just went up.

I have always loved this authors work and can honestly admit that she never fails to deliver. I love the unique type of shifters and paranormal’s in her books. While the story is not unique, it does have some amazing twists to it. The stories always give me everything I could ask for in a story. It gives you action, excitement, adventure, danger and some hot sexy times plus a bit more. My attention was caught from the moment I started reading and kept it all the way to the end.

I had a blast reading this and can guarantee that it will be one of those that will be read more than once. I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book and would definitely recommend it.

Review: Francis saves the day!! Dorran and Eli are having a few troubles in their relationship, but the love is going strong. Eli doesn’t want to bring Dorran over to is place and Dorran is trying to figure out what he is hiding from him. Secrets never go the way you want to, but wait till you find out what he is hiding. Trust me you will laugh your ass off. When Chris calls and tells Dorran that he is in big trouble, as in murder, well you can guess Dorran runs to help. Of course you can guess who tags along. Francis saves the day!! I will let you figure out that part.

I will say that I pretty much knew who the killer was, even without Francis’ help. However as always it was a pretty amazing story. It caught my attention and had me sitting on the edge of my seat the whole entire time. I absolutely love Francis, as you can probably guess. Ghost just keep me smiling. Now for a bit there I was ready to deck Eli, but once I found his secret, I basically called him a old softy. This story gives you action, danger and some fun hot sexy times with a bit of touchy feely from a ghost. I wonder if he does watch them when they are getting good.

I had a blast reading this and can not wait to get my hands on the next book. This is one of those books that will be read more than once. And I can guarantee that you will be enchanted also. I would definitely recommend it.

Maddox is a loner, and he likes it. He trusts his numerous pets more than most humans, but some people don’t allow him to push them away, like Asher, his coworker and best friend. Review: Each book in the Wyoming Shifters: 12 Years Later collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This series is branched off from Whitedell Pride, Gillham Pack, and Council Enforcers. For the full impact I would start with book one in the Whitedell Pride series.

Brandon has a very over protective mother who pretty much acts like a crazy nancy around him. When he is drugged and attacked he is rescued by his mate, but his mother needs a Valium. When the man escapes from transport, Brandon must go into hiding. Guess who he gets to hide out with.

Maddox was fifteen when his parents kicked him out for being gay and it seemed to just stick with him. He trusted no one to stick around so other than a couple of friends, well lets just say he has some fuzzy babies that are adorable. When he comes across his mate getting attacked he does what any mate will do, but he just has no clue what else to do about it.

I will admit that I am not really a big fan of this particular series but only because it comes off more like a youth book than the other three series. The characters seem more weak and needy than their parents. Which would make sense if it was for the youth readers. There is a mention of sex but you don’t really get any sexy times in the story. However other than my issues with it, this one had action, danger, a twist that you wouldn’t expect and some really cute cuddles. It is perfect for when you are just needing a good book to read. I actually think I liked Brandon more than Maddox though. However his love of animals is a big hit for Maddox. Always loved a man with an animal.

I enjoyed it quite a bit and can’t wait to see what the next book has in it. It is one of those series that will be read many times over.

To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This story has branched off to several series and I would start with book one in the Wolves of Stone Ridge series.

Damn the fae are harsh. Old rule that their paramour can be any of the families and Prudhoe’s brother is an ass. When he came over to this realm to find his prince, he had not expected to come across his paramour. He also had not expected his brother to show up and try to abduct his man.

Korvyn, and I am glad to see him get his story, has always known about the paranormal world. When he had been younger he had been in an accident that left him paralyzed. However it also left him alone, most men were afraid that they were going to hurt him. So when Prudhoe started flirting with him and then getting just a bit possessive, yeah he knew what it meant. And damn if he wasn’t going to have a good time.

I love how Charlie Richards always adds in some pretty cool characters in her stories. Unique and fresh ideas plus a lot of hot sexy times are just a few things I get from these books. Add in a touch of mystery, lots of action and did I say some hot sexy times . The characters rock as always and I was glad Korvyn got his love story, he was always one of my favorites. I would have liked a bit more information on why Prudhoe’s brother hated him, but it wasn’t too hard to guess.

I had a blast reading this and can not wait to get my hands on the next book. I can tell you that this book is one of those that will be read more than once.

Review: Each Book in the Beneath Aquatica’s Waves collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters I would recommend reading them in sequential order.

John was the captain of the police force and he loved what he did. However his son wanted him to retire and move south to be near them. He just wanted to do what he loved. When a night out with the family leads him to one hell of a sexy man, secrets start to come out. As well as the problems or at least problems for his son. Then he finds out William has a pretty big secret of his own and damn if it is not surprising for John.

There were a few issues with this story that made me drop the rating down a bit. For one it doesn’t flow as well as it should and it ended so abruptly. There could have been so much more added on to make it stand out which it did not do this time around. Also the police captain just didn’t seem to connect as well with his mate, which made it hard for me to connect with him. I do love how this author gives us some pretty unique characters to read about and makes their world stand out. Other than my issues it was still a good read.

I had a blast reading this and can’t wait to get my hands on the next story. I can guarantee that this is one of those stories that will be read many times over. I would definitely recommend this book.

Charlie Richards became a favorite of mine awhile back and I am always on the look out for when she gets a book out. I wasn’t to sure about whether I would like this book or not, basically the blurb made me think of a different out for this book. However I was glad to see that it was perfect in every way. Action packed, danger filled, hot sexy times with three going at it, adventure and so very much more is what is given in this story. As usual it caught my attention and kept it all the way to the end. It gave me everything I could ask for in a story. Let me say death never looked so good.

I had quite a bit of fun reading this and I can guarantee that it is one of those stories that will be read many times over. I would definitely recommend it and I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book.

Evan has a secret that just might get him kicked out of the only home he truly knew. He had disobeyed several orders but he just wanted to keep everyone safe. He let his mark live and then be used by the same man. He has also been staying away from his mate trying to figure this out.

Greg was not an assassin so he didn’t truly know what they went through. However he knew his mate and wanted him. To bad his mate was being difficult. He knew about life being difficult so he had the patience. He had been one of the kids who were saved from those who just wanted pets. Guess it is time for a bit of spying and a lot of help.

As I am a fan of this series I was a bit let down with this particular story. I know why Greg did what he did but I felt that it was not a good plan. Other than that it was still a pretty good story and can’t wait to see what the next story has going on.

With this story you get action, excitement, danger and some hot sexy times. It didn’t catch my attention like it should have but I can say that it will still be read many times over. The characters didn’t do anything for me but I would say that I did like Greg’s little brother quite a bit.

I did enjoy the story and would recommend it.

Stubborn mates is one way of looking at it. Sasha had been one of the human’s who had been captured and experimented on. He got a power that scared him and made him not want to even try it. His one try at a relationship had ended up in death and he feared loosing another. He was left with memories as well as scars from what had happened. Then his mate ended up in trouble and damn if he wasn’t going to rush in and help.

Hunter loved sex and never with the same man. Then he scented his mate and that all changed. He just didn’t know how to get through to him and how to help him. Then when a mission went bad, well lets just say the shock of his mate stunned him.

I liked the guys quite a bit although I felt more for Sasha. He just pulled to me more than the others. His story was horrible and I understood him better than Hunter. It is an action packed story with quite a bit of excitement and hot sexy times. This is one of those stories that will be read many times over. I was also glad to see Nysys in it, he always makes my day.

I had a blast reading this and can’t wait to get my hands on the next story.

I would start with the Wolves of Stone Ridge series and go from there if you want the full impact.

Iago was led to believe that all paranormal’s were selfish. He couldn’t believe that they never would help the human’s with healing or shifter abilities. He had always been told this but never once expected it to be lies. That was until he found out that he was a mate but the fear was still there.

Lindemere was a demon for Horseman of Death. After one thousand years he was granted a gift. A gift of a mate, although he might want to rethink it. He had to find away to get his mate to understand their ways. Although he had not expected to fall into a trap meant for another to find that mate. Life has a funny way of working out.

I have loved this author’s work ever since her first book came out. However I did have a bit of trouble getting into this story. It just felt off a bit and I never did figure out why. I also am not a fan of the way the stories in, there is so much more that could be added to them to make them truly stand out. Other than that they are a fun way of making the day go by faster.

I enjoyed reading this story and would definitely recommend it. I can also guarantee that these books are books that can and will be read many times over.

Review: Each book in the Wolves of Stone Ridge collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This series is the start but they branch off into many different series that are all connected.

Leo is a strong dominate wolf shifter who has never had the desire to lead shifters but make sure they are safe in other ways. They live for so many years that they need new identities ever time you turn around. So when alpha Declan calls him with news and wants him to create a new identity for a human who is in need. He just hadn’t expected that human to be his mate.

Jerry had been kicked out of his home when he was a teen and lived on the streets. That is until the gangs started and made the ones living on the street earn their keep, so to speak. That is until the idiots kidnapped two shifter’s and damn if those were not some big men coming to save them. Now he is being asked to trust them and well you can guess.

Charlie has been one of my top favorite author’s of all time and she never lets me down with her stoies. Although I do wish they were just a little longer without the ending feeling like a complete drop. Entertaining, exciting, danger filled, hot sexy times and so much more are just a bit of what you get in this story. My attention was caught from the start and kept all the way to the end. Review: Each book in the A Paranormal’s Love collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This series is branched off from many different series. I would start off with Wolves of Stone Ridge first.

Kinsey knows his father is truly loosing his mind. It is destroying his parent’s mating and does the one thing that might just get his ass kicked. He goes to his brother Conchlin who is at the Falis clutch. Sneaking in is never a good thing, but he needs to see his brother for help. Then he smells the best smell of all, his mate.

Too bad his father finds him and gives him an ultimatum. Ditch the human and go home or be called a rogue. Man his father is one hell of an asshat. If you want to know what truly happens, even the sexy parts, read the book.

Charlie Richards has always been a favorite author of mine. Lets just say that she is an automatic buy for me. I have a few favorite characters in these books and they seem to always be. Excitement, action, danger and some hot sexy times are just a bit of what you get in this story and so much more. As always my attention was caught and kept through out the story.

However, and there is an however, there is a downside showing up. This story seemed rushed and a bit on the dull side to me. It just didn’t spark the same old same old with me and I missed it. It just felt like something was a bit off with the story. That being said, I still had fun reading it and look forward to reading the next book.

Review: Wow, Rob has taken a liking to a young man named Logan. Logan had had a life pretty much like Rob when he was younger, and Rob can see a bit of him in him. He wants to give Logan a home, but it is going to take a bit to talk Dominick in to it. That is until Dom saves a four year old boy. Family might just grow by two.

They just have to keep Logan safe when his old pimp tries to get him. A pimp that owes money to Dom’s sadistic father, a father who is sitting in prison for murder. How a man raised by a mob boss such as his father, it is a wonder how Dom turned out so fine.

I love how this story is just told. You get excitement and danger mixed in with a cop trying to keep his family safe, plus so much more in this book. It not only caught my attention from the start but I was sitting on the edge of my seat throughout it. I can tell you that this book is one of those that will be read more than once.

I absolutely loved these guys and their big hearts. I wasn’t to sure about Dom’s reaction to Logan but he did prove himself in the end. I had a blast reading it and can’t wait to see what more stories this author has out. I would definitely recommend it and can guarantee that it is one of those stories that will be read more than once.

To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This story is branched off to several other series, so you might want to check those out also.

Warning for those of you who have triggers, this tale talks of abuse and rape.

I have never really cared for the fae in stories, but Charlie made him rock. He is a prince and usually has to have guards watching and protecting him. But thanks to a bet, he manages to enter the human world for a bit of fun. He just hadn’t expected to wake up in dirty room filled with men that were being abused. Now his night out has led him into a few days and trying to find a way out for them all. Then he see’s the answer, a crow shifter. However that crow shifter, turns out to be his mate.

Castor is flying around enjoying the day. He see’s something and decides to check it out. What he finds is his mate and several others being held. He goes to find help and it leads him straight to Kontra.

Excitement, danger, trouble and some hot sex is just a bit of what you get in this story. And what a story it was, rocked it out of the park this time. I got a kick out of it and cannot wait for the next story.

I had a lot of fun reading it and will definitely recommend it.

Patrick was supposed to spend the evening with his son, his ex-wife, and her new husband, but Rose’s daughter is sick, so he makes his way to the bar instead. There, he meets his mate when he rescues him from a pushy man trying to pick him up.

The day after he and Patrick meet, the body of a man with Grey’s name carved into his chest is found at the entrance of pack territory. Another body appears a few days later, making it clear someone is after Grey, especially after he realizes he’d hooked up with both the victims in the past.

Grey has no idea who the killer is, and Patrick feels at a loss. He’s a detective for the Gillham Police Department, but the only thing he cares about is keeping his mate safe. Will Patrick succeed, or will the killer manage to get his hands on Grey before anyone can stop him?

Review: Each book in the Council Enforcers collection features a new romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order.

Grey is not only an eagle shifter but one of the council enforcers that protects the pact and those who need protecting. However it would seem that now he is the one that might need protecting. When men start showing up not only dead but his name carved on him, he needs not only protect himself but those who have had relations with him. He also must protect his newly found mate.

That mate can also kick some ass even though he is human. Patrick is a detective for the police force and can protect those around him. He must work with his mate to find out who is behind this.

I love the stories written by this author and can honestly admit that she is on my automatic buy list. However I have noticed with this one, that it came off as being rushed and missing some good parts. I also knew who the killer was before I even got passed the first chapter. While the guys are hot together, they came together easier then I had expected. The story just felt like it was missing some good highlights that would have made the series stand out more. Also I wished the ending was more.

Other than that it was still an amazing story that will be read many times over. I just hate to admit that it is becoming old in more ways then one. There was just no spark to it. Now as for the characters, well they were hot as usual. And damn if they are not protective of each other. But even they were missing the heat that they should have had.

I did enjoy reading it and would recommend it.

Review: Wow a tiger shark! Tort just so happens to be one hell of a sexy tiger shark shifter who has found his mate. Now all he has to do is to figure out how to tell him. However he had intended to do it a bit more smoothly then how it happened, but your going to have to read that part.

Kane has come down to visit his sister and her kids. A trip to World of Aquatica sounded just right, especially as it was one of the kids birthday. He just hadn’t expected to accidentally get pushed into the sharks tank. Things are going to get a bit more interesting real soon.

I get a kick out of Charlie’s stories. She always manages to give us unique characters and situations. I love how the shifters are with their mates and how protective they are. This story caught my attention from the start and kept it all the way to the end. I loved the characters and their stories. This book gave me everything I could ask for in a story, I just wished they were a bit longer as I didn’t want to stop reading it.

I had a blast reading it and can’t wait to get started on next book. I can honestly say that this is one of those stories that will be read many times over.

Review: Dominick went against regulations to save his sister and was now on suspension, the same as his partner. It did give him and Rob time to take a small vacation. To bad he wants to still work the case and he has found a lead in Boston. However it would seem the killer knows they are there. Someone that knows him so very well.

Lots of twists and turns to this story and lets just say it is quite surprising. I was very surprised to find out who the killer was and even thought it was two other guys. Never suspected and damn was it good. My attention was caught from the time I started reading and kept it all the way to the end. When I started reading this story I knew that I had read it before and that tells me it is quite remarkable. I can see myself reading this more then the two times I have read it. It is a bit creepy though with a dark tone to it.

I usually don’t read stories that have dark tones to it, but this one was top notch. It kept me on the edge of my seat both times. I can’t wait to get started reading the next book and I can guarantee that you will love these guys just as much. The characters were what made the story rock even more for me.

Review: Each book in the Wolves of Stone Ridge collection features a different romantic couple. To enjoy the overall story arc and crossover characters, I would recommend reading the series in sequential order. This series has a few branch off that you might want to read also.

I have been missing this book. I love a good story and Charlie always manages to give it. The worlds that she creates are unique, fresh and damn good. The characters are strong in both physical and mental, but you wouldn’t expect it in some of them. Some of the characters have a heart breaking story to tell as well. A hard past and sometimes they don’t even remember. There is always a bit of danger in the stories that makes it even rock harder.

The councilman has came to hear the truth from the Alpha. He is an old bear shifter and kind of stuck in his life. He wants to hear about the corruption that another councilman has created. To see for himself that the truth comes out and the pain is stopped. He just hadn’t expected to find his mate, a very human mate. Or maybe he is not so human.

Conway is a navy seal and is coming to talk to an old friend. One that he has found out that was a shifter and to find out what was going on. Conway is actually from a family of witches and knows all about the paranormal world. He just had not expected to get a mate, nor did he want one. To top it off, neither one has ever been with a man, so you can guess what is about to happen. Funny as hell also.

I got a kick out of these two, although I am quite surprised that Conway didn’t deck his friend or his mate for the little trick. They will heat up real fast though. I enjoyed reading this story and can not wait to get my hands on the next book. I had a lot of fun and I can guarantee that you will also.
